Extended Stay Deluxe Philadelphia - Airport - Philadelphia

This hotel is in a great location relative to the Philadelphia International Airport. Front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful. Only one restaurant in the nearby area but the room had a fully equipped kitchen with a WaWa mini mart a few blocks away that had good choices for dinner and breakfast.

The halls were smelly. The air conditioner was on late September but I was able to adjust with a thermostat. Economical and close to air port.

I have to say that Im very dissapointed with the hotel...The room was dirty, the sofa bed was really old and dirty, there were hairs all over the counter , the cups were dirty and the swimming pool was dirty and we also saw a shirt with blood on it at the booton of the pool.........It was unbelievable.

I was told that a shuttle would be available and I should call from the train station when I arrived. When I called it was not available because as I later learned, the manager had sent it on a distant mission. That left me alone at a location that good samaritans told me was unsafe. Then I found hair and pubic hair on the pillows when I turned down […] the bed covers. Got a wakeup call an hour earlier than I requested. The management was responsible enough to break up a party of teenagers at 2:30 in the morning after at least a half hour. Wouldn't come anywhere near this chain again, despite the goodwill of the people on duty at the front desk and the decent comfort of the mattress. Lisätietoja

Very run down, dirty property. Only stay here if you are TRULY DESPERATE. As in, you would have to sleep in your car, etc.

I came in around 6:00 pm, check in and left for a wake keeping at a church 8imns away, did not get back until 1:30am in the morning. The room was very cool so I put the heat on thinking that it was working only to realized that it was not working. Slept in a very cool room for the rest of the night until morning when I went down stairs to asked them […] why was there heat in this room not working and they give it to me, they could not answer but rather send someone to fixed it. than they call me after he had fixed it to asked if it was working, was it not what they should have done before giving such a room for someone to sleep in as if I was begging them for free? and this was almost time for me to check out so the damage was already done. Got in the bath room no tooth paste, other hotels will have those very very smal tooth paste for one time used notthing. this was not a good experienced for me and if next time this will be the only discount hotel you guys will have in that area, than I will used a different site to book my room. Outstanding staff and customer service. accessible for the handicapped, full kitchens with refrigerators for storing meds, etc. Very reasonable for the cost. Will look for this place as my primary hotel from this day forward. Very nice place and very professional staff.

The rooms were large and there was a full kitchen. The housekeeping left ALOT to be desired. There was trash cans in the hall for you to put your trash in. There would be trash in the hall that would not be picked up for days. The room was only cleaned once aweek unless you paid extra. room was ok, but could use a good cleaning. We were travelling with our 4 kids and were only given 3 towels at a time. Had to turn in dirty towels before we could get 3 more. Convienent to Philadelphia. Easy to get in and out of the city.

The Extended Day Deluxe had all the amenities of home. A complete kitchen with microwave, stove, dishes, refrigerator etc. The only problem I had is that I wasn't staying long enough to enjoy it all.
