Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

Hotelli on kohtuullisen hintainen. Sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsee manhattanille melko nopeasti. Aamiainen on ihan okei, tosin tilat on aika pienet, joten oli melko ruuhkaista välillä. Huoneet on todella siistit.

Huone on PIENI.. Mutta ymmärtää kun kyseessä on Manhattan. Eli kallis ja ahdas.

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava aivan Times Squaren vieressä. Itse hotelli oli ihan siisti. Huone oli pieni, eikä vastannut kuvia, mutta kuitenkin ok. Aamupala hotellissa oli todella kallis, joten se jäi meiltä kokematta. Aamiaispaikkoja löytyi onneksi hotellin lähettyviltä melko paljon.

Sijainti erinomainen. Huoneet pieniä, aulatilat hyvät, hotellin viressä mukava kahvila.

Erinomainen sijainti ensi kertaa New Yorkissa vierailevalle. Huoneet ovat aavistuksen nuhjuisemmat kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää, mutta silti ihan siistit. Saimme pyytämättä paremman (isomman) huoneen kuin se mistä olimme maksaneet. Suosittelen lämpimästi, jos et etsi luksusta vaan käytät huonetta lähinnä lepäämiseen ja vaatteiden vaihtamiseen.

Hyvä, siisti hotelli ihan keskustassa. Times Squarelle on matkaa sata metriä, metro ja taksi on helposti saatavilla. Alakerrassa on kohtuullisen hyvä ravintola josta saa runsaan aamiaisen ja hotelli on rauhallinen lapsiperheellekin.

"Viikko Times Squaren kupeessa"
Theater Districtille haluavalle hotellin sijainti on täydellinen, parin sadan metrin kävelyetäisyydeltä löytyvät kaikki teatterit ja Times Squaren hulinaan on parikymmentä metriä hotellin ovelta. Hotelli on panostanut aulatiloihinsa, jotka kieltämättä ovat hulppeat. Perushotellihuone on pieni mutta ihan käytännöllinen. Huoneet ovat remontoidut ja ihan […] mukavan siistit. Miinuksena kylpyhuoneessa wc-pöntön sijoittelu, pöntöllä joutuu istumaan poikittain sen eteen asennetun lämmityslaitteen vuoksi. Halvassa huoneessa näkymä oli viereisen talon tiiliseinään eli ei siitä sen enempää. Myöhäisemmän varaajan hinnalla en olisi ko. hotellia varannut mutta tarpeeksi aikaisena hinta-laatu-suhde oli ihan kohdallaan. Lisätietoja

"Consistency. You can depend on it."
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. […] Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks. Lisätietoja

"Close to all the sights"
This hotel is right on times square which is great for getting close access to most of Manhattan. However be prepared for very crowded streets around Times Square at all times of the day and night. Once you get a few blocks away it is not as busy. Otherwise great location and good hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Bed was made, but the trash had not been emptied, carpet not swept, no fresh soap. Room was exceptionally small. Called front desk to report room condition, and could not get through. Went downstairs and told them I tried to call. The answer was we have been busy - too busy to answer the telephone.
"Exceeded my expectations"
I loved the Paramount! Located literally 1 block off of Times Square, I was very close to tour buses and subways. Upon arrival, I felt very welcomed and check-in was super fast. I read so many reviews about small rooms, that I actually held my breath upon entering my "queen" room. Amazing! 2 huge windows made the room feel very open (blackout curtains […] were included and used when sleeping). The space is set up so efficiently, TV mounted on the wall, lighting above the bed and very modern. The air worked great and made the room very comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was a great use of space as well, shelves mounted on the walls, and a space for towels behind the mirror. I had plenty of hot water and great water pressure and a full length mirror behind the bathroom door. At night, I had a great view of the lights from Times Square, but the room was quiet. Elevators were fast, never had to wait. My trip was just as a tourist, so I was only in the room to sleep and shower, but the Paramount exceeded my expectations. "Not a 4 star hotel"
The suite with sleeper sofa reserved was "out of order" when we arrived at midnight after a full day of travel, so we were "upgraded" to the entertinment suite that only had one bed for the 4 people I reserved accomidations for. Our son & his wife shared a twin roll away because that was all the hotel could offer. The suite had stained carpet and very […] "tired" furnishings. We had to move our bags to the lobby early the next dayand where bothered by housekeeping to do so because they couldn't relocated us in the suite we had reserved until after 3:00... then moved again to the standard Queen room for our last night which was unbelievably small and spartan. Over three nights, we had to call in requests for sheets(none on the sleeper sofa), ice buckets, glasses, and a blanket..of course tipping each staff member that brought what should have been in the room to begin with.With all of the moving, I never did unpack. I would never recommend this property... there are plenty of others in this price range. Nice staff... not well managed...really awful bathrooms and not well kept. Lisätietoja

The Paramount is a very attractive hotel and has a very fashionable and stylish look. Our check-in was carried out by an extremely helpful, friendly and efficient lady and this could be said for all staff at the hotel....I would not hesitate to recommend it as it is 50 yards from Times Sq and easy to get everywhere from there. It is in a good location for plays and Times Square. But the service was terrible. It took two days and many complaints from me to have my telephone fixed. It took 6 hours to get hand towels. The air conditioning is very noisy, etc.

"very small room but location & price worth it!"
I had seen on previous reviews that the rooms were small but I was still surprised when I walked in the room and there was the bed one step away. The hotel did say at check in that it was the smallest size room with a full bed and that larger rooms with Queen beds were available for an additional fee. We were only there one night so definately not worth […] upgrading since we'd rather spend money outside the hotel seeing the city. We ordered the pricey room service for breakfast and plus another pricey fee for parking overnight and tax (yes, there's tax on parking) ! They did let us keep our car parked there for a full 24 hours which made it a bit better. Needless to say we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated but it is NYC and the hotel's location is awesome! You can walk to the center of Times SQ. in less than a minute and it's in walking distance to so many great restaurants and bus tours. For the price and location, it's worth dealing with the tiny rooms if you'll be out of the room most the time anyway! Lisätietoja

"Great Location but Mediocre Accommodations"
Our family went to NYC to see a show and booked this hotel because the location was great-within walking distance of the theatre, great restaurants, and sight-seeing venues. However, other than the location, I would not recommend this hotel. We were told it was recently renovated, but that was not apparent to us. The room smelled musty and was extremely […] small. Overall, it didn't seem clean. Even the elevators were dilapidated--one that we rode in had an entire panel missing and splintered wood exposed. Worst of all, it was not price-friendly either. "Brilliant location"

"Fantastic locations but need detail attention"
Great location in the middle of times square NY. Front desk were perky and helpful. Rooms were smaller than expected but this is new York. The thing that I find most irritating is that I found a woman's hair on the bathtub which is a bit of an eyesore. Our room was situated opposite the lift hence its a bit noisy come 5am. I felt a little cheated because […] I need to pay $2 per luggage item for storage post checking out. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. Due to high occupancy, the lobby can be overcrowded as everyone is using the complimentary wifi. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel given its location and reasonable rates. Lisätietoja
Room are small, but the location is great. Less than a block away from time square. Staff are great and very helpfull. If you do not mind the noise that the place to be.
