Mayflower Park Hotel - Seattle

That hotel staff went out of their way to respond to us as individuals and took time to tailor their service accordingly. They made our stay in Seattle more enjoyable because they gave us tips about places to see and how to get there.

This hotel was close to everything and had a great restaurant and bar. Everyone was very helpful. We could walk to Pike's Market and there were many great restaurants near there. We had a great time there.

Great location, though for late nite meals (after 10 p.m.) there isn't much around.

At $119 plus tax, it is a bargain. Staff is friendly & efficent. Location superb. Building is old, but well kept up. Room service responded immediately to my request for something not on the menu & did it well. I highly recommend it

LOVED IT!! we were 4 ladies celebrating a milestone birthday and we were so happy to enter our beautiful room with 2 queen beds (fabulous bedding) and 2 full washrooms...doesn't get much better than that...and the location was perfect...we parked the car (valet parking by very pleasant and helpful and informative Roberto) and we walked everywhere...could […] not have asked for more..would stay there again in a heartbeat.. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and courtesy given by the friendly staff. I was celebrating my birthday, but told no one. Somehow they found out(probably my ID) and all of the front staff signed a card and delivered it to my room with a bar of chocolate. A very well placed hotel for shopping. Right between Macy's and Nordstrom. Right around the corner is a number of high end chain stores , pacific Plaza and Westlake. Monorail right next door. It is half a block away from light rail transit from Sea-Tac airport. Hotel staff was excellent and made us feel right at home! All in all, a great place!

I enjoyed my stay at the MayflowerPark Hotel. Overall everything was great and I would stay there again if I returned to Seattle.

I have stayed at the Mayflower Park several times, and it continues to be one of my favorites in downtown Seattle. The hotel is in a great location downtown. On the same block as Westlake Center and 1-2 blocks from Pacific Place Mall. Oliver's Lounge and the Alduca Restuarant are great.

Overall, very satified with the stay. Would have been absolutely perfect if the room had a soaker tub and bit bigger bathroom.

This is an older style hotel, but very quaint, clean and comfortable. The standard rooms are small (bathroom is tiny), but they are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed an early checkin (8am) which is unusual. Great location for walking and shopping. Room was comfortable however our room had the scent of stale smoke. Charming hotel with fine dining restaurant on site. Swanky bar was a plus.

This was a wonderful quaint hotel. The rooms were on the small size, but very clean and tastefully decorated. The location was key, and we were able to walk everywhere. Only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable and during our stay there was one night of construction that kept us awake most of the night. The Mayflower Park Hotel was a rare combination of being a hotel with plenty of old-school character plus modern conveniences. It is an easy walk to the Convention Center and other downtown attractions. The bar is an oasis of civility and the cocktails are fantastic.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great. Came for a conference at the convention center, which was a short 5 minute walk away. Lots of tourist attractions also within walking distance.

I read the reviews for this property and decided on it over the established chains. I am glad that I did. I was able to take the light rail from SEA-TAC and arrive just a block away. Downtown Seattle feels like an open-air mall--could not believe how many signature stores surround this hotel. Lots of opportunity to spend a lot of money here. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and take good care of you. I was on the 4th floor and my only regret is that I did not ask for a higher floor. My window looked out on the busy road below, and it could be quite noisy during the day. At night, there is very little traffic in this area, so noise levels did not interrupt sleep. We hadn't stayed at this hotel for 20 years and still found it very convivial for our needs. Reasonable rate and perfect location for our needs. Very close to monorail to Seattle Centre and close to train to Safeco field for transport to night game. Would definitely stay here again.

The valet parking was incredible. That was my first experience with this service and I highly recommend it! Whenever we visit Seattle, we like to stay at the Mayflower Park. It's location is excellent in the mid-town, the rooms are clean and in very good condition, the staff are consistently helpful and courteous, it has excellent separate eating and bar/lounge facilities, and overall conveys an atmosphere of understated elegance.

Excellent hotel, It is right in the middle of downtown and is connected to the Westlake shopping center witch houses the monorail that takes you to the space needle and surrounding attractions. The hotel room and service was excellent as well; perfect hotel if you don't mind the antique hotel styling.

The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the light rail to the airport and was in the heart of the shopping district and close to good restaurants.. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle, mostly due to the central location of our hotel. We were able to walk to the Public Market, to Capital Hill and even took a stroll all the way from the Space Needle to our hotel via the waterfront. Plus it's just about a block away from the Monorail! Hotel is the oldest continually active in Seattle so there are a few […] things missing that a modern hotel might have but nothing we couldn't live without and well worth it for the character. Good location, just a short walk to Pike's and across the street from all the major downtown stores. We ate twice in Oliver's. Good food for the price.

Everything was great from the service to the convenience as it is close to Pike Place Market and other sites. It is a bit difficult to get to during rush hour. It took a bit to figure out how to get there during rush hour. 4th Avenue from the south or Stewart from the west seemed to work the best.

The 1 queen bed room I stayed was very clean, small but not too tight. There were only few electric outlets. They were hard to find with my senior vision if located at the dark corners. I had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom to use it. I understand it is historic hotel so there is less updated but if someone already plugged coffee maker to the […] outlet (with extension code), it gave me a hint to find an outlet and easier to make a cup of coffee. I did not try but you may be able to ask the front desk for the extension code with multiple outlets if you need to charge and use many gadgets. Wi-Fi was free of charge. Central and convenient location for downtown shopping, restaurants and sights. Very attentive and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay. The only negative is their fitness room is very small and could use updating.

Had a very enjoyable time. Will hopefully return at a later date. Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding nice resturants in the area. Your doorman was very friendly. Nice to have such a friendly greeter. He is your first inperssion.

Charming old downtown hotel. Even arriving at a late hour, we were greeted in a friendly manner and handed a pamphlet on the history of the building. Room was very comfortable and location was perfect. Right at train stop from airport and also the monorail to the Space Needle area. Two block walk to Pike Place Market.
