tästä hotellista pääsi näppärästi metrolla keskustaan, eikä us capitolillekaan ollut kuin n 1 maili matkaa. lisäksi korttelin päässä oli greyhoundin bussiasema, josta pääsee lähimpiin kaupunkeihin näppärästi ja edullisesti! hotellissa oli hyvä sali, mahtava pyykkitupa, kohtuullinen aamupala, pieni uima-allas ja ilmainen netti ympärivuorokauden. Vieressä oli hyvätasoinen ruokakauppa ruokailualueineen ja muutama ravintola, jotka ei olleet kylläkään auki niinä aikoina kuin läheltä kävelimme! mutta hyvä paketti oli kaiken kaikkiaan

We were just visiting DC shortly for a Caps game with my son. Good location outside Washington as we left in the morning heading north. We didn't have to face the DC morning traffic. The hotel is nice and clean. The service at the reception was good.

"Where do I Begin...."
This place is intended for extended stays but I don't know why anyone would chose to stay any length of time here. In fairness, the location is great. The room was not horribly dirty, just needed maintenance and the staff was all very nice. BUT, it's very dated. The bed in the bedroom is horrible. Some people may like a hard bed but this was like sleeping […] on a cardboard box on top of plywood. There was only one blanket and the comforter was thin and for decoration only. (we probabaly could've gotten an additional blanket) My daughter slept on the pull-out couch and there wasn't even a blanket provided for that bed. The heating was ridiculous. You had to leave the heat on and while the fan had an Auto function, it ran constantly. And every time the fridge kicked on i had to push it back so it wouldn't buzz. "SLEEPING WITH COCKROACHES"
Yes, as the review title indicates. My wife awoke with cockroaches in the room. "Unsat" is the only comment that can describe the quality of this hotel.

The hotel was clean recommend purchase of new bedspread for a more inviting look. Overall experience was good.
"Homestead Annapolis - OK"
The room was OK, with kitchen facilities provided. We did not use the kitchen. The bed was a double and not very comfortable, however the room was clean and air temp was fine. Breakfast was fairly limited but I did not know it would even be provided so that was a plus.

Stay was fine. Room was fine too All went well. Only suggestion shuttle service too downtown for the Boat Shows like Country Inn & Suites.

"Clean, well equipped & friendly!"
I have asthma, and needed a non-smoking pet friendly stay in order to take my cat to see a specialist. The hotels on the lists of "prefered" pet friendly propeties seemed to think that it is only appropriate to put pets in smoking rooms. Not at the Homestead. "It was good enough"
The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This is an extended stay hotel so it has a kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work and the garbage disposal was very loud and cause the sink and counter to vibrate. We also had a roach in the bathroom the first night stay. There was a slight smell […] in the hallway but I overlooked that because of the natural of the hotel. Smells are to be expected. The walls are kinda thin. I could hear the TV from the two rooms beside ours. Over all it is not a bad place to stay but don't expect to be overwhelmed but the greatness of the place. Lisätietoja
"Good No Frills Hotel"
This is an ideal budget hotel with kitchenette - clean, very pleasant staff, good location (just off Riva), and relatively new - but it's no frills in terms of cheap towels, linens, etc. I don't need the kitchette, so would only staff if other 3 star hotels available for the same price were booked.
"Good deal for family of five"
It's not easy finding a hotel room suitable for a family of five. With two double beds and a pullout couch, there was plenty of space. The room was bare bones and did have a stale smell(even in a "non-smoking" room)but it worked for us for one night. A simple continental breakfast was included which made it even a better deal.
"Good room for the money"
My favorite thing was the kitchenette. We took our own food on vacation to save on money and it was the best to have a full fridge.
