The staff at this hotel were very helpful even at 10pm and later when we checked in from a long day if traveling. The bed was great and the room was clean. We slept good and we would stay again

Other than the free breakfast which wasn't very good I would recommend this hotel. It is clean, comfortable with a very pleasant staff that is very helpful.

Very helpful. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly young man gave me a ride to pick up my rental car.

We tried to book our usual Bozeman stay but due to the shopping season and college game was unable. We booked HL for more than usually spent thinking it would be fine. Hallway and room carpets, Bathrooms, were all dirty and stained. Front desk staff found at nearby department store while on duty after checking in. When the front desk staff (Husband/Wife) […] and their children were found in the swimming pool while on evening duty, our suspicions of a poorly managed hotel were confirmed. Beds are old and do not meet HL standards. Next morning at 07:45 breakfast offerings were depleted and staff either failed, or were very slow to replenish food trays. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. It had a great Montana feel, too, if that interests you. The best thing about this hotel is that they will shuttle you ANYWHERE at ANYTIME as long as it's within 20 miles. So many times I have had to rent a car just to do some sight-seeing, go to dinner, etc. The free shuttle service was such a great thing to […] have. The pool was closed and had to cross a very busy street to another hotel. Also, did not appreciate having my credit card swiped and told that this was on hold to pay $25.00 up front for amenities that we may add to our room, including TV. Because of this, we won't stay there again.

the suite was big and clean. The service was excellent. the hotel location was good. The only thing was that the pool was undercontruction and we had to go across the street to go swimming but otherwise it was very nice.

We spent 3 nights here. The first two nights were quiet and relaxing. The last night we had a couple in the next room arguing, slamming doors etc This went on until finally the hotel staff dealt with it. Room decor appealing. Liked using the refrigerator and microwave for my 3 day stay. Variety of good food for breakfast, including hot and cold selections. I plan on staying here on my next visit in August.

Wasn't aware that the nice indoor pool and whirlpool jacuzzi was gonna be totally drained when we went to use it in the morning. Would never stay at a hotel with no pool access. Customers should have been notified of this before booking their stay

The hotel was under renovation when I arrived, but despite that the staff still provided excellent service and a great room. If I plan on booking a hotel in Bozeman again the Wyngate will likely be the place I stay.

My wife and I used the Wingate last time we were in Bozeman and loved. Very comfortable beds, quiet area and great service. This time around the same experience.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy. Pretty close to the airport.

Great location for catching early morning flights if you have a car as it is on the right end of town. A good restaurant was nearby. Staff organised a breakfast bag for us to take to the airport for our early flight. Spacious room. Good computers in the business centre

I was impressed with the Bozeman Wyngate. The front desk and cleaning staffs were exceptional...nice to me, courteous to my kids and the rooms were sparkling. I'm really happy with my choice in hotels.

The front desk staff was very helpful and willing to shuttle us anywhere we wanted to go, including to and from the airport (once after 11:00 PM), to drop off a rental car, and to the events we wanted to attend. Very interesting and friendly shuttle drivers (Iraq vet, 20-year-old who spent his first 15 years in Thailand, MSU student majoring in architecture). […] The housekeeping crew came by the room pretty early, but I should have put the Do Not Disturb hanger out, I guess. The mattresses were uncomfortable, but overall I really liked the hotel. The lobby is lovely, the room was nice. We swam in the pool and went in the hot tub. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had at hotels. Hot scrambled eggs, bacon, good waffles, and much more. The staff was friendly at check in and check out.

The desk had extremely friendly and competent staff. The room and whole hotel were very clean and the continental breakfast was excellent. Coffee and cookies were provided in the lobby 24 hours and there was a coffee maker in room also. The shower was very good as well.

Though this hotel is not close to the airport or downtown Bozeman, free transportation is provided to both. We found the staff to be wonderfully accommodating and helpful,and the rooms comfortable and clean. I think it deserves a higher star rating than 2, a 3 at least. And a 5 for service.

Stayed here before embarking on a winter tour of Yellowstone National Park. Had such a good experience that we stayed here again the next week before flying home. Shuttle to and from the airport took only 8 minutes each way. Needed to leave the hotel before the shuttle van got back from the airport and the on duty manager took us in her car. Unheard […] of with any other hotel. Gave 4 stars for location because only 2 restaurants within walking distance but Target and other chain retail shops were easy 5 minute walk. We recently spent two days at this hotel in Bozeman, and though I rarely write reviews, I had to praise the hotel staff for their friendly, helpful service and accommodating attitude. Not only did they provide free airport pickup service, but drove us into downtown Bozeman for dinner and sightseeing...twice. The Bozeman Wingate was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. This is a convenient location on the west side of town and near the interstate. Also has restaurants nearby.
