Close to Interstate 64, inexpensive rates, clean spacious room, stove and fridge (for leftovers), and close to downtown Richmond. Recommend highly!!!
It was the best place and cleanliness we ever stay. It felt like we stayed in a small apartment. We reserved a queen size bed but checking in they bumped us to a king size bed. Was very pleased. Will go back there again.

This hotel was not clean at all. Never took off shoes. Slept on top of bedspread with own pillow and blankets. Manger was nice and helped us with directions.

I took my daughter and younger cousin to King's Dominion for their graduation gifts. The room was a cute apartment style room with a tiny full service kitchen complete with oven off to the left as you enter the room. I inspected the entire room before we entered for bedbugs and/or anything that needed reporting. The room was clean except for a couple […] of hairs that I found on the bedsheet which may or may not have come from the cleaning staff. I make it my practice to always ask for clean sheets and pillow cases whenever staying in a hotel. Other than that, there were no complaints about the room. Our entire stay was comfortable(the bed hurt my back a bit, but that's a ME problem, not the hotel). There is a swimming pool, a laundry room, and a vending machine room on the premises. The area around the hotel seems safe and nice. The hotel is set up apartment complex style with another Extended Stay right across from the Extended Stay Deluxe. There is a convenient shopping center with a K-mart across the street from the complex. There are also several nearby restaurants. King's Dominion was 19 miles away from the hotel itself. If you're looking for a Hilton-style hotel room then you should probably stay elsewhere. This is an EXTENDED STAY hotel, meaning that some people do actually live here. The residents in the hotel seemed nice and it was very quiet at night. Nice, comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to freeways.

The hotel was wonderful. Great location close to the interstate and very roomy. Plan to stay again one day.
"Pretty nice hotel and worth the price"
For the price, this was a pretty nice hotel. It is in a good location with plenty of shopping and eating nearby. The room was a nice suite with a small kitchen. It was a pleasant suprise to find a recliner in the living area to go with the large couch.
