Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center - Dallas

Very old building, no hot water, a/c was out half the time, food was horrible.I feel bad for the group that owns this dump, they are sitting on a giant dump of a hotel. Never going back, we were a group of 12 we ALL hated this place. Other guests in the elevator were headed to the front desk to complain as well

Kids loved the pool and it was heated to perfection! Very close to Dallas Med Center.

Came here for new years eve and went to see the Dallas stars. It was super convenient and a gorgeous hotel! Price is amazing!

Hotel was a little older, but it was nice and clean. I enjoyed the stay.

Very good service at hotel. Convenient shuttle service to UT Southwestern. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Hotel was amazing very comfortable. Front desk staff was very rude, during check-in he was on a personal cell phone having a personal conversation. He didn't bother asking for so much as id he just handed me room keys. We asked for adjoining rooms and didn't get them. We also originally booked two king rooms and were told that they didn't have any left. […] As far as the rooms they were very comfy and clean. Only other issue was room service took over an hour to get to the room, we only ordered one chicken sandwich with fries. This hotel had a great pool and nice rooms

Heater did not work and 35 degrees outside - was fixed eventually. No wake up call that was requested and literally misse the call, my bad for not using phone. Restaurant staff friendly and one woman at front desk awesme.

hotel property probably 30+years old and it shows and smells like it. Musty smell in lobby goes up the hotel. if you are unlucky to get room facing interstate the noise might keep you up at night. the restaurant is a bit of a joke. poor workforce with obvious lack of training.

Older hotel, but very well maintained. The staff was exceptional, especially in the restaurant. Had the best meal of my week long trip! Keep up the good work. Road Warrior.

The staff were very friendly. However our room was not the best . It could of use some updating. Especially where water leaks have stained things. And the beds were very hard. Also it was hard getting to sleep with all the noise from the party going on, and people slamming doors all night.

Crowne Plaza Market Center was above all one of the better hotels I've stayed in at Market Center. The front desk staff is very courteous as well as professional. They worked hard to accommodate my needs during my stay including a late checkout following my stair climb at the Renaissance Tower. I am a stickler for customer service and i was more than […] impressed. The hotel is a little dated but lots of remodeling has been done and the building is very elegant. Arrived to room, thermostat set as high as possible still hot. Went to hallway and cooler than the room. Reported to front desk. Issue remain unresolved. Slept without sheets or blankets.

This hotel was alright. I was there with 3 other guests and a baby and it was extremely tight. We had FULL beds and not QUEEN beds. Very uncomfortable. It was also the biggest room they had in the hotel. It was a clean room. It had a nice indoor pool, hot tub, and work out room, which was nice. Probably won't be going back though.

My husband and I arrived in Dallas Love Airport on one of the hottest days in June. We waited for the shuttle to pick us up for about 15mins since the family before us said they already called for one. I called for one too just in case that they forgot all about them. It took an hour for the shuttle to come compared to the other hotel shuttles who arrived […] every 15mins. Anyway, after taking a shower and grabbing for a bath towel, I noticed that it was wet. I checked another one and it was the same. That's when I noticed that water was leaking under the sink and that it seeped thru the shelf that got the towels wet. I stayed here on business and it was quite comfortable. The staff that I interacted with was quite friendly. I ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious, the fresh bread was especially good.

Older beds, a/c did not work, they came and made is blow cold air, but it had a very bad smell, so I did not even get to use the a/c. I expected it to be a nicer place

Even though it is an older hotel, it is still a good stay; especially if you can get a low rate. The staff was friendly and accomodating to us even when we had a problem with the sink drainage in the bathroom. They exchanged our room without reservation.

We booked two rooms two days before we needed them - and received a GREAT deal! This was only a one night stay, as we were attending the Women of Faith Conference at the American Airlines Center. This location was PERFECT for the event - the AAC was a few miles away. My group and I are all from the DFW area, but didn't want to drive all the way home […] Friday night and then all the way back on Saturday morning. The Crowne Plaza Market Center was the perfect solution. The rooms were spacious enough that all 6 of us gathered in one (until we were ready to sleep, then 3 of us went to the adjoining room). There was very little outside noise. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very courteous. We will definitely stay there again!! Lisätietoja

Although older hotel it looks recently rehabed and was nice.

Upon arrival the staff was extremly friendly and courtesy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed had plenty of pillows and blankets. We were very pleased with our stay.

rooms were a little small- but i liked the fact it had a bar and restaurant -- great for conventions, people who are sick of traveling, etc.

AC broke in Room Ice Machine Broken Overall, hotel is clean and nice-looking, however needs to maintain rooms better.

The hotel has a mildewed smell in the lobby area, the rooms air conditioner didnt work properly and is antiquated, and there are serious plumbing issues. Called maitenance at least 3 times on my stay and no of the items were fixed. Good food at the restaraunt is the only positive.

The layout is nice and spacious, and great food and bar inside of hotel. There was a bad smell constantly on the main floor. I also had to complain several times about my toilet not functioning properly because it wouldn't stop running. As a result it was loud my entire stay because no one ever came to fix it. Hotel.com offered an option of smoking or non-smoking rooms. They do NOT offer any smoking rooms. Crown Plaza is totally non-smoking and should be disclosed upfront, so that smokers which is 26% of the adult population may choose another hotel that will accomodate where we wish to spend our money.
