Hotel was wonderful! We arrived late at night and the hotel staff were so polite and friendly when they welcomed us. They had a bouquet of flowers in the room as a surprise gift for us since we had told them that we were visiting bali for our annivesary. Breakfast was fantastic next day plus complimentary. This was a wonderful place to vacation. the hotel is on a great beach, well maintained, and a perfect getaway. Worth staying here!

This was a great hotel - would recommend to anyone who is going to stay in the Palace Club! You get free breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks at dinner included for the price. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel was most accommodating. The concierge was always willing to assist us with any activities and excursions we wanted to go on. The only drawback to Nusa Dua is that it is a fair distance from Legian Street (Kuta) or Seminyak - if you are looking for happening nightlife. The hotel resort was huge and very beautiful. The pool and beach was great and staff was very nice. But the hotel food/drink was very overpriced - almost three times as expensive compared to normal prices in Bali. Also, there was no supermarket nearby or at the resort. As an older,energetic couple we loved the location of our room No 2022 in yet to be renovated wing. Having lived in indonesia 30 years ago and last visited Bali 20 years ago we saw many changes. The old style room was very Bali and being a corner room very spacious for a 10 night stay. Very nice hotel with SPECTULAR service, pool, garden, beach, etc. A tad disspointed about the old doors/knobs and CRT TV. Also stayed in Kuta - for 1/3 of the price, even they have new 27 LCDs. Hotel restaurants are also pretty pricy.

My experience of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa was fine, but for one thing: the price of the food. I think the prices were a bit too expensive for a hotel in Bali. Otherwise, it was perfect.

I really liked the hotel and its friendly staff. Its the oldest hotel in Nusa Dua and as such has the most iconic architecture, gates, the pool at the entrance, there is a real Bali feel. Booked here after doing some research around the area. Stayed four nites. All is well. Not as good as Allila, Ayana, Four Seasons, etc but still good value within your budget. Service is good. Nusa Dua is a fabulous Balinese style resort with excellent value for the money. We loved our stay there. Buffet breakfast very good, service excellent - would def. return.

hotel was very nice and everything was clean and luxurious. Nusa dua is quite isolated and not much to do other than enjoy luxury in hotel and water is not the best for swimming in the sea which was unexpected. would not go back to Nusa dua for these reasons and recommend closer to kuta for those wanting to see more. We arrived at Denpasar airport at 0400 local time due to our Flight being 14 hours late. They say first impressions is always the way to gauge whats to come, well we were impressed to find the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel Car was still there waiting for us, the driver had been waiting three hours for us, The drive to the Nusa Dua beach Hotel takes about 30 […] minutes from the airport. Even in the early hours of the Morning we could see that we had made a good choice in selecting the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel as our accommodation provider, we arrived to an eye opening foyer, clean and spacious with a wide expanse of Balanese culture on display. Our Check-in was hassle free and speedy and were shown to our room, a large room, very clean and with an enormous garden at our doorstep. We found the staff willing to assist in whichever way they could to make our stay most enjoyable, they were as friendly and obliging as you could wish. Restaurants in the resort are plentiful but the drinks are expensive. The Nusa Dua Beach hotel is only 25 minutes or so from Kuta if you wish to visit or go shopping. Returning to this hotel for our 4th visit we were not disappointed. The first hotel built in Nusa Dua it is now the oldest and in some areas this shows, even so this is part of its immense style and charm. Whilst local international competitors have embraced modern design this has only made them internationally bland and removed them from the charm […] and culture of classical Balinese architecture. Mid 2010 half of the hotel rooms are undergoing renovation and the rest to be completed next year. It is believed however that in adding some modern touches and installations they will retain much of the irreplaceable Balinese decor that makes this hotel both unique and great. Unchanging though are the highest standards of staff and service delivery with every staff member acting as an individual ambassador of friendship and goodwill. Food presentation within the 5 restaurants is impeccable and their special presentation nights are not to be missed. Other hotels attempt to mimic the landscaping standards but here the age and maturity of the gardens and the continually impressive maintenance make for a visual treat on such a grand scale that it cannot be replicated. This hotel has continually maintained such high standards of presentation, service, charm, and friendliness that are a benchmark for others to follow and the mere provision of flat screen TV's and bluetooth connectivity of its competitors only highlights the differences between this GRAND hotel and modern upstarts. If you are looking for a true Balinese experience coupled so well with the highest levels of service then this hotel should be a first choice. If you come to Bali, make sure you stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. A very nice, Clean, Modern Balinese style hotel with a perfect white sand beach. My son had a great time playing on the beach, swimming pool and children play area. While World Cup is playing, they had a big screen at the swimming pool area so we could all gathered and watched the game. On the last day, I had forgotten and left my belongings in the lobby, but they kept it safely so I got my things back just like it was. Thank you for the hospitality and keep up the good work! 很喜欢这里的风格，不是现代的那种随大流的设计，是比较传统和民族的巴厘岛风格。 泳池的水温很好，非常放松。 沙滩很干净，人不多，非常清爽。 自然环境很好，经常看到松鼠，房间外的树上还有大鸟，虽然晚上它有点吵，不过让人觉得很安逸的感觉。 每个服务员都在微笑，感觉不错。早餐美式为主，虽然种类很多，但是对于中国人来说，还是不太可口。 最要命的是，上网太贵了，居然8美金一小时！！不过这样的话就可以把所有时间都用来享受假期了，哈哈！下次去，可能还会选择住这里~~

Het NDBHS ligt op een mooie locatie aan het strand in Nusa Dua. Het goed onderhouden hotel ligt in een afgelegen gebied met alleen maar hotels in de nabije omgeving, maar dat is precies wat wij zochten voor een rustig en relaxed verblijf op Bali. Het hotel beschikt over veel faciliteiten: het heeft meerdere zwembaden waaronder een zwembad bij de spa […] van het hotel dat vrij toegankelijk is en waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. In de spa is ook het stoombad en de jaccuzi vrij toegankelijk. Het hotel beschikt over een mooie en goed onderhouden tuin, waar het ook ' s avonds goed toeven is. De locatie direct aan het strand is ook heel prettig. We hadden een deluxe kamer, die qua grootte precies goed is voor twee personen. De kamer was ook net gerenoveerd en in een goede en schone staat, modern maar met mooie balinese details. Heel handig is dat je op de kamer koffie en thee-faciliteiten hebt. Ook prettig is dat de deluxe kamers over een balkon beschikken. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is prima in orde. Het eten is niet heel goedkoop, maar de lunch in het spagedeelte smaakte prima. Pluspunt was ook het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, dat ook zelf met suggesties kwam. Het hotel beschikt ook over een shuttleservice naar Bali Collection, een soort open mall met veel restaurants en winkels. We zijn al 3 keer eerder op Bali geweest, in Nusa Dua, Benoa en Sanur, maar dit hotel heeft zeker onze voorkeur. Kortom voor een rustig, comfortabel en relaxed verblijf is het NDBHS een aanrader! Super hotel, Vriendelijk en leuk personeel, veel te doen overdag, 's avonds iets minder, maar ligt daarom dicht in de buurt van Bali collection waar veel leuke restaurantjes zijn met live muziek! Först och främst: Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa är ett mycket bra hotell som jag gärna bor på igen. Hotellet ligger i ett gated community som heter Nusa Dua. Grannhotellen är bl.a. The Westin och The Laguna. Lite längre bort ligger Grand Hyatt. På hotellet finns det fem restauranger med varierande kvalitet - de flesta är dock helt ok. I förhållande […] till de andra hotellen i området Nusa Dua är Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa lite mindre fräscht, men verkligen i en helt annan prisklass (dvs. billigare). Härligt hotell med klass. Vänlig servicemedveten personal. Bra utbud av aktiviteter med gym, squash, vattengympa, löpspår mm. Fint spa. Luego de un prolongado vuelo a Bali aceptamos sin ver previamente la hab.2004 que esta diseñada para minusválidos. A pesar de quejarnos por haber pagado integralmente el valor acordado de habitaciones de lujo dos meses antes de nuestra llegada, no nos querian dar otra habitación. Este inconveniente fue superado luego de haber hablado enérgicamente con […] la gerente quien finalmente cedió a nuestra inquietud.
