Great beautiful boutique hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Room was beautifully decorated with nice furnishings. Great location for a Beverly Hills stay.

The hotel for the price paid per night was good value. The room although small was clean and comfortable and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent location and very safe to go out walking in the evening. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Beverly Hills and it's mostly easy to find, but there is no large sign, so be on the look out for it! The lobby is small and there are steps up to the lobby and up to the rooms, so beware if you have special accessibility needs or have a bad back - of course the staff will take your luggage up at […] check in and you can call for someone to help you down, but, it's something to keep in mind. The rooms are very small - European sized - but they are big enough for a queen sized bed and small table chair. The room was clean, stylish, and had Philosophy brand soaps. The only complaint that I have is that there is live music in the lounge some nights until 10pm and it is LOUD all the way through the hotel. I was in room 208 which is at one end of the building and at one end of the building and down a flight of stairs was the lounge, so beware if you've had a long day or want some quiet in the evening. Great location but room is very small. Great for one person but pushes the envelope with 2! My kind of hotel though since I don't spend much time in the room to begin with! The staff was A+! Very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!!! The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The location was perfect, the bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect!!! LOL. Valet parking was delightful and the valets themselves were just so incredibly nice. The breakfast was just delightful, not only do they have coffee, but they had the best pastries […] that they make in the hotel, 2 types, strawberry jam, and bacon/cheese. It was just such a delightful location and the staff made it even better. They need to keep up the wonderful work!!!!!! Location was just 2/3 blocks from Rodeo drive. The customer service here is fantastic. I was in town for one night for business and needed my car; the valet is efficient and friendly, the front desk is also extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is a boutique hotel, so the rooms are funky and cute. Although I was on the first floor at street level, the noise was minimal and the blackout curtains […] were fantastically dark. The room was clean and well-appointed, with high-quality sample-size products (I'm a hotel product snob so this was big bonus for me). The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was relatively quiet (I could hear upstairs neighbors slightly, and next-door neighbor's blowdrier was audible as well). The hotel has a lounge with extremely friendly staff and a fun drink menu - they are in the process of infusing their own liquors and are going to change their drink menu to every drink has a house-made infused liquor in it, and I can't wait to go back and try them. My only issue is that the hotel is not great for business travel; there are no desks in the room, so I worked either on my lap on the bed, which got a bit hot, or kneeling next to one of the side tables, which got painful. loungy atmosphere, nice staff, comfortable and clean... only downside is parking adds $28 to your room rate. I thought i'd gotten such a deal until I realized it was close to impossible to find anywhere in walking distance to park, and that basically the hotel parking was additional to the room rate.

It's a joke! Small room, very small bathroom, no safe, no frigobar , no space for luggage,. Bad smell at 1st floor.

The hotel is very central located, the only reason for an high price. The bathroom was very tiny quite impossible to move in.

It was ok. VERY basic accommodations. Personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Amenities were minimal. Unfortunately, there were lower rates for the hotel after we booked, but did not have time to follow up to get a better rate.

LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!!! Found this place by chance. Lovely little place. Staff so friendly. Only reason condition/maintenance didn't get a 5 is bc we lost hot water one night, but it returned by morning. What a wonderful little find

The room amenities were very basic and the lighting was very poor. 2 very dim downlights and 1 lamp by the window which did not help.Our room was next to the airconditioning vents in the hallway which were extremely noisy and kept us awake at night. The complemtary coffee was a nice touch. The room was small but clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was very quiet and effective. I will return to the Crescent on my next visit.

Best location for the money. Sure, the walls/doors were a little thin and I could definitely hear our neighbors walking down the hallway, but the bed was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat, and the price was amazing. We walked all over Beverly Hills from our hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at The Crescent was if not the best experience I've had at a hotel. As soon as I walked in the front door, Bo the day time concierge could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was plenty big for me, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very well designed. Hanging out with Tristan the resident manager/bartender/cook […] and Arnold the evening house supervisor, made the experience the best of all. Food was great, drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere at The Crescent was fantastic. Only gripe I would have is the walls are honestly too thin, but I slept through the minimal noise with ease. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and I know for sure, when I go back to Beverley Hills, I will be staying at The Crescent. Thanks guys! Lisätietoja

Incredible location! And a reasonable price, so that alone is worth considering this property. A fantastic patio overlooking the street with plenty of attractive, comfortable seating. Watch the world go by from the friendly confines of the Crescent. Little details do need attention: a light over the sink was out, making it a bit dimmer than desired; […] a light out in the bedroom as well. In an ideal world, they would insulate the upper floors/lower ceilings better. We could hear quite a bit from the room above. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The staff is wonderful and the lobby and bar and patio are super hip and viby.....not sure about the rooms as they are very small and not as plush as i would prefer. But if you don't care about much time in the room, there is something very fun and interesting about the hotel that I'd stay again.....also, note, it can be loud as ceilings and walls […] are thin.
