Siisti ja mukava hotelli. "Suite" hotelli on hyva vaihtoehto lasten kanssa matkatessa, voi tehda itse ruokaa ja syoda oikean (vaikkakin pienen) ruokapoydan aaressa omassa huoneessa. Keittio oli hyvin varustettu, kattilat, pannut, lastat, ym. ruokailuvalineet kuuluivat "kalustukseen", ja olivat erittain puhtaita ja hyvassa jarjestyksessa. Myos jaakappi oli hyvan kokoinen, ruokaa voi ostaa kerralla enemmankin jos on hotellissa pidemman aikaa. Uima-allas alue oli siisti, sen vieressa oli myos iso grilli joka luullakseni oli vapaasti vieraiden kaytosssa. Aamiainen oli melko kattava, sisalsi myos lampimia ruokia, munakasta, pekonia, perunoita. Aamiaishuone oli siisti. Ilmastointi makuuhuoneessa oli vahan liian aanekas, se piti laittaa yon ajaksi pois paalta.

For the price of this hotel this is a great deal. The clerk at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful with directions. The room was updated and very clean. We had a great stay and will be back to stay!!

I loved the pillows! The room was cozy and had nice decor. It was quite homey. The only real downside was that there was a crack under the door, so we got a small draft and heard a lot of the outside noise. We stuffed some fabric along the crack and it was just fine. We stayed here twice, and this was the case both times. However, I still really liked […] it. It was comfortable, homey, cute, and had a good continental breakfast. We recently stayed for one night at the Southaven Quality Inn...The room itself was very nice and clean but this had to be the LOUDEST hotel we have ever stayed at..Not sure if its because the room we were given was close to the stairwell or what. "weekend get away"
My son and I went to South Haven to shop for the weekend. I am leary of booking on line but I was so thrilled with the room we had. My first impression of a hotel is the smell when I first walk in and this one had a great smell. Then the room was very nicely decorated and so comfortable. The beds were great. The room was very clean. I also like the […] fact that is not right on the main strip because getting in and out of the parking lot was a breeze and it is very quiet around the place. The hotel staff was very nice. The room need up grading. The carpet was worn and the furniture was not in the best of shape. The location was very good and not in a conjested area. For the price it was ok.

"Close to Graceland"
Ideal if you want to visit Graceland. Sun studios and Beale street only 15 minutes away with the car. Nice and clean room.

"Airplanes all night long!"
This is a very nice hotel with good service. However, it is on the landing/takeoff strip for FedEx. These planes fly in and out all night long. So, unless you are deaf, do not stay here. In fact, it is not just this hotel. I would not stay at any of the hotels in this area of town, they will all have the same problem. The noise level is incredible!

The building was older but well maintained. The continental breakfest was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful with information and directions.
"Not very pet friendly"
Although on hotels.com this hotel is listed as pet friendly they make an awfully big fuss about dogs staying. First they told me that my 30lb Dachshund mix was too big and they only take "small dogs" which of course is not specified on the website. Then they wanted a $50 deposit and an additional $10 a night. Once the lady working in the office told […] me that, she was calling my room two minutes later to remind me to come up and pay asap. Every time I walked her around the hotel, the staff screamed, ran, and even jumped on top of beds in the room to get away from her like I had a rabid Great Dane. We just needed a quiet place close to the airport for one night. This hotel was perfect! Would stay here again in a hearbeat and would recommend to others.

"Quality Inn - Close to Graceland"
Very nice, clean hotel in a location convenient to Graceland, Beale Street, and Tunica. Price was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again The only negative was that they did not have a place to print our airline boarding pass for the return trip home.

The online pictures of the hotel were one hundred percent accurate, and the in room appliances listed were in fact included. This hotel does not disappoint. Friendly service. Free breakfast. A moderately priced home away from home.

Stayed two nights and had no complaints. Was there for the Memphis in May music festival and chose this hotel because it was sooo much cheaper than those in the city close to the festival site, but not too far away to drive back and forth. The breakfast was good - really liked the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean, beds were fine, AC worked well, […] and we really appreciated the microwave and frig.
