Beautiful location! Awesome Staff! Would highly recommend this hotel. They were extremely helpful and diligent. The beach is gorgeous, simply stunning.

there is nothing around the hotel....you have to drive for everything there is a fee for parking that no one mentioned when we booked this 20 $ per night is very high,and you don't have a choice. we where told we have ocean view.....it was side view and not close to the water.

This was, by far, the nicest Marriott I have ever stayed at. Exceptional service, great accomodations, and excellent food. I definitely plan on returning on my next visit to West Palm.

I've stayed here a few times now, and I go out of my way when travelling on business in the South Florida area. The rooms are spacious and loaded with premium features like full kitchens and great bathrooms. The restaurant is terrific - unique offerings that taste terrific. My husband and I stayed here last week for four nights. Rooms are great, service is excellent, pools and fitness center were better than other resorts. If you want comfort and is willing to spend extra dollars for it, this is definitely a place to stay. Would definitely be back!

One of the finest resorts our family has stayed at. 2 bedroom condo was absolutely beautiful. would definetly stay here again. Food and beverages were quite expensive though

We recently stayed at this property for one night. The service is out of this world. We were able to check in early and have a wonderful oceanview room. After lunch, we headed to the beach for some sun. We only had one issue here. After letting one of the servers go home early, there was only one person taking care of the orders from the beach area. […] I did wait for someone to come to us 45 minutes. I went to the bar and complained about this issue. The manager came to find me. Not once, but twice. He listened and apologized. He also took care of our check. I was very impressed. great room you have a great kitchen, wives love it you got a publix near by can have what you need pool with tiki bar and food the hotel has some reef and rocks can see nice variety of fish, very close for snorkeling, great service, great staff. price is decent if you consider you can cook some meals, they clean your room and dishes also. kids love […] it. husbands love it, nice balconies. great view. Enjoyed the location and the hotel was wonderful, my two comments are this. You had to valet your car and it cost $20 per night plus tip and I was unaware of that extra cost. Charging for chairs at the beach for $35.00 per day when no one owns the beach and it is a beach front hotel. Thank you.

loved the style of the rooms in this hotel,more like mini suites! checked in early with no problems,staff very helpful and attentive. Would recommend booking a room with an ocean view as we didn't and the view from the other side of the hotel isn't that spectactular. Bar/resaurant prices what you'd expect in a nice hotel.

The location, amenities people and room comfort all combine to create a terrific experience. With kids or without, you'll have a great time. Love the cafe with great coffee and pastries. Never wanted to leave this place.

The hotel has residential condos and made me wish i lived there. The Marriott staff was exceptional. We had reserved a 1/1 condo oceanview, and a 2/2 condo both were laid out well and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and the staff was prompt in switching out some feather bedding to accommodate my allergies. Ocean front hotel, the beach is clean and beautiful. However, my room is dusty and the service is poor. Starwood used to manage this hotel and they did a better job than Marriott does now. The pool area is plain. Overnight parking is $20. Checkout is at 11am and they sent someone to our room within 5 min to ensure that we have vacated the room! The hotel and facilities are magnificent, there's no arguing that. However, there are so many ridiculous little rules that it was annoying. I was not able to obtain early check in despite requests. They stocked our fridge with food and then called while we were resting to tell us they made a mistake...could they come and get it? Our room wasn't serviced […] until after 5 pm even though we requested early service. We sat on the balcony waiting to shower while they cleaned it. Our bathroom doors wouldn't close and lights were out--they did fix that quickly. This hotel was beautiful. We stayed in an ocean-view room, and the view was incredible. It was cloudy the day we stayed there, but we still took advantage of the infinity pool and hot tub and walked along the beach. Everything was very comfortable. The room: I stayed in a King suite and was extremely happy with the price, decor, and cleanliness of the room. It felt like a romantic home away from home with the granite countertops, kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, wall of windows, mood lighting, 2 flat screen tvs, glass shower and large tub. The beach/pool: The wading pool was quiet and peaceful and romantic at night, as it faces the moon and the beach. The other pool was fun for chatting with friends/kids with the waterfall and waterslide. The beach was fantastic, and had great service for umbrellas and padded chairs, as well as lunch/drink service if you choose. Overall: The staff and concierge were extremely helpful and friendly, even during the transition to a Marriott hotel (that occurred in the middle of my stay). My only recommendation is that the room service menu should be expanded a bit. Snacks are expensive so I opted for a quick run to the grocery (about $40 towncar trip, or use rental car). There were numerous problems when The Resort at Singer Island transitioned from a Starwood property to a Marriott property. The Concierge was never there - which caused us to miss going out on day trips during our stay. The hotel staff seemed very stressed out about the transition, which is understandable - but when choosing to stay in a 4+ star resort […] you don't want to feel the staff's problems. My wife and I probably will not be staying at this hotel again. One of the few positives about this property though is the full kitchen and laundry area. This hotel, on the beautiful island of Singer, is the place for you. Right outside the front of the hotel is an incredible reef that goes on for ever. My two bedroom suite on the 12th floor had a fabulous view of the beach and the reef and the intercoastal highway. Everyone from the front desk to the pool gal were helpful and professional.

The hotel was wonderful. I really liked having a full size kitchen, living room and 1-1/2 baths. Breakfast could be eaten in the room and having some where to sit while others are sleeping is great. I thought the hotel was definitely a great place to stay and would recommend it. The only problem I had with the hotel was the parking. There is an additional […] fee of $25.00 per night for parking, which I was aware of a $20.00 fee, but if you are in and out a lot like we were, we requested the car a minimum of 3-4 times a day. You felt like you had to tip each time you received your car. We also used the Spa, which was nice, but they request that they add an automatic gratuity of 18% to the bill, which is an additional $22.50, which I thought was a little high. I guess we could have always said no, but I would rather have left my own tip, then being told what the tip should be. The rooms were above great, the views were perfect, the pools were were wonderful. Everything about the stay was great. The hospitality was well above average in everything they did. It was very comfortable and a great stay all around. I have traveled to many spectacular resorts and this near the top if not above the rest.

The Resort at Singer Island far exceeded our expectations. It was an incredible value for the luxury you encounter from check-in to check-out. The Staff was helpful; the rooms were magnificent and the location was perfect.
