Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu marras 8, 2012Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone oli hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Hotellissa oli ilmainen ja hyvin toimiva Wi-fi. Kasino ja parkkihalli olivat kiinni hotellissa, joka teki liikkumisesta helppoa. Hotellissa oli myös erittäin hyvä bistro-ravintola jossa oli todella hyvä lounasbuffet hyvään hintaan.

Buy the room for double beds because the price is about the same but more roomy. That is what I did - alone. Free room phone calls around all the USA ! I liked the simple breakfast too - it was all fresh and ok tasting even if it came out of bags...Danishes were great ( I do not usually even eat pastry). The only negative I found was that the walls are not the thickest! Ask to live in the 3rd floor and in the court yard (front side). While in town try Red Hawk's fajita salad, and Olga's Kitchen! ( I used to live here for school in the 90's and they have been around since!)

The area was next to a highway but still was very quiet and calm. Pretty little place. The lobby was great and the breakfast there very good (fruit, woffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt etc.). We have nothing to complain about this place and would definitely come back again!

However, three out of four lamps in the room did not work, also the air condition was inoperative. A call to the bell desk brought a technician to my room in a minute or so (very fast) and these things were fixed. The complimentary breakfast was modest, just tee/coffee, some muffins etc. The location could not be better. Both Greektown and the GM Renaissance Center are just around the block.

So, I had a great stay here. Everyone who worked there was really great to me and my kid. It was my daughter's birthday and whenever she told a worker they would chat her up about it and be really nice to her. The hotel was very clean, the pool area was very nice as well. It was clean but not OVER chlorinated like some places. The only problem I had […] was with other guests, but the staff dealt with that in respectful way to both me and the guests causing the problem. I came just for a one night stay for business. The front desk person was a wonderful friendly guy when I checked in. The woman who checked me out in the morning didn't quite reach her counterpart's level of friendliness and efficiency, but she wasn't bad either. Nice full breakfast and very clean, neat room. "Very quiet even though it is close to I-275"
My husband and I were in Livonia for a family Christmas party and were very satisfied with the Fairfield hotel. It was surprisingly quiet even though it is located very near to I-275. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. 24 hour coffee service was nice since being from Texas we are used to temps in the 80's. "Horrible Check In Experience"
The check in process was horrible and left us standing in the lobby for over an hour to straighten out. Very disappointing after a 4 hour drive. Especially since this was business travel and the company has used this facility before and spent thousands of dollars. "Rewards and Recognition"
Well, the hotel facilities and location was excellent. I also stopped at the Fairfield in Ohio prior to staying in Livonia and saw that the quality of the chain of hotels extended beyond my final destination. In terms of the staff -They took their job seriously without taking themselves too seriously. That approach to their job, also made me feel secure […] that they would go out of their way to provide a quality stay for their guests, beyond just handing out keys and blankets. The coffee was hot, the gym was clean, the internet and print area was organized. The bagels could be softer but the waffle and orange juice was delicious. Clean, decent room. Not a lot of "ambiance" as the location is basically in the middle of an office park. but is convenient and seems safe.. My only negative is that the facility seems short-staffed at the front desk, especially during busy times. "Comfortable Hotel, Convenient Location, Very Good Breakfast Buffett"
This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Everything in my room "worked" and I had no maintenance issues or complaints. The breakfast was VERY good for a free buffett including freshly scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and waffles. I would definitely stay here again. We only had one complaint -- the buffet breakfast hours are rather early.
