I have tried bargain hotels before but have never been as disappointed, uncomfortable, or disgusted as I was with this hotel. The place is in shambles. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were mismatched and chipping. The place smelled horribly musty and I was certain that smell was getting onto me and my clothes with each passing minute. The worst […] part: When I pulled back the blankets and sheets on the bed there were long hairs on the pillows (I presume long women's hairs). How can there be several long hairs on the pillow if the sheets are washed between each guest??? You're right - there can't be -- they don't wash the sheets between each guest. But this isn't all -- the breakfast is the worst I've ever had - really cheap nasty stuff - and no place to sit and eat - so we had to carry breakfast (bowls of cereal with milk) back to our room. This hotel looks wonderful from the outside and in the lobby. That's where it ends. The room we were given had dirty/stained bedding (sheets and bedspread). The wash cloths were stained and the floor where our nonsmoking room was located smelled very strongly of smoke. There were spider webs dangling from the ceiling over both beds as well as a strange […] odor in the room. This hotel gave our room away (even though we called saying we would check-in late) and replaced it with a smoking room. Not happy. The fold out couch bed was horrible. The toilet only flushed 90% of the time. The vent in the bathroom was VERY loud and loose. Called maintenance to fix it, they did. We also called about the air conditioning unit. It […] was horrible loud start up every time it came on (every 20 minutes?). They did not fix that. They had only 1 trash can to serve a room that serves 6 people. Very inconvenient. Hotel is dated. Key cards had to be reprogrammed 3 times in a week. Beds were not that comfortable. Pool was great. Rates reasonable. You get what you pay for.

Room was fine....pleanty of room and clean. Very convenient location except traffic at 535 and I-4 was nasty. Breakfast was awful...worse than awful. If you stay here, bring in your own or plan to go out.

This hotel is not really all that fancy, but for the price and what it offers, I think it is great. The beds are comfortable and the a/c units are not too loud. That is really important to me since that is what keeps me up in most hotels. The only thing they could improve on is the so call continental breakfast. Overall average OK hotel, just needs some remodeling, old decoration, carpeting, some rust spots in the bathroom. Down side is no Fridge or microwave in the room, nor free internet access. Need to pay extra if you want it.

rooms had a full kitchen with a fullsize refrig. unlike a hotel but more like a small apartment. we really liked that the rooms had twin queen beds opposed to the standard twin beds that most have. also our room had a couch that makes into another bed. very comfy hotel room. GOOD PLACE!

The night receptionist was really nasty. They lock their doors at 10:30pm and if you don't have a room key, you cannot get in under any circumstances; so be prepared to check in before then or have the rest of your party call you to ensure they get into the hotel. This hotel screams NEEDS UPDATING!!!! The room we were given was supposedly a non-smoking room but clearly was a smoking room at some time because it reeked of smoke. The rooms are very old looking. The room was large and comfortable, Everything was like new. It was much closer to downtown disney than you think. It took us minutes to get from there to the water parks.

Very nice room overall, but bathroom needed some tlc. The edges around the floor needed cleaning and the trim (mop boards) need refinishing. Also the toilet seat needed replacing.

Breakfast : compare hotel next door, only drinks and carbo: no protein (ex: eggs, sausages) My friends were staying next door. I ate proteins next door. The maid did not clean my room until 4:00 P.M. after I asked several times. There were no water bottle in vending machine for three days. No place to get water from the hotel. The front desk rep. was really nice and inviting and gave good directions. However the hotel had a really strange smell in the hotel over all and in the room. But overall stay was comfortable.

I have never had to write a review of a hotel before but this could not be left unsaid. This hotel was simply terrible. Why? No insulation- You can hear coughing, shoes walking, anything and everything. Repair on parking lot.- left no where to park! The room was quiet. The bed was clean. However the carpet was all ripped near the bathroom. We will not return.

This is a one star hotel. Day's Inn would have been preferable and cheaper.

This hotel is great!! The queen size beds, the pull out sofa bed and the full kitchen are all prefect...great for large groups and families. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything that happens in the next room and in the hallway.

Liked this hotel,clean and plenty of room space.the only thing my wife didn't like was that the room door didn't feel too safe,but what can u expect is a hotel and u need the keys to get in.other wise i would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

the only complaint i have is that in the hotel lobby they had a sign that showed shuttle times to and from "disney attractions", and a flyer on the front desk showing shuttle times to and from epcot. while the hotel maintains they are approx 2.2 miles from disney world, that is just to the front gate. and they only honor shuttle service to and from […] epcot. and if you catch the shuttle to epcot you know what lane to be inn when you want to return to your hotel. otherwise be prepared to pay around $25 ONE WAY to the monorail entrance of downtown disney. very disappointed in the confusing information on the sign itself as we did not see anything on the sign in the lobby that specified epcot only and only found out after we waited more than an hour to get picked up at downtown disney monorail/ticket area.. really upset that we had to pay $25 to go there, when we could have driven our car and paid $14 for parking, but wanted to avoid having to drive ourselves when we thought we were only a couple of miles from disney. then we had to beg a cab driver to take us back to our hotel for $20, as checker cab is outrageous and wanted $28 to return to the hotel. decent hotel, but drive your own vehicle to disney.. and take food and drink for your room if you get a kitchenette-- nice having a full size fridge, a dishwasher and dishes for 4 in a king kitchenette room Lisätietoja

We needed a room that would sleep our family of 5 for two nights. The reason I chose this one was that the reviews were good and there was a full refridgerator and even a small stove. When we checked in we were given a room on the 1st floor very close to the lobby. When we opened the door, we were hit with a wall of hot, humid air and the air conditioning […] unit was taken apart and strewn all about the room. I quickly went back to the lobby and we were quickly given another room on the 2nd floor toward the back of the hotel. The room was clean and I was very pleased with how quickly I could set up the sofa bed for my daughter and get all three of my children asleep quickly after we had a long day at Disney. The location of our room at the back of the hotel was actually great since there was a door in the back that could be opened with our room key and we could just go up one flight of stairs to our room. Parking was much more abundant at the back of the hotel. The pillows were heavenly and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels even though we opted not to receive housekeeping services our 2nd day there. The continental breakfast was okay - muffins, waffles, toast, cereals, apples, oranges, and bananas. Coffee and hot water for tea were available 24 hours but milk and juice only at breakfast. It was nice to be able to bring breakfast up to the room and eat on the table up there. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything I needed. It was nice to drink coffee out of a real coffee cup in the morning. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. The location was so close to Downtown Disney, Disney World, and tons of restaurants and stores. We'll definitely consider this hotel again. Lisätietoja

It was an excellent room with everything we possibly needed. The location was perfect because it was near a lot of restaurants and right down the street from disney. The outlet mall was just a few blocks away. It was perfect. The room was clean, spacious and even smelled great (we had a smoking room). Will definitely recommend!

This hotel was two minutes away by car from my conference hotel at one-third the price. I really liked the ability to cater my own special (diabetic) meals as needed over my five-night stay. Kitchen came with a set of 6 plates, glasses, mugs etc, complimentary coffee bags and coffee maker. Huge Win-Dixie about a mile away and plenty other stores/restaurants. Front […] desk staff were efficient, responsive and on request readily moved my room on the third floor from overlooking the pool and bright lights across the passage to a view of the peaceful green forest. No traffic noise at all even though the location is fairly close to the I-4. In-room air conditioner was as noisy as a Boeing taking off when it kicked on periodically but setting the thermostat to "fan on" created a sound mask which considerably reduced the kick-on noise and I could sleep peacefully. Internet access was good (not free but less than $5 for the entire stay). Very spacious for one person with two queen beds and a sofa bed, desk/dining table etc. Room was cleaned daily and dishwasher run by the cleaner. Furnishings and carpet in good condition generally. Only shampoo and a bar of soap provided, but you could call front desk for anything extra you needed. Good touches include bedside clock/radio, big TV, ironing board and iron, safe, masses of hanging and storage space with one closet containing extra towels. Great location close to Disney. Two closets and dishwasher surprised us.We have stayed in Extended Stay in other states, but this was more spacious and comfortable than we have seen. Great location for Disney, and the factory outlet stores, takes pets and good happy staff.

The hotel is located only a 10 minute drive away from Disney World and is very inexpensive considering the amenities provided. I would definitely stay here again.

The continental breakfast is bland. Wish they would provide at least one hot menu item such as belgian waffles or eggs and bacon. Otherwise the hotel was a great place for families to stay at a great price.
