Perustasoinen, mutta sijainniltaan näppärä hotelli, josta helppo kävelymatka esim. Ryan Auditoriumiin, Country Music Hall of Fame'en, Broadwaylle ja 2nd Avenuelle, jossa parhaat musiikkipaikat. Ilmainen Valet-parkki näppärä, vaikkakin vuokra-automme takarekisterikilpi oli ajettu lyttyyn, kun valet-pojat vaihtavat autojen paikkaa sitä mukaan, kun asiakkaat tulevat ja menevät. Huomasimme sen vasta hotellista lähdettyämme, joten emme samanaikaisesti voineet siitä reklamoida.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

"Nice Place to Stay"

"Okay, but nothing special"
The hotel is close by the interstate, so it's an easy run into Nashville or to the Cool Springs area (shopping and restaurants) and is close to the historic sites in Franklin. The suite we had was nice and spacious for a family of three (my wife and 18 month old daughter), with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. all in good working order. The only […] problem was that when we checked in there was a brownish/yellowish liquid that had apparently been sprayed or slopped on the bathroom door and not cleaned up before our check in. Not sure what it was, but we informed the front desk and they sent someone to clean it up. Other than that, the room and hotel were reasonably clean and the maid service pretty quick and efficient. The breakfast bar, with hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, etc. was a nice touch. Didn't get to use the indoor pool at all, but it seemed nice. We may be back next year. Lisätietoja

"Good location. Bad Internet"
Needed a place near Franklin and interstate for several meetings. Location just fine. Problem was that hotel was full both nights and internet capacity incapable of handling full house. IT repair said the bandwidth was insufficient. Printer supplied by hotel was inkjet, and too slow for even a 5 page document. Would not recommend for business.

Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always very satisfied. This time there had been more features added like a microwave and refrigerator which is very important to me when spending more than one day. The breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the food kept everything filled even when it was close to end of breakfast. "pet fees"
They tried to slide in a pet fee and other than my 2 teenage kids...we had no animals.
"Great Room"
The hotel and room was very nice. The only complaint was that the hallway to my room had an odd smell. It was like someone had smoked a cigar in the hallway. The room however did not have that smell. Overall great stay at a nice hotel.
"OK hotel...but you can find better."
We stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn's on a two week trip through the south this was our least favorite. Lobby is small and cramped. The room was OK, with the living/sleeping area nice and remodeled, BUT< the bathroom needed work with the chalking coming off and some mold.

"Worth it for the Service"
We have been to many different hotels in the Franklin area and this by far has the best staff. Everyone at this hotel was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel was recently renovated with new beds and TVs which was very nice. The only problem I had was with the toilet. When we first got there I thought […] it was broken, but it just takes a few flushes to work when it hasn't been used for a little while. "Ants in our Room"
When we first arrived, the hotel itself seemed really nice. The front desk attendant was very friendly. We booked a suite and liked how the room was set up. It was not until the next morning that we had a huge problem! We found ants everywhere! They were crawling all over the desk and there was an army or infestation of ants (whatever you want to call […] it) all over my 13 month olds' stroller!! If that wasn't bad enough, they had found their way into the diaper bag, were on the floor and some in the bathroom sink area. I was appalled!! I had never seen anything like it. Needless to say we did not want our 1 year old (who is not walking yet) crawling around on that floor or our 2 year old playing near all those ants. We quickly gathered up our stuff and left.
