Holiday Inn Express Perrysburg I-75 - Perrysburg

The room was OK, but very small. Too much furniture for the size of the room. Also no elevator.

Very outdated... small rooms.. extremely small bathroom. Walls paper thin.. could hear peopleyou talking. Pool area kind of old outdated algae/mildew growing on windows.

Upon arriving for check-in I had to walk through 2 employees smoking by the front doors. Check in was very quick,1 of our rooms was neat and clean the other smelled of cigarette smoke( it was a non-smoking room). We swam and enjoyed the hot tub, later 7 out of 9 of us becoming very ill, ruining the rest of our vacation, assuming from the pool because […] we ate dinner at different resturaunts. Our toilet overflowed in our room they never came to fix it or clean up the mess it made we finally had to do it ourselves... Overall I would never stay at this hotel again it was dirty it reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere we went, the only nice thing was the breakfast that was provided courteous of Bob Evans!!! This hotel is a real find - But let's put it in perspective...It's not the Peninsula in Chicago but it's clean, well located, and has a great breakfast. We were on a return trip from DC to Chicago and knew we didn't want the 14-hour Death Drive so I booked this, hoping it would at least provide a clean bed. We arrived and desk staff was bright and […] cheerful, booked us through in less than 5 minutes. Room was ca. 70s Brady Bunch but clean & comfortable. Bathroom had a witty little packing reminder which was fun. We found the Mexican Restaurant across the way and had a delicious meal - order the Enchiladas Veracruz. Margaritas could have used a bit more curacao, but successfully took the edge off the road fatigue. Biggest surprise was breakfast. We had planned to pick up a cup of coffee and hit the road but were seduced with the extensive breakfast selections - cereals, yogurt, bagels, good looking fruit, very good coffee, and an automatic pancake machine that looked intriguing (didn't have the interest to invest time making them...) We stayed at this hotel because it was a halfway point when visiting family. I will definitely stay here next time too. The front desk person was friendly. There was free bottled water, coffee, donuts. The pool was great. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The free breakfast was good with many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine but the bathroom left much to be desired. It was very small although they had plenty of towels and it was clean. I took a shower Saturday evening and the water was still in the tub in the morning. I reported this to the young girl when I checked out and she said she was sorry and that she would report it to the maintanence people. […] The breakfast was great except that on Sunday they had omelets and we were hoping for scrambled eggs. The Holiday Inn Express in Perrysburg, Ohio was excellent. Convenient location, parking, and shopping. The room was excellent and the service was exceptional. The continental breakfast was just enough and the checkout was smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to rave about or slam - Friendly service, clean appearance, reasonable price - overall, a good choice for a restful night while on a road trip!

I had a very comfortable stay. I was discouraged by the distance I was from the pool, I wanted to swim and was only staying overnight. I do plan to stay there again when I visit, and will request a room closer to the pool. Overall the hotel is really nice, and the breakfast was excellent.

Much poorer than other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at. No elevators. Bed sheets stained and had food crumbs in them; evidently were never changed since the previous room occupant. Beds very uncomfortable.

The room was small but tidy. The bathroom was very small and had some peeling of the acrylic liner of the tub/shower. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and the food was good. We did not use the pool/hot tub but both looked very nice.

This hotel appears to be recently renovated and the lobby and breakfast area looks great. The decor was updated and the place was overall clean. But the room was very small, especially the bathroom, and the beds were not great. Mattresses seemed old and small. Pool was nice and large.

I wish the bathrooms were bigger for a group of four it was like playing a word puzzle in there, didnt know where to put your stuff, also if you order an extra bed be ready to sleep with a bar up your back, I have had better roll beds.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights this past weekend. When we checked in we we supposed to have a king size bed and we were given 2 double beds. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the person in the next room taking a bath and it sounded as if they were in our bathroom! The rooms are small and our room faced the pool/outside sitting […] area on the ground level, if we wanted the shades open everyone could see right in our room! Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. It was convenient to downtown Toledo and close to restaurants. Buffet breakfast each morning was very good and fresh. We very much enjoyed our stay. Almost forgot, checking in and out was also very easy.

Nice, clean, the rooms were a little small but fine. The free breakfast was extensive. Free coffee, bottled water, and snacks in lobby. Large pool. The only minor problem was that our non-smoking room was in an area of smoking rooms, so the hallway smelled of smoke. (However our room itself did not.)

Very pleasant stay as usual.

Easily the largest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in, this is easily 20+ years old but still kept up well. Room & public areas were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was above average. I've been on the road around Toledo a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in around there. Very good location, though a bit hard to find […] at first, and well organized. Hotel was right off the interstate, was very clean, nice pool and breakfast was much more than a Continental breakfast. Only complaint was that the bathroom was very small.

My family and I were staying in the Toledo area as part of a week long baseball trip. This hotel was the most expensive on our route and the most disappointing. The reviews were correct in stating that the rooms are very small, but there was nothing fantastic about the hotel other than the buffet in teh morning. Modern up to date spacious accommodations, more than one expects from a Holiday Inn *Express*. Interestingly, theres a Holiday Inn non-Express across the street. There's no restaurant, but there's the usual Bob Evans and Big Boy next door. Very old hotel. no elevator. small bath room. It should be remodeled. Not a hotel of this century.

Breakfast and pool were great! Rooms sort of small, but not a big deal. They were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly!

Pool was great, room on the smaller side but OK. Hard to get past the moldy or old smoke smell throughtout room and hallways.

The room isn't huge, but other than that we were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast had a variety of choices (considering it's supposed to be a continental breakfast), and the kids LOVED the pool. Big, warm, and has a hot tub. Tough to beat.

Very good room for the money; good, hot breakfast and clean, numerous tables. The bathroom was pretty small, but clean.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had anywhere. If you are looking for a very good (but not expensive) Italian restaurant, ask the desk staff for directions to Bellagi's.

We arrived early, were met courteously, room was available and check in took literally two minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was very good - large variety of hot and cold food, buffet kept clean and replenished. Hotel located conveniently right off of I-75. Would definitely stay again.
