Super 8 Richmond Broad St Va - Richmond

I would never stay there again. The clerk was inside a glass room so no one could get him. The breakfast was a stale english muffin and butter. Cereal was there, but the milk was left out with no ice. We were scared and the room was dirty. I didn't want to stay there, but we had already paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. An excellent stay for a short while.

This is not a five star hotel, however, the beds were comfortable and clean as was the room. There were disturbances during the night from noisy guests drinking and the room was in need of some upgrading. The continental breakfast was limited but tasty. I walked into the hotel and all you can smell is the currey. Then after waiting for 15 min. The worker finaly comes out to check me in. And told me I couldn't check in till 3pm even though my reservations stated I would check in at 0500 in the morning. So he charged me fore 2 days. I get into my room and the room was clean but when I shout the bathroom […] door and tried to reopen after use. The top of door was stuck in door jam cause its coming apart. Once I finaly get out of bath room. I go to lay down and both my pillows were flat like pancakes. The only good things I can say are its clean and No bugs that I could see. Lisätietoja

The only challenge was that they were not full and have a sign up at window that no check in until 3pm. They did allow us in after a few minutes of conversation.

My stay at this hotel was a two night stay which was just okay for the most part. The area/location of the hotel sucked it was off the highway, down the street, not well lit up and the last hotel on the block which didnt seem like a safe location. Also it is off an highway so you will hear traffic through the night unless you have the ac running all […] night to drown out the noise. Also, the bathroom is rather small and tight. The breakfast was not bad or good it was nuetural...the only thing they had was bagels, bread for toast, blueberry and chocolate chip mini muffins, orange juice and milk, 2 kinds of ceral which where frosted flakes and fruit loops, and of course coffee. so you looking for a good type breakfast and a nicer place for your family this is not an ideal location...take the time and spend an extra $10 for something nicer and way more updated. i did not like that check in was at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:am it doesn.t take that long to clean rooms. i don't get 24 hrs of time. Also the room appeared to be clean i woke up with bedbugs on my arm.i also had a broken chair in the room that i fell out of.when i told management they acted as if it was n o big deal. i will never return to that […] hotel!!!! Very professional staff that takes care of and is aware of your needs. Very responsive.

Older builder, Front desk is behind glass and some time it is hard to ring clerk forward. All three levels must be entered from front door. Back door will only let you out with no way for you to re-enter. Card reader disabled/ Does have free and very fast wifi. McDonald fast food just down the street. With Waffle House across street.
