Holiday Inn Express Saint Cloud - St Cloud

Desk clerk was extremely helpful, breakfast had lots of choices, beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely go back.

The person named Dave (behind the desk) was really awesome to work with. He was nice, greeted us & made sure we were welcomed. He was very acommendating & helpful. He seemed to have a passion to please our stay, gave us good suggestions, he brought in our cot personally to our room. He was very pleasant. Thank You, Dave! Would stay at this hotel over the other Holiday Inn in St. Cloud. Rooms were very spacious. Pool was smaller, had a a separate kiddie pool & hot tube. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast area and Vicki was helpful even though very busy trying to keep up with guests requests. Pool area was nice until a dozen 10-12 year old boys invaded the area and ended our leisure evening of relaxation, they were so loud the adults that were with them even went into exercise room to excape […] the noise. All amenities were good... room was clean, pool was clean & enjoyable, work-out room was decent, staff was kind. However, the heat/air unit & toilets flushing in all the other rooms, felt like it was on top of your head when you were trying to sleep. Very noisy vents/plumbing!

I would stay again. Beds nice and also pillows were good. The towels were softmnot scratchy. Overall nice

The pillows, the bed, and the bathroom. All of which were crappy.

My son and I were in St. Cloud for a swim meet and to celebrate his birthday. We had a nice stay at the hotel. It worked out very well and was close enough to the college and the business/mall district. The breakfast buffet could use a little help. That'd be my only suggestion for improvement.

The overall experience was excellent. Our kids had a blast in the pool. Breakfast was fresh and hot, many food varieties to choose from.

I t ravel fequently and this is one the most comfortable hotels. Clean, great beds,pillows and hot breakfast is excellent. Only down side is it is not in the heart of the city but plenty of food and drink around it!

We were very pleased with this hotel. Always clean and very good breakfasts. Would recommend it to everyone.

Beds were clean. Food was better than we thought for a free breakfast. Pool was clean water was a little to warm tho for us. Over all was a great night we all were well rested for the next day.

Okay, I know, it is only a Holiday Inn Express, but it was really nice! The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room was really comfortable as well. It is also located next to an amazing restaurant (Rj's), which I also recommend if you are staying here. I also would recommend this hotel!

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. They had a great breakfast, pool & hot tub. There was a Subway next door and a McDonalds as well.

This is a fairly new hotel on the outskirts of town. Thre room was big, comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast had everything you can imagine and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

A great buy for the price and the second-best Holiday Inn of its type. One problem: if you're a fan of Fox News Channel, you're out of luck--they don't carry it in their TV channel lineup. Odd, since this is America's #1 news network--far and away.

This hotel was conveniently right off of an exit and right next to 2 gas stations, RJ's restaurant, McDonalds and Subway however there was nothing else in the vicinity, we had to go to the next exit for anything else. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and very clean. Breakfast was great and a large variety.

It was out of the way and hard to find from in the city.

This hotel was nicer than I expected and very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with more choices than we had time to eat! I will stay here next time I'm in the area.

I required a late check-out and there was no problem arranging this. I was pleased with this. There was a hockey tournament in town that weekend, however, and the hotel was filled with hockey players. The coach held a meeting just outside our room door at 6:30 am SUn morning, and kids were slamming doors at this time. There was lots of running and noise […] in the hallways the evening before. We were looking to be more in the heart of the city so the location was not exactly what I was wanting. The stay was VERY quite and the beds were very comfortable. There is a petro gas station next to the hotel and I thought we would smell diesel from semis, it would be loud and dirty. We never experienced any of that! good hotel, not as nice as some other holiday inn express but over all okay. Pool very strong odor, but nice and warm, good hot tub. Couldbe a little cleaner, maid service poor. but would stay there again.

This hotel has two pools - one shallow for small kids, the other for everyone else. When you have a 3 and 5 year old, it's nice not to compete for space in the big pool with older kids. This was a good value, with nice rooms and a decent breakfast. It's slightly dated, but still a good place to rest with the family.

Holiday Inn Express is quickly becoming my new favorite hotel. This was one of our first stops on a month-long trip around the US, which included several stays at these hotels. Like the others, this was fairly new with excellent ammenities. They also accept pets, and there were several people traveling with dogs (including us) but we never heard noise […] from any of them. Our room was comfortable, clean. The warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast in these hotels are delicious. We were very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with many tasty choices. The room was quiet, and the beds were very comfotable. It would be nice if they put double the shampoo and soap in there though since the room holds four people. My only complaint is that the bathtub could have been cleaner.

The hotel was easy to get to, and staff was nice. The hotel room was way to warm even with the stat turned to high cold. Very difficult to sleep when you are hot.

The staff was very accommodating to our requests. We were able to check in early which helped because we were coming to the area for a wedding. The staff also helped us with questions we had about things to do in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast they had was much more than we expected and it was very good.

Great hotel for your money!

Even though this hotel seemed to be a bit pricey it was definitely worth it. The employees were very accommodating and let us check out late. I would definitely recommend this hotel the breakfast was especially impressive with many choices and coffee to go, not just cold cereal and toast. Wonderful Hotel overall!
