"Overall ok- but..."
The overall hotel was ok except the rooms, while remodeled, we're still a bit worn. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was nice to have the adjacent mall in close proximity but all our activity was downtown which was a 10 minute drive. For the price- it was great, but next time will stay closer to downtown.

They Staff was great being that it was New Years Eve the service and overall stay was 100% we had a great time. We needed to get conjoining rooms and they were very accomidating , they are pet friendly and located right next to a ton of resteraunts and a mal right next doorl for all your needs...We had great stay the rooms were clean and modern and […] was just perfect. "Outstanding!"
Our room was clean & comfy. The staff was very accomodating and professional. The food was great. The pool and whirlpool was clean and inviting. The hotel allowed our dogs without an additional charge. We couldn't ask for more! Will stay again.

I stay at this hotel often because I like the location, but the past two times it has been very noisy. I can literally hear the conversation in the room next door.

At 14.95 per person, it was one of the worst i had. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring theme at quite a few of the sheraton hotels.

"Average at best"
Nothing remarkable about this place. Very average hotel. Convenience of location is subjective. Without traffic, you can get pretty much anywhere in the Milw metro area within 10-15 minutes; I-94 is the main corridor connecting the western burbs and this place with downtown so beware of coming to and fro during peak traffic hours. Room was just okay; […] clean and reasonably quiet (we were in the tower, 5th floor), but very dated. Bathtub drain was horribly sluggish (seems to be a common problem at most places we have stayed at). Fitness room consists of several treadmills and light dumbbells (max 25 lbs), with one flat bench that was about ready to fall apart. Breakfast buffet was unexciting to say the least consisting of luke warm premade american cheese "omlets", ham, bacon, cold waffles, and a mix of ripe and unripe fruit. It appears that, at least during our stay, a lack of customers caused them to lower the price (9:30 Saturday morning and we were the only people there). "Great hotel, great staff and nice location"
I booked this hotel for just one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was beyond helpful and always friendly. Whe we first arrived we had no idea what we even wanted to do or what was around the hotel. The clerk at the front desk was so helpful. She gave us different ideas of what to do and even […] printed out directions of all the places she suggested. We arrived early but they allowed us to check in because they had a room available. Once we were in our room, a manager came up and wanted to make sure that the room was clean enough for us since it had just been done and he had not had a chance to check it before we checked in. Everyone was very friendly. The location of the hotel was nice. Not to busy but not to far from everything. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Millery Brewey Tour and the downtown area. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very nice. A nice mall with all different types of restaurants surrounding it. There is so much to choose from. "Family Friendly"
Was great place for three families to stay while attending local wedding. Pools were a hit with the kids. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was convienient.

Close to shopping,restaurants and attractions. Very clean hotel including indoor and outdoor pool and restaurant/bar. Good morning breakfast buffett!!
Food in restraunt was not very good and very overpriced. Corridor carpeting was very dirty throughout hotel. Pools seemed ok in and out and carpeting in room was clean. Bedding was clean and while bathroom was clean tub area needed a redo badly. tv was awesome, flat screen with tons of channels.

We stay here frequently and love it! It is hard to find a 4 star hotel to accept our dog. They are clean, accommodating, and super nice! You can walk to the mall and tons of great restaurants.

My husband, mother-in-law and I (50+) were placed on a floor with a fraternity and sorority so between the slamming doors, running up and down the halls, and loud talking---4 calls to the desk where they were very nice and sent up security--it finally got quiet at 4:30am. My complaint is that we were on a floor with this group in the first place. Very nice hotel for the price paid. The room next to us was having a loud party and one call to the front desk took care of it. WiFi was strong and reasonably fast.

"Sheraton Brookfield MIlwaukee - great access"
The hotel was situated right off Hwy 94 and central to all of the various 'tourist' sites that we wanted to see. Location next to shopping mall and other restaurants was fine. There were backroads to various areas if you did not want to use the freeway.

"Only Flaw was the fool"
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Not noisey at all. Close enough to everything in Milwaukee to be convienent, far enough that it is accessible to all. The only issue I had with the stay was the pool. There were kids in the pool straight up to 11 PM, when it closes, splashing us the entire time. "Nice Stay"
Brought our family down for a Brewers game. Nice hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools. Shopping mall right next door (you can walk across the parking lot to get there). About 10 minutes to Miller Park, 15-20 to downtown Milwaukee. Hotel is right off I-94 which makes it easy to travel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Brookfield. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the flat screen TV and large tub were all great amenities. The staff we encountered were all very fast, friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay.
