Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 26, 2013Kiva hotelli tosi hyvällä paikalla - ranta ja ostoskatu lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Huone oli melko pieni, eikä hotellilla ole uima-allasta, mutta huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, oikein hyvä pariksi yöksi jonka siellä vietimme. Ystävällinen palvelu, myös vauvalle oli sänky ja peitteet valmiina, toisin kuin muissa matkan aikana yöpymissämme hotelleissa. Hidas wlan, mutta se oli enemmänkin sääntö kuin poikkeus tällä reissulla. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Hyvät paikallisbussiyhteydet Miamin keskustaan, muualle south-beachiin sekä lentokentälle. Oma auto ei tarpeeliinen, jos ei matkustele ympäristössä. Auton paikoitusmaksut kalliita.Hotellin kävelyetäisyydellä runsaasti ravintoloita.

A pleasant and clean place to stay that is close to FLL airport, Port Everglades cruiseport, and I-95. The airport shuttle is free, but the cruiseport shuttle costs $10 per person. Breakfast is NOT included. An onsite restaurant and lounge serve food that is moderately priced. One downside is that there are no other restaurants within walking distance. My stay at this hotel was fine except for the lower bar/restaurant area. The lady who was an attendent there was very rude to me and my daughter. We had brought in food from the outside and she rudely told us that we could not eat there, in which there are no signs posted stating this. I asked why she said stated you just can't . It was not a matter […] of following a rule but her rudeness toward me and my daughter. on the other hand in the restaurant to the right as you enter the hotel where we had breakfast, the sevice was excellent as well as the service on the 12th floor. "Very accomodating"
When checking in the front desk was very nice and accomodating. At first they could not find our reservation but completely worked with us... apparently names were switched but we got our room. We were going to have to pay for parking which I thought was outrageous but the front desk offered to sign up for their rewards system which allowed him to give […] me complimentary parking... Bonus! Guest services provided transportation to local restaurant near by which was good... They quoted wrong price at first but it was ok.... Went to hotel bar after and bartender was very nice and efficient makes on good dirty martini! Bed was comfortable and it was your average room over looked the highway close by. "Not the best Sheraton we've been in"
I expected a bit more from a Sheraton. The room was old and in need of renovation. It was clean and the king size bed was comfortable, but the lighting in the bathroom was poor. Fortunately, the food in the restaurant was good. The main thing we didn't like is that they wanted to charge us for WiFi access in our room, and they also siad they would put a small sum on our credit card for incidental expenses when we checked in! Hotel was great. Although, I was over billed on several room service and breakfast meal. Maybe, because I had 2 rooms reserved the Sheraton hotel double billed me. With the club level you are on the top floor and there is a large room and they provide more than just snacks...we had chicken kabobs that were excellent and it was nice to be in a homey place away from the lobby...however we did experience a last taste of key lime pie in the lobby bar.
