Hotellissa Millennium Broadway Hotel - Times Square on 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja kokoushuone. Majoitusliikkeen (liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Millennium Broadway Hotel - Times Squaren 750 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Televisiossa on kaapeli-/satelliittikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat.Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja puhelin, useita linjoja sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Huoneissa on nopea Internet-yhteys. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan). Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

Restaurant Charlotte - Just off the lobby, Restaurant Charlotte serves breakfast daily, from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Options include light offerings such as smoothies and oatmeal, all the way to full American breakfasts with eggs, bacon, and potatoes.
Charlotte Bar and Lounge - A full-service bar, with light dining, available daily from noon to midnight.
Room service - In-room dining is available for breakfast, from 6 AM to 11 AM. A light dinner -- with soups, salads, and sandwiches -- can also be ordered daily from 5 PM to 11 PM.
Even with all there is to see and do in the Big Apple, it's possible to squeeze in a workout at the Millennium. The 16th-floor fitness center offers cardio and weight equipment, along with shower room and lockers.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotelli sinänsä oli myös ihan hyvä ja palvelu oli moitteetonta. Huone oli pieni pettymys, kuvat olivat antaneet paremman kuvan huoneen kunnosta. Tosin hotellissa on varmasti parempi kuntoisempiakin huoneita. Mutta huone oli kuitenkin siisti ja palveli hyvin meidän tarpeita (kävimme pääasiassa siellä nukkumassa). Voisin su […] ositella. "hyvä sijainti"
Hotellilla hyvä sijainti. Hotellihuone sen sijaan oli hieman nuhruinen, kokolattiamatossa kivat jäljet joskus kaatuneista nesteistä. Muuten ok. Näkymät illan valoissa hyvät, päivällä vähän ankeat. Näkymä myös rakennustyömaalle. Baarikaappiin ei kannata omia vesipulloja laittaa, on sellainen "kosketuksesta laskuttava".

Sijainti aivan loistava ja näkymät huikeat 45. kerroksesta Times Squarelle. Concierge -palvelun henkilökunta erittäin ystävälistä ja avuliasta, saimme liput eri tapahtumiin nopeasti ja hyvällä hinnalla. Hotellihuoneen kokolattiamatto oli WC:n edestä ensimmäiset 2 päivää ihan märkä, joka ei oikein sopinut 4 tähden hotellin superior-huoneen tasoon. Tlattu ei tupakkahuone ja tupakan savua joka päivä ovesta sisään kun naapurit polttaa! Sitten vielä connection ovi josta meidän puolelta pääsi naapureille!? aika outo asia? Kahvi keittimen tavarat, tee, kahvi, sokeri, maito, sai joka päivä tilata erikseen....riittäisi kun täydennetttäis varasto joka päivä siivouksen yhteydessä. Kun tultiin perille oli […] sellainen huone jossa televisiota olisi pitänyt katsoa sivusta koko viikon, vaihdettiin välittömästi kun huomattiin asia. "Aina ei saa sitä mitä tilaa"
Tilattuna oli 2 superior huonetta kerroksista 20 ja ylöspäin sekä molemmat huoneet doublebed´eillä. Vastaanotossa tarjottiin huonetta paljon alempaa ja sänkyjen koko oli eri mitä oli tilattu. Seuraavana aamuna toinen huone saatiin vaihdettua tilatun kaltaiseksi ja kerrokset kohdalleen. Hotelli ja kylpyhuoneet alkavat olla kuluneempia, mitä kauniista […] kuvista voi kuvitella. Mahtava sijainti mutta hieman huolimaton siivous. Jännitti kuin kuusivuotias könysi sängyn alla ja sieltä kuului "Iskä, mikä tämä on?"...Meikkikynän terotin;-)

Erittäin hyvä sijanti, hyvä palvelu ja huoneet tilavat ja siistit. Olimme erittäin tyytäväisiä valintaamme. Lisämaksullinen aamiainen myös erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen. Saimme muutenkin osaksemme vain hyvää palvelua.

Only problem was with the keys.Never had them near anything but had to have them rekeyed 5 times in 4 days.Other than this minor problem our stay was great.

Hotel was in a superb location for seeing the sites. Hotel room was a superior room and it was a bit tired looking. No shower caps, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room either. Bed was comfortable though and room was quiet, so we had a good sleep.

"A weekend at Millennium"
The hotel is ok, but they will charge you for everything, no free service included... To borrow two empty glasses they charge you 5 USD. It is not alowed to use the minibar fridge for your personal drinks, then you need to rent a new fridge for 20 USD.

Check in was a little lenghty..when coming from an early AM drive, train ride, lugging lugage, cab ride....we were exhausted as we always are upon our arrival into NYC. Not enough check in agents. Our room was very nice. Great comfy bed..beautiful large bathroom..only complaint was the temperature of the room.. a little stuffy..could not get the air […] to a comfortable temperature. The toilet flooded, the bathroom and the room carpet got all wet and filthy. They caused as great discomfort until they finally decided to change us room. We slept a whole night in a room that was only cleaned out but still wet and not disinfected . The carpet in the room was very filthy.The receptionist was ironic and insulting and when we protested […] about the situation in the room he told us that if we dont like the hotel we should find another one. We gave the manager of the hotel a two pages protestation letter and we never got a reply from anyone. We would never stay in this hotel again. Instead, Biltmore Millenium in L.A. was very good. Room looked nice but Overpriced for what we experienced. Remote for TV didn't work talked to someone about it but wasn't fixed . Wish there was coffee in room. Probably would look elsewhere another time.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff at this hotel. Lefon the doorman made our stay special. The hotel had no problem storing our luggage fo us and were very accommodating. The room was small and the beds a little too hard for me. There we no amenities and the room not so memorable. But we loved the location.

During check in the agent on duty was rude & obnoxious - welcome to NY. Then the agent to my left checking in a single women, asked her for her phone number!! Bag check service was horrific too. Room was very nice and the location in Times Square was perfect. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

We found Millennium Broadway Hotel on Hotels.com for a great price. The room was nice, clean, updated and had a great view. You can't beat the location, on Times Square with easy access to everything in NYC. Loved it!

"Nice People, Nice workers, Worn Hotel"
Staff was great, location was great, room was clean and comfortable - but well worn...furniture banged up, shower old head with build up, towels wearing thin. Location and people made up for these gaps.

Great value for the location. Little "in-room" annoyances like a missing light bulb, the TV remote not working, and a leak at the origin of the shower fixture tempered my enthusiasm for what is otherwise a well appointed room, that is clean, large, and comfortable.

"Millenium Broadway - Soooo close to everything"
Just spent 6 nights at the Millenium Broadway, the premier section and really enjoyed my stay. It was soooo close to Times Square. Steps away from great shows, shopping and restaurants. All the staff were very nice, especially those in the M floor lounge where we went each day for complimentary breakfast and then again for happy hour for complimentary […] beverages. My only complaint is the lack of WiFi (what hotel doesn't have that now?). "MILLENNIUM BROADWAY - Ecellent Location"
Hotel is right in Times Square. Walking distance to many of the top attractions in New York Broadway, Empire State etc.

Everything was fine except the tv remotes were horrible. You could not change the chanels

...service at the front desk was awful. The counter was wet with something and I mentioned it to the guy checking me in...NOPE...he didn't clean it up. He even brought it to another front desk clerk and he also ignored it. Hotel is average at best but the room was actually nice inside. Kinda old and our key lock kept getting stuck (annoying). Absolutely […] an awesome location though...there is a parking garage right across the street and it cost me $45.00 to leave it overnight. "Clean, safe, but nothing special"
Was a very comfortable and clean place to stay less than a half block from Times Square. It has great restaurants nearby. Staff was generally helpful and welcoming. But the rooms were nothing special. There was no WOW factor or luxury feel. But for the location it was great great great.
