Hotelli oli helppo löytää ja katettu ilmainen parkkipaikka oli hyvä. Bank Atlantic Center ja Sawgrass Mills kävelymatkan päässä.Todella siisti hotelli ja tilava huone. Varusteena mikroaaltouuni oli positiivinen yllätys. Sisääntulon yhteydessä sai ilmaiset suklaacookiet! :) Viivyimme hotellissa vain yhden yön, joten emme ehtineet hyödyntää kaikkia hotellin mahdollisuuksia, esim allasosastoa ja fitness centeriä.

Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. Huone sopivan kokoinen. Kylpyhuone siisti, kylpyammeesta plussaa. Huoneessa parveke, tosin näkymä kujalle ei miellyttävä. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi ja kahvinkeitin sekä silityslauta. Hotellissa hintaan sisältyy ilmainen langaton internet. Huoneemme oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, jossa internet toimi vaihtelevasti. Hotellin aulassa tietokone, jossa internet […] toimi paremmin. Hotellin henkilökunta palvelualtista. Hotellissa oli ulkouima-allas sekä pieni kuntosali. Huoneen hintaan sisältyi ilmainen vartioitu pysäköinti. Hotelli oli Pohjois-Miamissa, joten kaukana rannasta. Autolla pääsi hyvin kauppoihin ja ruokapaikkoihin, kävellen ei viitsinyt hirveän kauas lähteä sijainnin vuoksi. Vasta päätä hotellia oli kuitenkin mm. Burger King ja muita ruokapaikkoja. Kaiken kaikkiaan sopiva hotelli, jos on liikkeellä autolla, eikä sijainnilla ole niin paljon merkitystä. Huone perustasoa, ilmainen internet ja pysäköinti plussaa. Lisätietoja

The hallway had a terrible smell which carried into my room. The door to my room would stick and I had to bump it with my shoulder to open it everytime. I bought a bottle of febreeze for the room and that helped. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason.

I stayed in quite a few best western hotels and this has been the best so far. I am very germaphobic but this hotel was incredibly clean and renovated; it surpassed all of my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close lots of restaurants and not far from aventura mall. I would recommend staying there! :)

Was in Miami for Market America.Com's International Convention held at the American Airlines Arena. Easy commute to Downtown. Stayed three nights. Comfortable, clean, great service, at a reasonable price. Will stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference in Miami. 20+ minutes to Arena depending on traffic. Rooms were better than expected. Room svc keep room tidy and straight each day. Area around hotel is a little questionable but manageable. Only a couple of chain resturants close by.

This was our first trip to Miami so finding a hotel with needed accommodations (and within our budget) was imperative. The Best Western on Biscayne Blvd turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. The room was perfect for my husband's needs (roll-in shower) and was even on the first floor. The hotel staff was also extremely helpful. The attached […] restaurant has a good breakfast menu (lunch/dinner was good but with an extremely limited menu). Numerous other restaurants/businesses are in the area; however, wouldn't recommend trying to cross six lanes of traffic on foot to get to Denny's across the street. This hotel is OK. We chose it because it was the closest to a relative's place and didn't spend much time in it (did use the pool though and it was nice enough). While it "has" a restaurant you'll probably want to go to one of the many options nearby. WiFi and parking are free and the staff is helpful (although we didn't have any special request).

I spent 3 days with my family at this hotel. Great clean non smoking room with mini frig and microwave for warming up my 2 yr old food. Minutes away from South Beach & shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was in a great location, 10 minutes from -95,night time security. We only had 1 issue, we checked in and then our card key quit working, they advised us that the lock was broken and we would have to move to another room because they couldnt fix it until the next day. They moved us right away. The rooms were clean although the maid missed a couple […] of pieces of paper on the floor both days as well as left the light on. There is no complimentary breakfast so we ate in the brand new hotel cafe which let me order something not on their menu and their prices were quite reasonable. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a room we specified which we found to be clean, spacious, and appeared to be recently refurbished. It was full of amenities including a flat screen TV which we didn't expect, a ref and a micro. I thought the room was comparable to ones at the Hampton Inn or Hilton Inn but at a […] value price. "Good Hotel"
This hotel has a great location, close to shops and restaurants. It's on Biscayne Blvd so it's easy to get transport and easy to find. The hotel is clean and fairly well maintained.
"Close to Beach and many restaurants"
This is the second time we stayed at this location in North Miami. The hotel is clean and the personnel very helpful. We enjoy going to Halovar Beach, which is located several miles from this hotel. We will return.
I was disappointed there was no gym. Highly overpriced.
