"Great Service"
I was staying at this hotel because it was a short drive to a near by conference at Ohio Northern. When I first arrived at the hotel they had fresh cookies, and were very kind. I got up to my room and discovered the door wouldn't open. (I think the battery in the door was dead) I walked back down to receptionist, and she asked if I would be willing […] to try a new key. I told her yes, and when I got back to the room it still didn't work. When I got back to the receptionist she once again apologized. She then upgraded my room to one with a larger bathroom more amenities, and even had a jacuzzi tub in it. The staff there was very kind and helpful my entire stay. "Only place to stay in Bluffton"
So, since this is really the only viable option for a hotel stay in Bluffton, you are pretty much stuck with it. However, I have stayed here many times and most of the time, it's fine. This past stay, however, we had to stay in a smoking room because all the non-smoking were taken. I didn't even know hotels had smoking rooms still! It wasn't bad. The […] weather was nice, so we opened the window. The toilet was plugged, but they plunged it when I notified them. The biggest disappointment was the shower head. It had practically no water pressure. I think the smoking rooms have not been updated like the rest of the hotel. Overall - it's a decent place to stay in a town with nowhere else to stay. "School Days at ONU"
I felt very safe at this hotel. It was only 15 minutes away from ONU campus. All of the staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was nice and clean. They offered great choices at Breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I take classes next year at ONU.

We take out cat with us. She likes it. I put her down - at her "strong!" request - and the walked off the elevator and down the hall until we opened a door. Then she walked in and we could tell she was impressed. "Bluffton's Only Hotel"
This is the only hotel in Bluffton that I would stay in. It's been around for about 10-15 years and is starting to show it's age, but we are always treated well when we stay there.

This hotel was very clean! The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were very confortable. The hotel employee's were very friendly. I would stay here again without a doubt.
