Great location for midtown. The metro was walking distance away. Very convient all the surrounding stores was a great plus. Only bad thing i can say is the dvd player didnt work in my room but overall it was gooD The rates were good for the time i spent. Would stay again.

The Extended Stay on Osborne in central Phoenix is nothing fancy, certainly no luxury, but it's a reliable moderate place to stay. I have never utilized the kitchen part of the room but it's nice to have that option. The furnishings are a little meager - those bedspreads that slide off the bed (but no blanket so it has to stay ON the bed), skimpy pillows […] and towels, no toiletries unless you remember to ask. But for the price and convenience it's more than adequate. Free parking, walking distance to a mall with multiple food options. It's kinda like staying at your sister's guest house rather than on her couch - it's private, it's comfortable enough, and no one would want to move in there. Lisätietoja

Free internet was the biggest plus and the reason I made the choice. I was there for work and was only there to sleep...thankfully. Definitely not an oasis in the dessert by any means but it is in the middle of easy access to everything.

Although a few members of the staff were friendly, several of them were rude and looked just plain mean all the time! The continental breakfast always ran out of coffee, but when it was available it was great. The beds were horrible as were the stained up floors, this looked nothing like the pictures online, so be aware!!

If you are looking for a basic but decent multi bed hotel, you wont go far wrong. Taking into consideration the low price, the rooms were clean, functional, the kitchenette fully stocked and the wifi worked!

The hotel itself was nice but the cleaningness was horrible! 1st of all they didnt change our sheets I know cause there was long blk strands in bed and I have short hair,the shower curtain was disgusting full of mold n horrible stinch and the worst part of all was that they shut the water supply in the whole hotel from 11:00 - 3:00 thx God we were out […] by noon!never again will I stay there Lisätietoja

I spent a few days working out of my room and it met my needs well. Grocery store and restaurants were a 7 minute walk away. Walgreens and staples are a 2 minute walk away. Staff was courteous. Room was clean, not meticulous, but cleaner than most hotels in this price class. Breakfast wasn't worth much. Wifi was sufficient, but slower than what I am […] used to at home. 2 queen room but beds were more of a full. Beds were hard and noisy. But good location and clean room. Recommend if you don't mind a stiff bed

The carpets in the halls are filthy dirty and the room was not much better. I do not believe that they had changed the sheets in the bed prior to our arrival. They missed two wake-up calls and the alarm in the room did not work. Overall, this hotel is nothing special even though the room was spacious and the other ammenities worked fine.

The hotel was convenient to the hospital and was very comfortable. The check-in was only a few minute delay but quite pleasant. The carpets in the halls could use cleaning. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room was non-smoking but there was a cigarette burn on the upholstered chair. We were in Phoenix while visiting a family member in the hospital, so fortunately did not spend a lot of time in the room. The living room area was very small and crowded with furniture. The beds were very uncomfortable - no bed padding at all. We had to go down to the front desk for new towels on the 2nd day as we were told then that there was no maid […] service to the rooms. I have stayed twice before, this time my AC unit was not functioning properly and the room looked a bit run down. For the price it was ok.

Stayed overnight and was comfortable. I have come back to this hotel on 3 separate occasions. Pretty decent overall.

I was very unsatisfied with my stay!! Customer service was awful!! I am 7 months pregnant and they put me in a smoking room!! When I went to switch rooms the guy at the front desk was no where to be found for a good 10 minutes!! When I explained what was going on he said there was nothing he could do!!! The carpets are stained and worn in the hallways, giving the impression that the rooms are the same. But my room was very comfortable and clean. Great value for the money, particularly if you just need a place to rest your head at night. 'Breakfast' was subpar -- consisted only of packaged muffins and some whole apples and oranges.

Honestly the service was terrible. We waited an hour to get our room, even though we pre-booked. The phone didn't work in our room, so when we needed something we had to go all the way down stairs to the lobby, of which when we got down there, there was never anyone at the desk. The room had no working AC or Heat, there was no cutlery or dishes in the room, just a terrible Valentines Day for my girl and I!

clean hotel, reasonable prices, had all the accomodations in the room.

Hotel was nice and offered conveience to business locations. It was a little difficult to locate but easy to navigate once area location was identified.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Phoenix Children's Hospital...which is what we needed. Great price for the room. Room was clean...but if you are picky about updated carpet and holes in the bedspread then stay away. Cons: Breakfast was lacking. Hotel was what I expected for the most part. The kitchen area is a little under furnished. Could use a couple more pots if you're there for a week and plan on cooking. The Bed was very hard and was the main issue I had. Wasn't unbearable, but needs a new mattress. Other than that, the staff were nice and location is great for central phoenix.

Girl at front desk is sober and asked us to wait 15 min as she is doing some auditing. Terrible reply to the questions. Rest all good, they should seriously consider finding a decent front desk

Very convenient location for those going to St. Joseph's Hospital. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could be a little cleaner, but linens and towels were fresh. Excellent value for the cost of accomodation.

The Hotel was good, but there were parts of the Hotel and room that could of been cleaner. Spots on carpet, etc.

When I arrived, the carpets in my room were damp and were still damp the next morning. The tub was gritty. Breakfast was a disappointment. They ran out of coffee and there was no one at the front desk to tell. It is a good place for those who need a long-term place, as the kitchen in the room is adequate, but not for anything else.

Kitchenette was handy, would have saved money had I been staying for more than a night or was there with family, since It would have allowed me to cook meals (full size refrigerator was great). Bed was suprisingly comfortable--more so than other well-known hotels that cost more (excluding luxury hotels). Continental breakfast consisted of plain bagels […] (no cream cheese/butter/peanut butter), one type of mini muffins, apples & oranges. Once the 2 small coffee dispensers ran out, that was it--they were never refilled, despite repeated requests. Desk clerks were so-so, not particularly welcoming but not rude. I wasn't aware of all of the amenities until aftereward, when I received the survey asking if I'd utilized them. Hotel room should not have mildew in the shower, the TV should work, there should be shampoo and the mattress should not be so thin that my rear end laid on the stupid plywood plank platform. No one was at the counter at 6:15 am (lights off and gone). Very poor operation and quality!

This hotel is close by the hospital and several other big buildings, but there are hardly any places to see like malls, restaurants and entertainment. One of the things the hotel needs some improvement is to have cleaner rugs, better breakfast and amenities inside the room like shampoo and conditioner. BUt overall it is a good hotel.
