Perustasoinen, mutta sijainniltaan näppärä hotelli, josta helppo kävelymatka esim. Ryan Auditoriumiin, Country Music Hall of Fame'en, Broadwaylle ja 2nd Avenuelle, jossa parhaat musiikkipaikat. Ilmainen Valet-parkki näppärä, vaikkakin vuokra-automme takarekisterikilpi oli ajettu lyttyyn, kun valet-pojat vaihtavat autojen paikkaa sitä mukaan, kun asiakkaat tulevat ja menevät. Huomasimme sen vasta hotellista lähdettyämme, joten emme samanaikaisesti voineet siitä reklamoida.
Sijainti.
Kaupungissa Brentwood sijaitseva Sleep Inn Brentwood on lähellä kohdetta CoolSprings Galleria. Seudun muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat Belle Meade Plantation ja Vanderbilt University.
Hotellin palvelut.
Hotellissa Sleep Inn Brentwood on poreallas, kuntokeskus tai -sali ja uima-allas ulkona kauden mukaan. Langaton Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. Hotellissa on liiketoimintakeskus. Tarjolla on ilmainen aamiainen. Asiakaspysäköinti sisältyy hintaan. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: pesulapalvelut, kahvitarjoilu aulassa ja ilmainen sanomalehti aulassa.
Vierashuoneet.
Sleep Inn Brentwoodn 92 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja hiustenkuivaaja. Vieraat voivat selailla kanavia huipputason kaapeli-televisiossa. Ilmainen langaton nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihkut. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja herätyssoitto. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Our GPS did not lead us to the hotel and that was a problem. Otherwise, all was good.

"Sleep Inn, Cool Springs, TN"
The price was very good for the area. For a room where all you plan to do is get a good nights sleep, it was a value. The room had a chemical odor when you walked in. I opened the window to air it out a little. The shower did not work well at all. Very little pressure and not very hot. The primary disapointment.

Good location. I felt safe staying here. For the price, it was a very good place to stay. Clean. I would stay there again.

This hotel had holes in the celing and mold in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

The hall were dirty and the walls were bruised in many places. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. It it sufficient for a quick overnight if there is no where else. For anything longer or for a quality stay I do not recommend this hotel. The staff seemed proficient enough but do not have the experience in training.

"Condition of hotel"
The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. The beds/sheets had an oder. The carpets were stained and in very bad need of repair. I booked this hotel because I have stayed in other Sleep Inns and being in Brentwood, thought in would be in good shape. "The NO SLEEP Inn"
This hotel was not as nice as what we expected for the money. The AC unit would not stay on, the room was hot, and it was hard to sleep. The bed was ok, but the room was so hot it really didn't matter. Breakfast was good. Overall I would not recommend them.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a very good price. Our rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was also convient to many places to shop and eat.

"Good Hotel with a few issues"
Good points -- room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, price was very reasonable, especially for area. Bad points -- only ice machine working in the entire hotel was located on the first floor. All others were out of order. I had only lukewarm water one morning when I showered, though it was hot for all others. "great room not great price"
This was a great room in a great location near many shopping stores and food locations. I did however expect so much more for the price i paid. But the beds and pillows were very comfy and the bathroom was good and clean.

Good hotel for the money. Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly, the room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Downsides -- the complimentary breakfast is very minimal, the only functional ice machine was on the first floor, and I ran out of hot water if I showered during normal morning rush hours. Also, the cooling unit in my room […] was extremely loud. The staff offered to move me, but I just slept in ear plugs. Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms great for needs of my stay. Great price, very good area. Great breakfast, better than expected. Recommend, will stay there again.

The first room we was assigned to had the smell of a dog. I went to clerk and he gave us another room. In this room, when I turned the air on the control panel had hundreds of black ants, I took care of it with a heavy spray of hairspray. The room was much better than our first room, we had lots of towels and we liked that it had a shower only- no tub […] which we never use in a hotel or motel anyway. The desk clerks were very nice. Aside from the close proximity to Nashville, it was located in a beautiful area and the staff was wonderful in directing us to the location since we hadn't really researched the address very well.
