The rooms were modern & comfortable and the hotel location is convenient. The hotel allows pets and there were barking dogs across the hall every time a door shut.

comfortable room, good soundproofing, smokefree so NO SMOKE SMELL! Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff--all at a reasonable price.

The hotel was fine. Why do they let people smoke in front of the main entrance. You have a smoke free hotel, but you have to fight your way thru a cloud of smoke to get in the door! Otherwise, no complaints.

This hotel is one we will NEVER stay at again for several reasons: 1.) The room was horribly laid out. The tv was behind the door to the bedroom. NOTHING like the pictures shown. 2.) The room and furnishings were OLD. The couch was stained. The sink had lots of stains and water spots all over the carpet below it. The toilet was old and the seat was […] lopsided and loose. The walls were dirty and smudged. 3.) There were hairs all over the bathroom floor - gross! 4.) The commodities were awful. Wireless was an extra charge which wasn't mentioned in booking. There was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, in fact if you want any they will tell you to buy it out of the vending machine ( $2 for a small packet like you would get as a free sample! And no conditioner. ) Overall this hotel was nothing like in the reviews, or information listed on this site - other than the exterior photo. VERY DISSAPOINTED and could not get out fast enough. Hotel was clean and friendly. It had everything I wanted and needed.

During the time I spend their building maintenance was going on. The building was being painted all exterior windows were covered with plastic. That was not a problem the maintenance was quiet. The staff was outstanding, check-in and out was quick and painless. The room was well maintained with the exception of the bed and pillows. We stay here a couple of times a year. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Love being not too far from sports complex, convention center, and favorite restaurant [Cheesecake Factory] and other fine restaurants. Would be better if complimentary continental breakfast was offered on weekends too.

I was so impress with the room and hotel service especially for such a wonderful price, this is definitely gonna be our go to place when in KC area from now on! Not to mention we slept like rocks, never heard a neighbor once!

Great for the money, staff was great. Would be a 5 rating with better pillows, comforter and a little cleaner carpet

The hotel was OK overall but the beds are hard as a rock!! Could barely stand the next morning!

Everything was good about our stay except the wireless Internet access. Room was nice, but small. Nice HD TV. We tried to use the Internet, but our connection kept timing out. Tech support tried to help, but could not get it to work properly. Manager at front desk refunded our $4.99 charge.

Two blocks north of exit 79 on I-435. Appears to be fairly new. Everything was clean, tidy and quiet. Had a kitchen with full size fridge, two-burner stove and a coffee pot. Nice looking exercise room (unfortunately, didn't have time to use it). I intend to book there again next time I go to Olathe/Overland Park area.

Twenty minutes to power and light district. Also located about twenty minutes from Kaufman and arrowhead stadium very nice hotel.

For the price, the hotel was fine. Don't get a room above the entrance because the smokers are loud. Beds are rock hard as well. Continental breakfast was decent, decent shower and nice flat screen in the room.
