I believe that all of the rooms are suite style with a kitchenette and separate sleeping areas. They are nice and well taken care of. I was very pleased with the location--safe and right next to the highway and Poplar Ave. Also, the staff was very attentive. The rooms which have kitchenettes are perfect if you prefer to make your own meals and even the studio is quite roomy with a great vanity in the bathroom. I loved this hotel -- the breakfast was amazing -- better than most buffet breakfasts you can get anywhere! The front desk staff was also great and made all attempts to be accomodating. The only problem that we had was that I had originally reserved a 2-bed room with a Sofabed, but we didn't get that -- we were first checked in to a full-size (it looked full-size, could've been queen-sized) room with no Sofabed; I went to the front desk and told them that I had reserved a 2-bed room with a Sofabed, and he looked and found us a Handicapped room (my mom is disabled), with at least a King-sized bed. This room was much larger, but we still missed the Sofabed we had been anticipating. All-in-all a great stay at a wonderful hotel, with a great staff. Everything is excellent! You can tell that this GM has instilled a work ethic in his employees! Clean, clean, clean, and the best breakfast buffet around! We'll be back!

King Suite had a queen sleeper sofa that was in a room with it's own television and was separated by double doors. Perfect for a stay with a college student - giving him his own space. Complimentary breakfast buffet included hot entrees and a good selection. Guest laundry was a nice amenity. Great location near highways and University of Memphis. I really enjoyed my stay here--I actually wished I could have stayed longer. The customer service was great, the room was quite clean (only a small stain on the carpet), and it was located in a very nice part of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great experience!

The room was marked as "No Smoking" but the hallway reeked of old tobacco smoke. The room itself was nice, and pretty much as advertised, a studio with full kitchen. Both refrigerator and A/C were VERY noisy, making sleep difficult. When the A/C kicked on, it blew so hard that if the noise had not already woken you, the sudden cold draft would.

We booked a two night stay at this hotel based on the good reviews written on hotels.com. When we arrived at this hotel we received a room that did not look like the room advertised on hotels.com; however, the room/bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room because we were a […] husband/wife/daughter group and there was only one queen size bed. We knew we would have to request a rollout bed for our daughter (uncomfortable) and there wasn't a lot of room to set up a mini computer station. Which was a necessity for all of us. All in all I was disappointed with the space provided for our family. We sucked it up and went about our evening enjoying our immediate and extended family members for the family reunion get together. When we returned that night my husband went to the front desk to request a rollout and the gentleman whose name I have since forgotten (father's day weekend 2011) informed us that he would gladly upgrade our room to a bigger suite. Yay for us! Well not only was this room just as clean and charming as our original room it was 3x as spacious. When you walk in there is a roomy kitchenette to the left with refrig, micro, dishwasher and every kind of dish, cookware, drinkware, and utensil you would need for light cooking and/or to heat up leftovers, including dish towels. There was a seating area that included a table/desk area, TV located in an amoire, a comfortable couch that enclosed a pullout bed that our daughter found very comfy, as well as two club chairs for extra seating. The completely closed off bedroom was so comfortable with a queen size bed and a very roomy and clean bathroom accessorized with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. We were so happy and satisfied with this room that whenever we visit Memphis for an extended stay this will be our go to hotel. We were looking for a room in town for our anniversary because my husband had to work on Saturday; Staybridge was definitely the right choice. The customer service was EXCELLENT throughout our stay; Demitria was superb in finding us another room because our original room didn't have a DVD player in it.. She was the epitomy of customer service...courteous, […] smiling, & helpful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful to both my husband and myself. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. There was a choice of hot & cold items: grits, oatmeal, omelets, make your own waffles, sausage/bacon, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and assorted drinks (GOOD coffee)! I appreciated the later start/end times on the weekend (7:30 - 10:30 am) so I didn't have to get up as early. The kitchenette in our room was great; we were able to cook for ourselves and not have to deal with long restaurant wait times (it was also more romantic). Our bed was comfortable, lighting was adequate, the sofa was even comfortable & the window opened (fresh air!). The pool was a little small for some, but it was big enough to cool off in, which made it fine for me. We didn't use a grill, but it was nice to know they were available. Everything was so nice, we almost didn't want to check out! A very nice 'home away from home' type place if that's what you're looking for. Our recent overnight stay at Staybridge Suites in Memphis was more than satisfactory in every way. I only wish we had stayed longer so we could have enjoyed the full kitchen, swimming pool and fitness room. We were very comfortable.

Great hotel and friendly staff as well as great customer service. The location is very good and my family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the evening meet and greet on Monday thru Thursday was something to write home about. I told my co-workers all about our stay upon return.

This hotel was located in a great part of town and was perfect for our overnight stay. We arrived earlier than typical check-in time (1:00 p.m.) and rooms were still being cleaned. There was one room available (my party was in need of 3) and the staff gave us the 1 room so we could store our luggage and get on our way. Very nice and clean Hotel. We enjoyed the seperate bedroom from the children. Big comfortable and clean bed. Quiet neighborhood. In an extremely nice part of Memphis, beautiful neighborhoods and lots of resturants near by, yet still close enough to Graceland. Would stay at again.

Everyone was friendly and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. All the guest I met seemed to really enjoy the hotel and the staff. There was an atmosphere of comfort and warmth.

Perfect for short or long term stays with pets and or children the Kitchenette is a winner. Friendly Staff, comfortable decor, easy access to the highway with a large dog friendly park nearby; This was a welcome respite during our winter weather travels.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at the Staybridge Suites in Memphis. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, as we were minutes away from Graceland, Beale Street, and other attractions. Plus they offer a really decent hot breakfast - free of charge - every morning. The one downside […] was that the hotel room could have been a little more comfortable. The bed was a little hard, and the room was set up in an awkward way. Our bed was pushed up against the A/C vent, so it got pretty chilly at night. There also was no sink in the bathroom, which was sort of strange. There was a vanity adjacent to the bed, but you couldn't really use it without disturbing whomever was sleeping at the time. It appeared that our room had been recently remodeled, and might have been converted from one room to two, which explains that odd setup. With all of that said, all of the pros far outweighed the one con, and I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit the Memphis area. Wonderful & friendly hotel staff. Convenient to highways and Memphis sites around town. Spacious and clean room. I was given a smoking room, despite requesting non-smoking when booking the room. It wasno big deal for me, but there was an unpleasant odor to the room that some would find objectionable.

This is twice I have stayed at the Staybridge Suites and I have been pleased with the room. The service is very good,people are friendly. I will stay with them again.

The Staybridge exceeded all our expectations. Our room was large and comfortable, and the full breakfast each morning was great. The service was outstanding. We will stay here again when we return to Memphis.

Great place for the family to stay. Great for travelers that are staying for more than a weekend. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. You do need a car to get around as the hotel isn't near tourist attractions. However it is right off I-240 so every place can be reached in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend the staybridge.

We were very happy with our room...we have two small children, so the kitchen was excellent for preparing meals for the baby and we could put the children to sleep in the bedroom without waking them to watch some late night TV!
