We like to stay at Staybridge. It provides a nice breakfast, very comfortable beds and a suite. The only thing I didn't like is that it was attached to an old Ramada Inn. Kind of a surprise, although the people there don't come into our hotel. The pool was a little old and I believe it is shared with the Ramada people. There was nothing great about this hotel but it was just fine for a quick stop. We stayed two nights, ate breakfast both days -- big variety, loved by kids, OK for adults-- but didn't use any other amenities. The only thing that really stood out was great service by both front desk staff and breakfast helping staff -- nothing spectacular, but everyone […] was really pleasant, efficient and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms seemed clean but definitely had an annoying cleaning product smell. We chose it b/c we were traveling with two kids and wanted the one-bedroom suite instead of one room at nicer hotel. In the end we maybe wish we'd chosen the nicer hotel because we didn't really take advantage of the kitchen/suite part, but, everything was fine and it's nice to have the extra room. We arrived two hours before check-in. I asked if we could check-in early (because we had been driving all day with two children - 2 yo and 2 months old). I even explained that I needed to change diapers and feed the kids. We were told that the rooms weren't ready and had to be inspected first. I explained that if check-in is at 3pm there should be some […] available rooms at 1pm. We were told that early check-in was not allowed per the manager. Of course, the manager was unavailable to speak to me. I also informed the desk attendant that I did not think it was good customer service and that I would be writing a review about the occurrence. My husband, the kids and I got back in the car to go kill 2 hours. The desk attendant later called my husband to inform him that we could check-in early. By then it was almost check-in time. It would've been a better experience if we were allowed to check-in upon arrival to the hotel. This hotel/manager must change this policy to keep customers. Overall the hotel is okay. We found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel personnel that we interacted with were very nice and accommodating. The location is very close to UDEL, and we will definitely be returning customers.

Very good hotel, cheerful staff, clean & comfortable rooms. Close to highway.

I chose the hotel because I stayed in one in East Lansing, Michigan 2 years ago and was very well pleased with my hotel stay then and likewise this recent stay was also very pleasurable. The only drawback to this hotel was that the Guest Laundry area was rather small, whereas the Guest Laundry was larger at the property in Michigan. My husband and I we travel a lot throughout the states. Staybridge Hotel in one of those we are looking to stay again. we like the hotel from the check in to the check out accept that the TV needs to be updated to HD

I wasn't sure what to expect because I didn't know much about his particular hotel, but I was very impressed. The service was great! Breakfast was more than I expected and my kids really enjoyed in. Overall we have a fantastic experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than we expected and was stocked with everything we needed; plates, glasses, utensils. Very nicely appointed modern and spacious suites. Very nice free breakfast buffet. Loved this place. It was just what we were looking for.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and close to I-95. We liked the hotel staff and the complimentary breakfast. It is on our to-stay list next time visiting the Wilmington area.

Hotels.com has some incorrect information for this hotel. There is NO SMOKING at all nowhere in this hotel, no rooms as advertised. Also the beds, room we booked was not the room they tried to place us in.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast but service was bad. We had requested early checkin and they couldnt get us a room even one hour before our checkin time because it was their "policy". The attitude of the hotel rep was that of "I don't care". So if you want good service you may be better off with a little cheaper hotel where service is good.

I have stayed at several StayBridge Suites over the years, but this one has a very nice lobby/dining area and very nice rooms for the money. They also serve a nice free breakfast including hot eggs and sausage. Internet is available both wireless and hard-wired rather than just wireless, which allows for much quicker file uploads/downloads. Stay was overall good, however housekeeping didn't show up until after 5:00 pm on the last night of stay and was told at that point not to bother, I just wanted to relax after work.

We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back for a longer stay. It was amazing all around including the price!

The room was more then we expected for the price it was very roomy and comfortable. The hotel was in a great just off the highway and within walking distance to a shopping center.

The Newark / Wilmington location was a very good facility and excellent value for the price. My wife and I had a studio suite which provided plenty of room and comfort. The free wireless internet worked well. The evening reception was a good alternative to having to find a restaurant for dinner after a busy day. We chose the Staybridge Suites because we were traveling with a 9 month old baby and we wanted to have a room that didn't require that we go to sleep at 7:30 PM with the baby. This is not a luxury hotel, but clearly caters to the business traveler. The prices were reasonable, the decor was modern and tasteful. It was slightly more expensive than some […] other options, but not exorbitant and it was worth it to have a clean, new hotel. The hotel was a relatively close ride from the University of Delaware. I was impressed with how clean it was from the reception area to the room. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a decent offering. The only issue we had was that housekeeping never cleaned our room so I had to make the beds myself (ugh!) and ask for a new set of towels.

Loved the hotel- rooms were clean- The location was great and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Great hotel- would definetely recommend!

I will be staying there again. The staff are great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfasts had a very good selection and the staff kept the area well stocked. They helped out with directions and recommendations on local places to eat dinner. I would recommend this place to any one staying in the area.
