the beds were awful! after one night we checked out and spent the next couple of nights at another establishment. the kitchen/refrig was a big disappointment as well.

Room was clean and in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place for the price.

MY FIANCE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL CLOSE TO THE BEACH, INEXPENSIVE AND , COMFORTABLE. WE FOUND ALL THAT HERE AT THE Extended Stay America Orange County - Huntington Beach STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, ROOM WAS CLEAN, IT WAS MINUTES AWAY FROM THE BEACH MAKING OUR TRIP AMAZING WE HAD A GREAT GET AWAY AND WILL DEFINETLY BE VISITING AGAIN.

This is a newer hotel so it is in good condition, but not that clean. Carpets are in desperate need of shampooing. Around the edge of the room was a layer of dust on the carpet. And even being a smoker,I was amazed at how bad the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The wood floor had a film of something sticky that made walking barefoot not so enjoyable. […] And the window screen was filled with dead bugs that had tried to fly OUT of the room. But the location is nice and the staff was great. Just sad to see a new hotel in such good shape look so rundown because of dirty stained carpets. Otherwise, not bad for price. Cook top settings not accurate. Kitchen was lacking in basic things, such as. Sauce pans. silverware, glasses. No dish washing liquid, no sponges/scrubs, no extra trash bags... Pet friendly a huge plus!

Hotel was clean, had a little kitchen area and was very comfortable.

The hotel room was comfortable,staff was friendly and they also provided the extra dishes when requested.The hotel has some good places to visit nearby Huntington beach,Artesia,Highway 1 and Disneyland.Totally worth for the money you pay.

Got a smoking room and it didn't smell at all. Studio appt style with lots of room and a full kitchen with everything you would need to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Will stay here again if in the area. Only wish the shower had better water pressure and hot water for longer. But other than that a great experience.

If you just want a place to sleep and shower, this motel is just OK. Laminate peeling off the counter top, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, tub stained, shower/tub fauscet leaked or dripped all night long. Rate was reasonable but not located convieniant to anything but a 7 11 store.

Just stayed one night - but everything worked well. nice room and everything was ok. Great value!

over the room was nice. clean kitchen. but didnt have a cheifs knife witch was a bummer, only enough spoons and forks for 2 people, bathroom door was inconvenet, but over all it was nice. and not that far from the beach either.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the stuff, especially Arnold who was extremely helpful and made sure that our stay was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Friendly staff, all very good, the only bad thing is that for the price you should get at least breakfast plus there were a few ants in the rooms kitchen counter.

Reserved a King and got a Queen. Over all staff was not nice or helpful.

Nicer looking from the outside, pretty run-down once you got in.

1980's television. Weak internet, that i had to pay for. limited pillows. non fluff pillows. when we hooked up the playstation, we were unable to change the tv channel to 3 in order to play the game. WEeAAAKKKKK. luckily i could smoke in the room.

I think the room could have been a bit more cleaner than what it was. The carpet was a bit dingy, could have used a good cleaning or just be replaced. We were there 3 nights and was only supplied coffee for one day. One of the bath towels had a hole in it. Was only given1 packet of dishwashing liquid. The utensils were not cleaned. The hotel was in a very nice area and was well maintained.

the room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The street sign is missing so it's easy to miss but that's not the hotels fault. I would stay here again if I were in the area. The price is very good for what you get

First hotel where we had to make up our own bed, clean out the waste basket, get soap and shampoo and coffe at the front desk. Could hear next door guest through the wall - NO sound insulation.

Hotel carpets need some attention, overall pretty nice for the money

My girlfriend and I couldn't find any hotels with vacancy closer to the Oktoberfest celebration in Huntington Beach (for a great rate, that is). This hotel had everything as far as accommodations and convenience are concerned. We were a little under 2 miles away from Oktoberfest, and used a Taxi Cab to get back and forth from the festival. This hotel […] was a great value with a fully functional kitchen (I'm talking pots, pans, dishes, cups, coffee, full fridge, etc.). The bed was extremely "squeeky" (no, not because of that) when my girlfriend and/or I got out of bed, ultimately waking both of us up each time. This hotel is convenient to the freeways, yet located in a quiet place. The room was clean and the kitchen was just what I needed for my stay. The lady at the front desk called shortly after I settled into my room to see if everything was as I expected it -- very good customer service. everything was good except the mattress was terrible,in the morning i woke up with a sore back both nights i stayed there.the tv was to small to see ,should have had it alot higher then sitting on the dresser.better off getting flat screens and less room they take,other wise it is a ok place to stay

I've stayed at Extended Stay's before, but this is by far one of the worst.. The beds are horrible, and it sounds like the person above you is literally in your room...

This was a good place for the price, the room was comfortable in terms of the bed and the amenities available. I believe it could have been cleaner, but if you really will not be spending much time inside it's a good place to come and go. Location was good, hard to find because there was no street sign, but it's the only hotel on the street. Nice employees, great room.

Great value for the price and the area seemed safe as well. I would definitely recommend.
