I was very disappointed with my stay at the Chesford Grange. a chain off events sadly made our stay less than relaxing. *temprature of room unbearable hot * the ironing board was grubby and the iron didnt work properly as it badly singed my top * room maids were rude and very unfriendly * ordered room service to have a relaxing night in( before […] a major exam) it eventually arrived after an hour and a half with 3 phone calls and the meal being wrong three times! * the food was lovely and a credit to the chef but sadly we found a massive human hair in our food one evening. The staff did appoligise for our miss fortunes and discounted us for any inconvience but that is really not the point , I was really looking forward to staying in a nice 4 * Hotel and relaxing as much as possable but sadly this was not the case. nice place but not worth the money .can get a lot beter good brekfest ,staff very helpfull , a lot of younger people would like it

very helpful staff from check in to check out. facilities were good, breakfasts excellent and we had one evening meal in the restaurant which was pretty good too. Only slight problem was the wi-fi being a bit intermittent - but it was free . . . . highly recommended!

The Chesford Grange is vey convenient for Stoneleigh Park and the NAC. Staff on reception and in the restaurant all very pleasant and helpful. Room a little dated but clean so overall it was fine.

The hotel is easy to find and about 15 minutes from Warwick centre. We stayed in a superior room and were warmly greeted on arrival. The room itself was spotless and warm, with no problems at all. The view was of a car park, but that wasn't a problem and to be expected given the good location. The health club is lovely and didn't seem overly busy given […] the large number of guests at the hotel. Breakfast was really good, with lots of selection even late in in the moring sitting. This hotel is not suitable for couples or families. It has sold its soul to the business sector. We arrived at 3pm and our room wasnt ready. We were told to wait in the bar. Then we were asked to move to another table because our table was needed for a group of business people. The other table hadnt been cleaned and was smeared with ketchup and salt. […] We were not able to eat in the restaurant because it was fully booked with Christmas parties during our stay. The car park was jammed full every evening and there was nowhere to park. The only way to get food was to pay for room service. Even the small inadequate bar was booked out to private parties so there was nowhere to have a quiet drink in the evening and you are not allowed to consume alcohol purchased elsewhere. Considering it was 2 weeks before Christmas there were very few decorations about the place. The badly designed layout means you had to walk past all the conference rooms to get to the bedrooms. Decor was bland and spartan. Room was about on a par with a Premier Inn which is so much cheaper. We felt unwelcome in the public areas so stayed in our room and therefore incurred lots of room service tray charges. Bitterly disappointed! Would never return or recommend to anyone else. Lovely hotel, traditional building but very good condition. Excellent quality of rooms & public areas. Didn't eat evening meals there but a superb buffet selection for breakfast. Would definately stay again if a hotel is required around this area.

We had stayed at the Chesford Grange before so we knew what to expect. A very efficiently run hotel with the type of facilities you would expect. An american style room with two double beds, big bathroom, real coffee in the room. The only disappointment was breakfast; coffee unpleasant, buffet had clearly been sitting around on the hotplates for a long […] time and bread cheap and nasty. Excellent all round, friendly & welcoming staff, food very good and most pleasant surroundings. We will be visiting again

best hotel ever wish everyone was as good as this one really well done

Had to wait nearly at 1hr for the room to be ready after checking time. Paid extra for robes etc, had to call reception to chase up. Swimming pool was full of screaming children jumping around. Not ideal for a relaxing weekend. Went out in the evening to come back and find that the car park was full, had to park down the road. We stayed for one night but everything from reception, room service, luxury and comfort were first class. We booked a standard room but requested a table in our room for our evening dinner and were upgraded to a suite which was superb. Strongly recommend the hotel and staff who were totally committed to guest care and attention.

Rooms very hot and elf 'n safety has stopped the windows opening more than a couple of inches. The restaurant was fine for breakfast, but I walked out before ordering dinner. Like a school canteen, and full of noisy kids as well, so can't comment on the food.
