I found the staff to be very good and loved our room. The Hot Tub was great and the view of the lake was great! Clean rooms and great breakfast!

Good hotel, except the EGGS for breaks were really awful...both days. The waffle machine was good.

We were here a year ago for a wedding and enjoyed the stay so much we came back this year just to explore the area a bit more. We don't get the lakeside view room, but don't miss it at all with the beautiful views from the dining/relaxing lobby and being able to go out on the veranda overlooking the lake. Christiane keeps everything hot and looks after every guest that comes for her breakfast and we love talking with her. The staff at Hampton on the Lake is top notch, from check-in to check-out. Very friendly amd helpful. Having stayed there numerous times, I expect that I would receive great service, but for these people, that's just normal!

rooms were very clean, and breakfast was actually ok. we stayed at the la quinta in marble falls earlier in the year. and their breakfast was litterally horrible

We stayed here for four days to explore the hill country. Our hotel choice was right on the mark. It is not very likely that you will find better value for your money. Top score for all categories. Take a top floor room with lake view. It is worth the extra money. Special thanks to Christiane at the breakfast buffet.

the staff was great , morning , noon or night , when i checked in , i was surprised , because the assitant manager had upgraded me to a lakeside view at the same low price . great breakfast , hostess was absolutley the best , please go check it out , also two restruants with-in walking distance.again , a must visit

Very nice accomodations, very friendly staff. We checked out early in the morning to catch a flight. I went to the front desk and let the staff know we were leaving and as I was going, the lady who worked the breakfast buffet was coming in. The hotel is fine and well located. Staff was friendly. Maid needs better training. Tissues were on shelf and only 3 remained. Inconvenient when suffering from allergies. A table by the "easy" chair would be most helpful. Would stay here again.

This hotel was superb compared to the quality inn down the road, first complaint wasn't the hotels fault but there were children all around us who went in and out of there rooms all night but to be fair they probably put all guests with children in the same hall as a courtesy to other guests and we have a 9 month old, but he is a happy quiet child who […] is asleep by 930. Another downside was the 9am and 930am wakeup we got from housekeeping even tho checkout isnt till noon, she woke the baby the second time and for that they lost points! My husband has a bad back and the bed was fabulously comfortable. Also, upon checking in my husband was given a ground (actually below ground) room. When he asked to move to the 3rd floor, the front desk lady Kathy was tremendous. She moved him immediately and upon my arrival, the view from our room was amazingly beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great variety. Good location. Close to historic town shops and great restaurants. Rooms were nice but the beds were a bit soft. All Niall worth the money.

A beautiful view, excellent front desk attitude, very nice comforters..large room, with fridge...everything one needs on a trip.very quiet,..I also looked at the breakfast buffet,looked very exceptional. I did not have time to eat, but next trip I will make it a point to stay longer, and enjoy this hotel a little longer.

My stay was good except for one negative. There obviously was an odor in the air, mainly in the hallways. Something was being used to mask the smell which was almost as bad as the smell itself.

Room had great view of the water! I suffer from chronic back pain, but the bed in our King Room Suite was fabulous - not a board and not to soft. Room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is on Lake LBJ, but there is no access to the lake from the hotel. You have to walk or drive over to the city park. The view is nice, though, from the deck where the pool is located.

Fitness center is 3 machines and treadmill was broken but they offered free passes to health club if asked. good location, right off the highway. Very convient to locale restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The lake view was worth the extra cost. If the rooms had balconey it would be perfect.
