Although the location is in a great area, the Extended Stay hotel was disgusting. The room was in bad condition and extremely dirty. There were light bulbs out/ broken lamps...trash left on the floor and the shower walls looked like they hadn't been touched in years. I wouldn't even let my daughter sit on the toilet without paper put down because I […] was sure it wasn't cleaned. The hotel walls must be made of paper because i heard every sound all night. The kitchenette area was grimy: splatters on the wall, stains on the counter, no dish soap for cleaning your cups & utensils. I asked at the front desk for decaf coffee (can't have caffeine) and was told they don't carry it. The bed while still made looked as if something heavy was lying down the middle of it. The mattress was so old , it had no support. […] By the second night we had started sleeping across the bed (side to side instead of head to toe) in order to keep from rolling into the middle. My back was killing me when we checked out for our 6 hour drive home. Will never stay at this location and will think twice about staying at this chain. Everyone was really friendly and helpful with all of my "out of state" visitor questions! My only suggestion would be for a scale (!!) to weigh my luggage before heading to the airport!

There was construction at the hotel. Woke me up super early. Got back to sleep and then the toilet overflowed and stepped into water when I got out of bed and the front desk had the nerve to ask me if I kept flushing. I was asleep!!! Then asked me when I was checking out because they didn't want to give me a new room!!!

Not sure if I would recommend or not. I spoke to a representive for your hotel and I reserved a room for my husband and 2 dogs. I told the representive that I had 2 dogs and that they were Therapy dogs and very well behaved. I chose this hotel because of the rate and that you stated you were pet friendly. When my husband went to check-in they told […] him their policy had changed and they only allow 1 dog to stay per room. It was late and my husband was tired from working all day and we live 2 hours away. He asked to talk to a manager. Of course there was not a manager working so my husband told the receptionist to call one. She did however; she would not let my husband speak to him. The solution was to let my husband and the dogs (like I said they are Therapy dogs) stay but charge an extra fee for each dog. The extra fee was almost as much as what my husband paid. When traveling with pets you have to plan ahead. I did and trusted your hotel. This time it turned out fine but this could have gone very, very wrong. Our experience with this hotel was okay. We had a little mix-up with registration, but management worked with us to get us the lowest deal possible, which we appreciated. When we got to the room, the place was freezing. So much so that we had to cut the heat on in the middle of summer, but that ended up making the smoke detector go off for some reason, […] so we were limited to opening the windows and hoping the temperature would go up. Other than that, the hotel was okay. You definitely get what you pay for. If you're looking for a top-notch experience, this is not a hotel for you. Pretty pricey for what you get. No room service unless you pay extra, no high-speed Internet unless you pay extra (you even need to pay extra just for the low speed service) Very basic TV lineup. Plumbing is VERY noisy... anytime someone runs water or takes a shower, you hear it loudly in the room

This hotel does state no accessible anything which is true. I have one leg and I was on crutches, the front desk saw me coming in and never came around to assist. The room was nice, I asked to be close so I didn't have to walk far, the only thing I really didn't like was the fact the door to the room was extremely heavy, even my sister who have two […] legs said how heavy the doors are. overall the stay wasn't all that bad! if i could recommend the hotel should check into replacing their mattresses... they are hard and completely wore out...we had 7 mattress pads and a pillow top and was still uncomfortable with the bed. The room itself was just fine with the little kitchenette and small sitting area.

The so-called "suite" I had booked for family from out of town was simply a small "Motel 6" or Red Roof Inn" sized room with a fridge and very tiny cabinet area with a sink crammed into it. This property is advertised for extended stay and executive short term use and is supposed to have an equipped kitchen, etc...We were supplied 2 dessert plates, […] one coffee mug, no glasses, 2 bent and partially corroded soup spoons, one dirty table knife & 1 spatula. Found trash, clothing, and LOTS of dirt under the beds. The bedspreads were covered with hair and lint. Room was dark with very dated and worn carpet. TV was tiny and had a very fuzzy picture at best. The entire property has 1 drink and one candy vending machine. There was no ice available, though there is a convenience store nearby. After reading other guest reviews, I did not expect too much; however, we just needed a place to sleep and not looking for amenities. Upon arriving, the desk clerk was pleasant. It's not a luxury hotel, so not decorated as such, and that's fine. Walking to our room we notice how dirty the hallway carpets were and remarked how they really need to be […] replaced. Opening the door to our room, we were immediately hit with a rubberized burning smell that was very strong. My husband has asthma, so I was concerned and mentioned it to the front desk clerk. He said there was no maintenance (on a Friday at 3:30pm) until Monday. He also said he had no other rooms, which I honestly didn't believe. He said he would send someone up, but no one ever came. It was a moot point since we were stuck in that room, so we propped open the window with a dish drainer and hoped it would air out by the time we came back. We came back 6 hours later and it was still as strong. My husband was fine, thank God, but I had severe allergies for days afterward. The room itself was a good size, and decently equipped although there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion -- the basic standards that typically come included in the price of the room. Bottom line, I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to the smell, which by the way, we could smell in the hallways, too, so it tells me our room may not be the only one smelling like burnt rubber. GREAT HOTEL LOCATION FOR THE PRICE

My family and I were very pleased with the great service that we received at Extended Stay in Timonium, MD. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. I knew that they close the front desk at 11pm, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly greeted, was given my keys immediately and thanked for booking through […] hotels.com. It was hot and very humid (outside) during our stay and one day our air conditioner stopped working. The manager on duty immediately came to the room and tried to fix it. Once he figured it was unable to be fixed immediately, he walked me to the front desk and gave me keys for another room.
