There was a dirty sock on the floor, dead nats stuck to ceilings, only 2 out of the 6 lights worked in the room and you get woke up at 4 in the morning by the trash trucks.

The On duty Manager the night we arrived was rude. We had booked the room for 3 nights and due to a family emeregency, we were unable go get there until a day later. I called to notify to manager the day we could not get there. Once we were there, we were told that we were lucky that they still had a room available. Upon entering the room, the comode […] in the bathroom had been urinated in and not flushed. Room service left only 1 bath toilet for the 2 of us. The on duty Manager the day we left was unconcerned of the issues we encountered upon arrival due to booking thru a third party. We were told to take our complaints back to Hotel.com. Lisätietoja

the motel looked to be an older motel. the carpet was stained from water leakage just did not look clean at all. we did not walk barefoot on the carpet. the motel was not well maintained. would not recommend this motel to anyone.

This hotel was horrible, there was a noise that woke us in the middle of the night coming from over the sinks, the outlets were missing covers, the towels were dirty and very worn, the refrigerator was noisy and the key card stopped working.

If you don't mind the toilet constantly overflowing this is the place for you. I guess the saying is true , you get what you pay for, and there is a reason that this place is cheaper than others.

Decent for the price, pets are allowed. Staff is very nice. Lots of nice restaraunts within walking distance.

The bed wasn't hard at all. It's close to Gatlingsburg. II lost my previous reservation. I booked this hotel for the weekend while traveling to Pigeon Forge. The reason for referring others is because there are so many things in Gatlingburgs that you would want to do so an nexpensive hotel is the best. front desk lady very, very nice BUT the bed was so uncomfortable that my wife and i had backaches for 4 days after our 2 night stay. Hotel was very inconvienent to get in and out of and the breakfast was horrible. Needs updating very badly.

it was very good deal rooms were preetty good for the price only thing i see is they could use new mattresses they looked worn out but all in all good place to stay

Motel was clean and location was good.

Clean and comfortable, the Super 8 is an excellent value in Pigeon Forge. The rooms, while dated, were clean and in good repair. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Super 8 for New Years and were pleased for the price.

Booked thru Hotels.com was easy to find parking lot and entrance to hotel was thru one hotel into another... but navigation was not a problem... It was almost empty due to the season i am sure but the clerk upon arrival was very nice had the room key ready instructed us to the fourth floor where upon entering the room I was amazed it had a Jacuzzi and […] fireplace which i didn't request or pay extra for and after a few mins of filling up the TUB i figured out why either it was broken or turned off electrically at the breaker box.... and so was the fire place ...kinda got a teaser don't ya think and so I did not wanna ruffle the desk clerks feathers why complain about something i did not ask or pay for anyways either way the room was clean the bed was a little rough but i was tired i got about six hours of sleep on it. overall stay 5.45 out of 10. For the price,I should have known not to expect greatness. The room did seem clean, but the "hotel odor" was bad. 2 inch gap under door would allow any vermin to add to your occupation. If I were staying another night would have probably paid more and stayed elsewhere.

I got my hotel room for 3 nights at a VERY cheap price. I knew the hotel wasn't going to be in pristine condition and I was correct. The room had a faint mildew smell but overall was clean enough. The location is PERFECT. We were nestled in the back of the busiest road in Pigeon Forge. We were in walking distance of TONS of shops and restaurants. Good price clean room

The cleaning lady needs some more training! It was so disgusting! The picture above our room actually was COVERED in black mold! Cob webs everywhere! I take my own towels but I hadn't I would have been in trouble! Their towels and wash cloths are stained bad! The room is nonsmoking but smells of pure ole cigarettes! The Super 8 in Pigeon Forge, TN. was very disappointing. I had to go and ask for towels everyday they never left enough for the amount of people in room. Somedays our room was not cleaned until 4:00 pm. or after. I have never stayed in a hotel that it took them all day to clean your room. We stayed here 7/2-8/11. The previous manager & maintanance guy were married and had up & left the hotel shortly before I got there. The new manager had been there about a week. When I arrived my refrigerator was not working. They came to my room & replaced it within 30 minutes. I asked that my room not be cleaned/bed mades during my stay (I don't […] make my bed at home, so why have it done here). I was told to bring towels/washcloths down to desk when I was wanting fresh ones. 1 day they did enter my room & clean & make beds; I spoke with the desk & it didn't happen again. They did leave a bag on my door with trash bag & towels in it. Breakfast was coffee, milk, orange juice, oatmeal, 2 types of dry cereal, donuts, toast. It has a good location. To start out with our room had NO phone nor did the phone line work to hook up a phone. Then our door had a big space where light was coming through the crack. The fan in the bathroom was like a loud helicopter taking off. The TVs are like watching a show through a snow storm. Then we complained and so they moved us into a room that wasn't even cleaned […] yet, so we stayed in the 1st crappy room. Then after 2 nights the manager kindly upgraded us to a room that had a bed that wobbled back and forth. And also found a small bug that looked like a cockroach in the corner bathroom that thankfully was dead. We had the door hanger on the door the following day to clean and all we got was towels and a roll of toilet paper on the outside of the door in a plastic bag, no cleaning was done at all. And to top it off there's no breakfast except stale bread and cereal. You definately get what you pay for and take my advise and stay somewhere else. Will never stay there again even if it was free. Not so super Super8. The motel was in a pretty good location on the Parkway, but left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Stale cold cereal and store bought donuts. that's it! I stayed here to save money on breakfast and I ended up at having to fork out an extra $15 per day anyway. The pool was dirty as was the grounds. It rained one […] night and water pooled in front of our room. I called to have them sweep it, but no one ever showed up. the carpet in front of the door was soaked the next morning. At least it was our last night there. They only gave us 2 washclothes and 3 towels in a room with 2 double beds. DALE was a very very need manager i have tell to lots of people tel him to stay at the hotel we see you all in a few weeks

The hotel was clean, and accepted animals, The only bad thing about it was the location and trying to get to the other side of town like Tanger Outlets, Wonderworks. The breakfast was not much, but there was a Burger King and IHOP within walking distance of the hotel.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation and we were very disappointed. The room smelled like wet dog and mold when we initially entered. The beds were clean but my friends sheet was torn. The shower curtain would not stay closed and so every night we flooded the bathroom floor. Only one lamp worked. Our hotel keys stopped working two […] times. We found so many repairs needed in our room. Breakfast closed pretty early which was also disappointing. The hotel employee was always watching TV. I'm not typically that picky but we will not stay there again and we do not recommend this hotel. The only positive to this motel is the location. My room was not cleaned to my liking. The Bed was very worn out.

The only complaint is that housekeeping had the alarm set to go off at 7am the first morning! I turned it off and turned the volume off. The next morning the alarm went off at 7am full blast. I feel the customer should decide what time they should get up on their vacation!

My hats off to the staff! They were extremely helpful and very friendly! Special thanks to "Lucy!" She was very friendly and helpful. She showed great concern about our stay and comfort. Only issue was the commode supply line sprung a leak and wet part of the bathroom floor. Every thing else worked just fine and room was very clean.

The super 8 was a great value and very suprised with the over all stay for the price... Would stay here agin for sure. It's not the newest motel around yet for the money you can't beat it. The staff was great on all three shifts, housekeeping was great. The new owners were really working hard to bring this motel back up to par, so keep up the great […] work. When we looked up the motel online, it said that there was a free breakfast included. This ultimately influenced our decision to book with this hotel. When we got there, they said that there was no breakfast because of the low rates (this was not stated anywhere, as far as we could see). It was, however, clean, and the people were nice enough.
