I'd stay there again.....it's a bargain!

We had booked our additional stay in advance. We requested a room on a lower floor that would be guaranteed non-smoking. Much better! Hotel staff is friendly. "Continental breakfast" still surprisingly skimpy. Again plain bagels, one variety of muffin (different each day), apples and coffee. The addition of juice or cereal would be a plus.

We got in late, and had specified an non-smoking room. We were on the third floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke when stepping off the elevator. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and kept us awake most of the night. The "continental breakfast" is skimpy. Plain bagels, one variety of muffin, apples and coffee.

This place was more of a short term apartment complex. I guess it's what I should have expected in the name. The studio I got was smoking when I'm allergic to smoke. When I moved to non smoking. The place still smelled odd. Used the microwave to heat water and a nasty smell filled the room from old food left in that oven. The place was like a cheap […] "crash" pad not a hotel. The hallways on both floors reaked of some odd cooking odors combined from different units. After one night I checked out and moved to a nice new clean... Courtyard hotel. Lisätietoja

We came in at 11 pm with 3 small kids. The door was locked and the staff was not at the desk. After calling from the outside phone for 20 minutes I started pounding on the door. I man opened it and started the staff was on her way. She came around the corner on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. After a few minutes she said "name". I have […] her my name and she said to the person on the phone "I will call you back I have to deal with this". She handed me my room keys and said your room is around the corner. She then picked up her cell phone and again left the desk area. Very unprofessional and rude! The room was okay but there were only 2 towels for a reservation of 5 people. Overall very disappointed! Very disappointed. Nothing for breakfast I could eat except an apple. 50F outside and a/c blasting when I enter and heater broken.

The hotel will not clean your room if your stay is not longer than 7 days. So they will clean your room, change sheets, bring new towels once every 7 days. Otherwise you are on your own.

I wasn't satisfied with my stay because they didnt change the sheets everyday or clean the room and bathroom. I also requested room service and they didnt have it. And i was charged more than i was told.

This hotel is in a central location to the airport.On the east side of Phoenix. I was up on the 3rd floor and when you stepped off the elevator the hallway had the definite odor of smoke. BUT the rooms were nonsmoking in the area of the elevator so that was a disappointing first impression.

I stayed one night because I had to be somewhere early the next morning. There are some "characters" that stay at the place from what I saw, but nothing to alarming. I wish the entire hotel was non smoking because the hallways smell of smoke. If you are a smoker then this is the place for you. The room has a kitchen, big bathroom, and bed. It was very close to where we need to be and the staff was super nice and helpful will definitely stay there again

The room had broken appliances and reeked of ciggarette smoke. The staff couldn't even give my daughter correct directions for getting back on I-51 northbound

need to get their act together. can't believe this is a biltmore.

I stayed here because of business. It was located close to where i was working. But the hotel needs to be inspected. I got there late and since it had a security door I couldnt get in. I kept calling, but nobody would answer until I called on my cell phone. The room wasnt really that clean. I lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs and found Bodily […] hair under the mattress. The sheets werent that clean. The hotel doesnt change your sheets unless your there for a week. they dont give you towels unless you go down and ask for them. I saw the same trash sitting outside of the trash can on the floor for 3 days straight. The breakfast they offer is a bagel or a muffin, that is it with a cup of coffee. The cabinets surfaces on the kitchenette were peeling away. It was just a run down hotel and I couldnt sleep there, I was itchy all night. I wouldnt recommend that place to anyone. Lisätietoja

The lady at the counter was terse & short. She made us feel very unwelcome. The previous evening we tried to reserve a room thru hotels.com but it was after midnight & it wouldn't let us change the date, but we checked earlier & there were rooms available. So we went to the hotel anyway & the lady said they were full & had no rooms. How is that possible […] when there were rooms 20 minutes prior to our arrival? Our room was clean, the refrigerator had a musty odor, and the shower had good pressure. The bed was hard as a rock, and uncomfortable. The hide-a-bed had no blanket, and there were no extra pillows. The kitchenette had no pots or pans, and no soap to do dishes. We called the front desk, & they found some, but we had to go get them & they were dirty. To top things off the had a police stand off in the parking lot with guns drawn, & watched a man get arrested, and a woman get caught for trying to pick the lock to get into the hotel. DIDNT HAVE WANT A REQUEST FOR 3 ADILTS AND 1 CHILD I GOT 1 BED + I SAID NON SMOKING THE ROOM SMELLS HOLD NIGHT REALLY BAD FOR MY BABY I DROVE FROM CALIFORNIA AND STAY JUST FOR REST BUT I WASNT MY BEST NIGHT

el hotel es ideal para estadias largas como su nombre, las habitaciones son comodas, en buen estado, algo poco actualizada pero equipada con lo basico en cocina con nevera y micro, bano con algunos detalles pero limpio, no tiene servicio diariode habitacion sino 1 vez a la semana, el personal de recepcion atento y colaborador
