"Breakfast Not Bad Just Not Interesting"
Yes, the room was nice & clean. Everything worked, the staff was o.k. didn't see many to make a comment on that, the location is very good--close to the interstate. The breakfast wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything to write home about or look forward to the next time we stay there--in other words it wasn't bad, it just wasn't interesting.

Older property with a need to revamp some rooms, at least the one I was in on the 4th floor

"A little older but one of the nicer comfort inns"
This hotel is not new but it is in very good condition and it was one of the nicer comfort inns that I have stayed at. Free breakfast included some warm items (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy). Bed was very comfortable.

"Restful stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in OP"
I have parents who live in the area and I travel from out of town every other week to see them. This was the first time I've stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites of Overland Park and it was by far nicer than any of the other hotels in the area in which I've stayed and for less money. The staff was extremely helpful, my room was impeccably clean, the […] beds were so very comfortable, they have an assortment of pillows that are awesome, a small fridge and microwave in the room, great channels along with HBO and the shower's water pressure was super along with the adjustable shower head being fantastic. Most hotels as nice as this would cost twice the money. I'm sold and have no reason to stay anywhere else from this point on! Lisätietoja
"Older Hotel"
Hotel was in good neighborhood. My wife and I went out for a 6 mile run without worry. The first morning of our stay, the circuit breaker blew while my wife was drying her hair with the hotel's provided dryer. We were without power and lights for about 10 minutes until they turned it back on. Then it blew again. They said the lady next door was drying […] her hair too and that was causing the problem. NOT such a comfortable feeling. Staff was pleasant and met our every need and answered all questions politely. Only gripe was breakfast was not fully out and ready on time. Hotel is older and needs some upgrading (especially to the electrical circuits.) I don't think I would stay there again. very nice lobby and breakfast.....i noticed some old stains on the carpet in my room... and a stain on the foot rest.... but all in all... very nice place
"Just a few housekeeping Items"
Overall, had a nice stay. However, our glass pot was missing for the in-room coffee pot and I did notice that when the bathroom door was closed there was dirty hand prints on the back of the door. Cleaning areas that are visible to the guests is always important.

"Late Arrival"
We arrived very late, 2:00am, but found the staff to be accomodating & friendly. Room was booked thru Hotels.com but staff ran on my credit card. At check out, staff notice the mistake and immediately ran a credit back to my card. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. An A+ hotel!

"Great for longer stays"
I was there for 5 nights, the microwave and little refrigerator were very convenient....bed was very comfortable and I loved the selection of pillows on it. Hi speed internet connection was easy and free.

Stayed here while visiting International House of Prayer. (15 mins away) Super comfy beds, clean and quiet.

Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not spectacular but when its free you can't complain too much. Room and and building was as expected - 2 star building and room. Make sure and request the a/c is turned on and at what setting you want. Our room was a cool 85 degrees when we arrived after midnight and was wanting to get to sleep. We had about a 45 wait while the room cooled down to sleeping temp. "Another Great Stay"
We haven't stayed at the Comfort Inn for several months and we realize what we were missing! From the friendly greeting on check-in to the wonderful HOT breakfast the next morning there is NOTHING we could say that is negative about this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was just right.
