This hotel was really convenient for a visit to Buschgarden. It was clean, the room was of good size even for 4 persons and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was ok and the service was excellent. I would definitely book this hotel again, it was great for the money.

Every single employee I met seemed to be so naturally happy to be working there. Very helpful. The shuttle driver was awesome! He didn't just give me directions to where I needed to be on the USF campus he took me there so I knew how to get there on my own. Who does that? I will definitely stay here again.

Super convenient location - 1 mile from Buscg gardens and close to tons of restaurants. Clean. Nice. Free breakfast. Pool, hot tub, exercise room. Would definitely recommend this place.

We tried 3 different rooms before we found one that was not muggy with the A/C on blast. All the rooms were on the 3rd floor. The shuttle is supposed to be free (as stated on Hotels.com website, the Wyndham website and several signs throughtoutnthe hotel as long as on the pamphlet you receive your keys in. Was told its a $5.00 drop fee for restaurants. […] Didn't end up paying but did tip the evening driver. He was a very sweet man. Breakfast was the same everyday, Waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt and cereal. Elevators were extremely slow and I think some college kids may stay there as a dormitory. The hotel is in a great location within close proximity to attractions and dining to please any palette. Service at the hotel was great. My only issue was that the shower did not drain and although I asked for it to be fixed twice it was not until the day I checked out and mentioned it to the manager. The staff was very helpful and friendly at this location. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was included as well as a paper, and it was open until 10, and check out was at 12 so it wad convenient, especially since we were at an event at the sun dome until around 1am. The only negatives were that the elevator smelled of cigarette (but there were no smoking signs everywhere, so im sure a guest was just being mean) and we could hear the water flowing down the pipes at night from our 3rd floor room. I really liked this hotel. it was very clean and the employees were so nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!!! free shuttle back and forth to the park was a PLUS (the drivers were very friendly). The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores so that was super convenient. I would stay here again, but would get a king bed. […] We had the queen and it seemed very small and uncomfortable for my husband and I. The kids didn't complain at all. Only down part, which was very minor, is there was a thunderstorm and they have satellite tv. We were all tuckered out from the day and ready to chill out and watch a tv show or movie but the satellite went out during the storm....so no tv for one night. No biggie...we passed out anyway! We stayed overnight to attend the Bay Area Rennaisance Festival and to visit my son at USF. This hotel was very convenient to both. The front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

Had problems with shower in our room. Hotel addressed it, but only jury rigged it and told us it would be repaired the next day. Never happened. One of their elevators stayed out of order the entire time we were there. Way too much noise from other rooms. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

My room was clean, but everything was stained- walls, chairs, carpet. My room also had a terrible odor- urine! It was not pleasant. The hotel was full so I could not change my room

Very good and comfortable. A very helpful Staff. If you plan to stay here and need a shuttle to and from the TPA airport I recommend the Super Shuttle. $20.00 a great deal.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it is comfortable, clean, and has a nice morning breakfast which is included at no extra cost. Additionally, it has a hot tub which is also clean.

Conveniance to Busch Gardens was a definite bonus and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and on time. Breakfast was also a bonus but not having a full service restaraunt for lunch or dinner was a thumbs down. Unfortunatley we had some very noisy people all around our room and we believe that was due to being so close to USF. Almost decided to leave […] after the first night for that reason. I work between Tampa and Atlanta, so I live in hotels. This hotel was ok, but the management was bad. I booked throught hotels.com and got a good deal. The issue was that when I checked into my room, it was a handicap room. When I questioned the manager about this he simply said that this was all that was available. While waiting at the desk I had already […] overheard him giving his report to another manager. In that conversation he stated that they were about 70% bookeed. But he flat out lied to me about having another room available to put me in. This was an uncomfortable stay, the handicap shower did not work, so taking showers was a real pain. I am 6'4" so trying to lean in under that handicap shower was no fun. The counter space was nonexistent! Then there was the bothersom handicap chair in the bathroom taking up space. It is great that they put all this thought into making rooms accessible for those with handicaps; However, these features are a re hinderance to a non handicap person. The manager should have recongized this and given me another room. I spent 5 days in this room! I will not stay here again Lisätietoja

The room was very comfortable and cost efficient. However, the center of room was very clean, bathroom clean, bed clean and comfortable accept for pillows (which is usual for hotels), but, the corners of the room were very dirty and dusty. A hose, backpack vacuum used by one employee to vacuum corners of every room once a week would make your hotel […] much more attractive. The jacuzzi had some problem- way too much chlorine. It was like a chemical weapon attack. I complained to management and even after the pool maintainence man supposedly checked it, it was way too strong. The first nite, someone was smoking on our floor and the smell permeated our room. We were very happy with our room. Having the microwave, refrigerator & sofa made it a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to others. I think the price was fair for all of the amenities included. I would suggest a variety every other day for the breakfast.

A well located, very comfortable and clean hotel suitable for my daughter and I who had to travel to Tampa for a sports event. Lovely clean towels and linen, with all necessities supplied. Everything in the hotel room was in working order. It was also terrific to have free access to the hotel's business centre - including computers and printers. A shuttle […] bus was organised for our group on many occasions during our stay which worked out to be very economical and convenient. We stayed here overnight to avoid the drive from Orlando early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfortable and we had a great view of the firework display at Busch Gardens from our bedroom window. The complimentary breakfast was informal with plenty of choices. It would have been […] great if there was a restaurant at the hotel because we were all tired after a lot of driving and didnt really fancy going out again, but to be fair there were plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. I had read reviews of other much cheaper hotels nearby but there were complaints about cleanliness and the behaviour of other guests - no issues like that at the Wyndham so I was glad I chose it. Overall it was clean and well maintained, the facilies i.e. pool, gym leave something to be desired. Its very close to USF I would have stayed there again if the AC units functioned properly however they didn't the room was cold but humid, so its a very weird feeling, I spent two sleepness night due to the AC not cooling properly.

We had a really nice stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast selection was pretty good. We were able to see the Busch Gardens fireworks from the pool area our first night and it was really nice having the shuttle service available to the park so you don't have to pay for parking.
