Front desk clerks were slow and seemed distracted, though polite. The room was very nice but the hallways need to be spruced up. The doors are painted a horrible brown. It looks like you're in the projects!

"hotel near philly airport & stadium"
We were put in a room w/ one bed, we requested 2 queen beds. the matresses were way to soft, asked for a wake up call that did not happen and shuttle was late getting me to airport. The friendliness of the staff was ok. The bar/resturaunt had sub parr service, having to wait for drinks and food.

Enjoyed our stay at Four Points. It was easy access to the highway and right around the corner from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. There is a restaurant downstairs that has decent food (not great but tasty). However, it was disappointing that there aren't many restaurants or stores in the area to purchase food or anything else. Just a […] gas station and Ruby Tuesday. There is a small fitness facility off the lobby that gets the job done. Parking is $7/day for in/out privileges, which is reasonable for the area. The downstairs of the hotel was nice but the room was just ok. The beds were comfortable but the floors looked dirty as did the sink. The shuttle service was prompt and all staff were courteous. The rooms need renovated again.

"Philadelphia Hotel"
Pleasant people, lovely redone bath, great shower, great pillows and bed...Very convenient to airport.. 10 min. ride of the hotel shuttle ....I would recommend this to anybody looking for a room near the Philly airport.. I had to get the shuttle before 4 am and the driver was pleasant ...

"OK for overnight at the airport"
The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hamburger at the restaurant was good. The room and hallways need a serious overhall to look like a modern and up to date hotel. The room was fine, reasonably clean. The heating and airconditioning system was about as noisy as it can get. When it kicked on, I was startled out of sleep several […] times during the night. "Great for overnight/short stay"
We stay overnight for flights, as well as close to a relatives home for holidays/family events. Great for short stays! clean rooms. room service is good. restaurant across lot in Sheraton Suites is good also. Not much close by to eat/dine at.
"convenient to airport"
This hotel was average in my opinion. The front desk personnel were friendly and helped with directions. The room itself was dated in its decor. The inside of the door must have had a sign that was removed and needed to be repainted. Nothing special, just an average hotel room.
"Where's the coffee??"
We had a very early flight and could not get any coffee at the hotel. They really should have a courtesy pot of coffee available when the restaurant is closed. Everything else was fine. The shuttle arrived on time and our roll away bed was delivered promptly. Great location if you want to be close to the airport.

"Four Seasons PHL"
Really "no frills." Didn't give us the kind of room requested. When we returned to the desk to change rooms was told that our requirement was "just a request - not a guaranteed room," and that no room as we requested was available. Another desk clerk intervened, "Oh yeah, we have those rooms - no problem." Also parking was extra charge (surprise!), […] and the gate to the lot was not manned and didn't work right, so that it took us twenty minutes to get out and on our way home. Won't stay there again. "Comfortable but loud"
I was very pleased with the comfortable firmness of the bed, which is critical for me. Also, I like to practice yoga in my room and there was an unusually open area for my yoga mat. My only complaint was the incredibly loud "roar" from the adjacent interstate highway. I eventually turned the fan to "On" to try and drown it out.

"Good, clean, affordable"
Only complaint was that the heating system we loud. Decor is a little to modern for my tastes (Floor lamp switch is on the floor???), but not bad. All service people were very friendly and helpful. Convenient, but don't plan on walking anywhere from here.

As a consistent Marriott guy, I was forced due to all of the Marriotts being booked for a convention. I was fortunate enough to get a hotel at the Sheraton, but I felt like I was staying at a 1 star hotel. The room was very much overpriced per night and the reality is that I should have not been charged alot less a night to stay there. I found this hotel to be the ideal location for my trip. I enjoy spending time in the night life partying in the clubs. And I have found this hotel to be close to many places the I had visited while in Philly. Easy to find places to party at. This hotel was in a secure location. "The 4-Points Sheraton at Philadelphia Airport"
The convenience of this hotel far surpasses its condition. Everything in the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The recliner in my room was quite dirty. The carpet was worn and dirty--especially in the hallways.

I enjoyed my stay at the 4 points the hotel was clean and had a updated look. The staff was friendly, the only negative i had was the, machine was out of ice we had to go to another floor to obtain ice.

"Worst nights sleep in a hotel ever"
I didnt spend much time in my room before I was ready to shower and sleep. First problem was the shower. I turned it on and it sprayed into my face from the back of the shower head. Couldnt get much force in the spray because so much was leaking out of the back. The AC was loud but I turned that off before I layed down. Thats when I noticed a loud, […] repetitive sound coming from the wall. I must have been near some kind of machine room. Every 15 seconds I would hear a loud thud, then a grinding sound for about 5 seconds. It would go off but then happen again 10 seconds later. I turned the AC back on to mask it but that didnt work for long. Over and over all night long....THUD, GRIND, THUD, GRIND. Hardly slept all night. On a good note, I did eat in the restaurant in the hotel. Not a big selection but the food was good and the service was wonderful. Server kept checking on me and my glass never got close to empty. There was alot of noise in the room. I was close to the elevator and the noise from the elevator was constant. The shower was broken and had to be repaired and the room was just very sparsely furnished. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was convienient for what I was using it for, flew in for a Phillies game and back out the next morning . Confortable room, only issue was the bar closing so early but you can walk next door to the Sheraton suites and that bar is open until Midnight

Service was great and bed is comfortable. There are no good views by an airport but above the first floor you can get great daylight. The bathroom was small and could have been cleaner. AC unit was loud yet efficient. My major complaint is the lack of working ice dispensers - only the second floor machine was operational. I didn't try the 4 Points cafe […] - food from neighboring Sheraton Suites is above average but pricey. You can venture to a nearby Ruby Tuesday - or a 5 minute drive to downtown Philly.
