No hot water for showering.

From the moment we got into our room we knew it would not be right for us. It was located immediately above the Hotel Entrance and the smoking area. When we called to complain, the on duty persons said they would handle it. Looking out the window no one came out of the Hotel. They told us there were no more rooms available at the time we moved in...BUT we said we would be willing to change the next day when we knew people in our group were leaving. They still insisted there were no vacancies. We were kept up most of the night by people talking, laughing, smoking, eating. Additionally we complained that the heating system in our room was too hot. They told us to turn the thermostat. After we did, the heat was still hot and then it was made worse because if we opened the window we heard more from outside!

great service but rooms need improvement. Quite noisy at night and walls were thin. We had drunk people through the night!

The lobby of this hotel is lovely, but that's about it. The rooms are barren and uncomfortable. The lighting is awful. I couldn't believe the look of the room after seeing the lobby and the price per night. The location was ok; it was about a 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green. There is a nice pub next door which is great for late night meals. The hotel room was unbearably warm and the window only opens a few inches (and the noise outside makes you want to close it anyway). The dishes that they left for tea were dirty and stained. There is no porter, so don't expect anyone to help with your luggage. I would definitely find another place to stay for the money.

This was a very nice, clean and roomy hotel in city center Dublin. There's a nice pub right next to it (The Bleeding Horse pub), which has some great pub food. Hotel was a 2.20 Euro bus fare away from the Dublin (DUB) airport and is a 5-10 minute walk from the very touristy Grafton street and Trinity College. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice hotel and good value given Dublin's high costs. A great pub next door but due to sports events a bit noisy, especially Saturday night. Expensive eating but lots of choices nearby. Had to take a short cab ride most days to get to the real downtown areas.

Lovely lobby, restaurant, and leisure center (pool). However, rooms were below par, one of the worst I have stayed in. Very 80s, basic, scratched paint, hard bed, bad shower.... not enjoyable experience. The price was good and location close to all.

Stayed in Family room. Recommend for Pool, spa, and bare bones room and price point. Had a nice / pleasant visit at hotel. Breakfast was fine. Room was very clean but comfort rating was low due to bed being firm, no movie channels on TV and just small chairs to sit in. The pool, steam room and Sauna are great! Bring swimming cap or buy there for 2.50 Euro.

Booked last minute and arrived very late. Very happy with the size of the room and the helpful service. Very good pool and gym in the hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel, location was great, cleanliness was great, our only problem was when we requested ice/ extra sugar, milk for coffee. One night we never got it at all and another night we needed to call three times. Other than that the place was excellent and we would recommend it highly. The breakfast was very good and when we did have room service, the food was excellent. PLUS it has free parking for those of you renting a car as there is no where to park in Dublin.

Only there for one night. Service was great, the food was really good. Slight technical issue with the free wi-fi but it was sorted quickly.

Stay here whenever I'm in Dublin. Free Car Parking, quite central - a walk from anywhere in town. Leisure Centre, Residents' Bar. All rooms I've had are decent size. No real faults with the place.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with local knowledge. The rooms were immaculate and well decorated. Wish we had stayed longer.

Its a lovely hotel with a fab location! The rooms are a nice size and my only moan is that the pillows were really hard!

The hotel was great and would recommend it! ideal location for town with some nice bars and resturants nearby. Only a short stroll into grafton street and temple bar!

Top hotel for the price, not a hint of shabby anywhere. Breakfast a bit steep at 13 Euros but it's an all you can eat buffet so get stuck in. Close to city centre and next door to a great pub so I recommend strongly.

Super location. Close to Temple Bar but without the congestion of being right in Temple Bar. A short walk to St. Stephens Green and Grafton Street. A vareity of pubs nearby. Very friendly staff. The room was relaxing. The bed, a twin, was supremely comfortable. A bit of street noise at times, But hey, it's city center and it comes with being in a lively location.

Great service. They took care of us very well. Walk to downtown isn't too bad, but maybe a little much for young kids or elderly people. Try the Bleeding Horse pub next to the hotel for music and pints. A bunch of pubs and restaurants on the same streets.

The Camden Court has a fantastic location if you arwe in Dubin and want to be close to the city centre and the night life,there is also a LUAS stop around the corner. The rooms are basic but clean the bed was not very comfortable and there was only one spare pillow also the water pressure ws rubbish on the shower.

Nice modern reception area, room nice and clean. Bar food not great, but overall it's a decent hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, reasonable walking distance to the main pubs and restaurants and also the shopping area and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the rooms were clean.

My husband and I had only 36 hours in Dublin. This hotel was conveniently located, very helpful (and provided parking space!). We walked everywhere from here.

The hotel is located a short walk (10 mins)from St Stephens Green. It is a moden looking building and the rooms are kept to a high standard. The rooms are a good size with the standard tea and coffee making facilities. The leisure facilities were top class including a swimming pool(in which you are required to wear a swimming cap), steam room, sauna and gym. We used the hotel as a base to explore the city and we were not disappointed.

A clean, comfortable hotel within 10 minutes walk of Gafton Street and Temple Bar. Leisure facilities clean and easily accessible to guests. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Hotel staff were exceedingly accommodating. I stayed alone with my infant and they bent over backwards to make my stay easier. The room was immaculate every day when we returned. Only complaints are the room service is limited and the vending machines don't work. Buy whatever you will need in the room before you come back for the night. The location is perfect. A two minute ride on the Luas tram or a ten minute walk will take you right to St. Stephen's Green/Grafton Street. From there you can walk all of Dublin.

gud location,close to whelans or the village if ur goin 2 catch a gig in them, plenty of nice places 2 eat within walking distance and gud pubs also,flannerys,cassidys, portobello, and the palace disco!

The place is awesome! Really clean, confortable, quiet, with a great pool and a relative good gym.

The hotel itself is newly built, which is a pleasure when it comes to the room and bathroom in particular. Although 3-stat rated,, it is comparable in every respect to the 4-star Burlington. The restaurant, although only open 3 nights per week, offers a tasty menu. There is also food available in the bar area. The Wi-fi Internet is free and is the best I have experienced - even on the 5th floor!. Sadly, the central heating is very noisy, and the pump in the couttyard outside is irritating even with the window closed. I had to change rooms to get a quieter radiator. That aside, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel, great location, great pool and spa facilities. Cant fault and good value for money

I went with my 2 little ones - both under 2. Hotel is well located within walking distance of city centre and right beside luas. The staff were very helpful. Food was good - breakfast in the room particularly. The pool a great bonus, although a little chilly. Overall it was great value for money - I would definitely go back.

I went to Dublin for the weekend with friends but did not want to spend a fortune on accom. This hotel is central and very reasonable. The room was cheaper than many of the older run down hotels and also hostels in Dublin but is very modern and ideal for a short trip to Dublin

This hotel is ideally located with easy access to shops and greats pubs and clubs. Its leisure centre is excellent as is the quality of food and service all at a reasonable price - would highly recommend. One slight problem could be with the parking as this is limited at the hotel but if you arrive early it should not be a problem.
