Extended Stay America Phoenix - Airport - E. Oak St. - Phoenix

Bed was hard..everthing else was great.

We stayed here because of a late arrival and need to get family a good nights sleep before the 2 hour drive the next day. Bad idea. We would have been better off driving straight to Flagstaff. TERRIBLE hotel. Dirty linen, poor layout, loud refrigerator, cramped bathroom, poor smell. Would never, ever stay in this hotel again.

I rented a room at this hotel for a family member who was in from out of town- looked like a nice place from the outside. When we went in the room it seemed okay. That night, however, there were bugs crawling up the wall, pubic hairs in the shower, sheets that did not even fit the bed, and an odor that permeated the mattress and sheets. I felt horrible […] for having put him at such a crappy place and was so embarassed. A good example of you get what you pay for. We were looking for a cheaper hotel for one night close to the airport, and found a relatively cheap room. It was adequate, but not fancy.

DIlapidated. Dirty. Needs major upgrade. 2steps short of skid row. Floor lamp no light. Promised to replace but never did during 4 night stay.

Overall the stay was nice. The only problem with the room was that it did not have a sink stop or dish detergent for the kitchen.

The hotel was definately worthy the price. The "kitchen" is tiny but good enough for a short stay. The pool is nice, decent laundry facilities. Restaurants within walking distance. Only slight negative was that the front desk is SLOW. Check in took way too long, there was a long line. Also they would take calls and ignore the customers right in front […] of therm. The hotel it's self is fine for th money. The shuttle from th airport stops a 9:30 PM. If you fly in later that 9:00 you will incur a taxi fee> The taxi drivers are miffed that they wait in line for fares and then get one that only goes a couple of miles. I like these places, but this was just unsatisfactory. Both of our sinks dripped water all the time. Not to good in a desert. Bathroom was old as well. Other than that, the place is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Every thing was good but the problem was the kids wanted to watch TV but the cable connection was bad and fix with scotch tape which cause the reception to be bad. the bed was too hard.

I had an overall good stay but the bed was very hard and I had a 2 day stay and left in the morning to return to a dirty room. The maids never cleaned the room while I was there and I found no sign to hang on the door to tell them to clean the room.

had my reservation confused with some one else issued me keys to an occupied room, bed was unsleepable had to buy foam topper to stay the secound night

Hotel service sucked! Checked in with my mom and was put in 3 builings down from her room, when asked if I could have a room closer I was told they were totally booked! Much to my surprise after I checked into my room ,that was already occupied by another guest, I was relocated right next door to my moms room and happened to notice the whole hall was […] empty! Just needed a place to stay before taking an early flight out the next day. Close to the airport - its major positive feature. Hotel clerk was polite and helpful. Mattress was uncomfortably hard - and I usually prefer a firm mattress. Exhaust fan in bathroom, which runs automatically, was so loud it awakend the rest of the family.

I didnt know I was supposed to call to set up for hotel to send shuttle. But when I did call to ask how often they come to pick up, they explained to me the process. The wait was not that long and the receptionist was extremely helpful. When I arrived at the hotel. I was checked in with excellent service. And greeted with concern about my arrival off […] the plane. They gave me great directions how to get around and even had the airport shuttle drop me off at the metro rail. The neighborhood was not the best but they were very helpful in making sure I was getting around properly due to the area. The Metro was great and taxis not hard to flag down. Spacious, clean and well supplied room.

Was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast (rolls, coffee, fruit). Also, there wasn't De-Caf coffee packets available, except in a vending machine. Good thing I carry decaf coffee & tea with me. Took me forever to make ice. Directions for working the icemaker would be great.

Wanted a first floor room, said there were none, but it became apparent that in one building there were at least 10-20 empty.

The employees went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay for us. Although we had wanted a non smoking room, we were reconciled to being in a smoking room because that was the last one available. Upon discovering that there was one other room with slightly different sleeping arrangements for 3 guests, they went out of their way to offer this […] to us. The hotel staff was great when we checked in. The room was clean (with the exception of one hair in a towel but that coud happen anywhere). Hotel was in a very central location. Included use of an pool which was perfect. Checked out bed first thing and NO bedbugs! Price was very reasonable.

The hotel was okay but the room can be better maintained. It was okay for the price. You have to pay for internet - so it makes sense to pay for the internet service if you stay over 3days. The hotel needs to be maintained better. It is not in a horrible state though. Okay if you need a place to crash for two or more nights and want to have "home-like" […] cooked meals. Lisätietoja

Toilet ran all night, noise from street not good.

Nice, quite motel. Very comfortable. Within walking distance to a supermarket and other stores and some restaurants.
