"never again"
Wheelchair ramp to room was unsafe. The heat was not working AGAIN! Breakfast wasn't bad but only 1 person (cook did everything). Have stayed there 3 times in 6 months, but never again!
not at all satisfied. Room was very run down, rugs were filthy, took off bedspread and blanket, sheets seemed clean though. Bathtub looked dirty shower was on auto, (that is no knob to control bath or shower)Room was very hot needed the airconditioner on but it still had the outside cover on which we did not realize till morning. I was NOT at all happy with the the hotel. When I booked the room on line I payed in full for a suite for 5 poeple. When I got there I was told all they could give me was a room with two queen beds. Which is fine for 4 poeple but there was 5 of us. I will NEVER again book a room there again.

Non-smoking room had cigarette burns on carpit and bed spread, smelt of stale smoke, tv remote did not work, after 3 other remotes it was ok, tv was all snow, handle on shower valve kept falling off. Reported all defecenies to front desk. 3 days later remote was repaired but nothing else was done when we checked out. sleep in car next time.

"Worst hotel I have ever had to stay in"
I had to stay at this hotel as I needed to make a last minute trip to Saskatoon. I was embarressed to stay here. No iron/ironing board, no blow dyrer, no alarm clock in any room. The concrete steps were falling apart and I have had to step over several steps just to get to my room. A shirt, pants and undergarments.The two gentlemen at the front desk appeared uninterested in the fact that I was unhappy with the maintenance of the hotel or the clothes left behind. I will not ever stay at this hotel in the future nor would I recommend it. I will however continue to share the experience and the look of this hotel on your website which is not what it looks like. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Very noisy, the walls were paper thin and you could hear every adjacent room. Hotel is right on rail tracks and you could hear fright trains all night long. Arrived to a messy under maintaned hotel only to checkin because the signs behind the desk read "No Refunds on Room Rentals". We drive up to our unit and as we exit the vehicle with our three children we are met by the ranting and cursing of a drunk man outside the unit above. I was almost afraid to allow my kids out of the van. My husband was going […] to get towels from the front desk for the pool but did not want to leave the kids and I alone until we were safely inside as the man leered at me over the balcony. The room was in disrepair chipped walls and broken furnishings, dirty carpet covered in cigarette burns. There wasn't even a ceiling in the bathroom and the tub had huge chips out of it. The sheets at least were clean but the rest of the room was dingy dirty and in need of repairs. During the night the cliental was noisy and three police cars pulled in to deal with someone!! I was worried about staying at this hotel according to the reviews I had read on the internet but when I checked in, the room was clean and warm. The rooms are outdated but like I said clean.It could be noisy as the rooms, as I am sure they are not well built and insulated as this is an older hotel. The staff was very courteous. "Room too cold"
I stayed at the Motel on one of the coldest nights of winter in January 2012. The room was cold so I trekked across the cold parking lot to the lobby to ask for more blankets or an extra heater. I was told the maintenance man would come by to fix things up. This was about 11:50pm. The Maintenance guy showed up in his high visibility vest without blankets […] or a heater and told me he can fix the heaters in my room. This was already a bit past midnight and I needed to be up early for a training seminar I was presenting at. He was a very friendly man and sounded like he had done this before so he began to take apart the room basboard type of steam heaters. About 15 minutes later I heard another loud banging at my door. I arrived in town only an hour before and could not understand who would be banging at my door at 12:15 am on a weekday. It turned out to be the next door neighbor who was extremely upset with the noise comiing from my room. It seems the walls are quite thin. He was swearing at us which prompted the Maintnenance guy to threaten to throw him out. I really did not want any trouble, I just wanted a good night's sleep after a long journey and before an early morning. After the circus that was unfolding in my room the heaters never did work. I slept fully clothed and in the morning went straight for the shower to try and warm up. Also because of the thin walls I could hear traffic and people outside all night long and did not have a very good sleep. This hotel is rated as a 2 plus star We don't think it should even get 1 star we have never stayed in such a nasty place, we don't think the carpet had been cleaned in years. booked online for 2 nights and left after 1,they make you sign a no refund letter when you check in,after seeing the room i can see why they do this. Absolutely gross!! my fault for not checking out the room. just ask to see the room first and i think you will agree

was not at all what I booked! Iasked for a suit and got a small dungy double room.we didnt even stay we went to the Saskatoon inn and got a lovely suit.
When I arrived at the motel there were police breaking up a domestic. After the altercation finished the motel staff gave me my room key. I proceeded to enter my room only to find a man sleeping in there. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new room, but the heat was barely working so my guess at the room temperature was +1 and there was […] only thin blankets. Once the heat was fixed and turned on (90 minute wait) and the toilet seat was repaired (twice) the stay wasn't too bad. I will definitely stay elsewhere on my next trip.

"Cheap - Good Traveling Hotel"
So I didn't have a large traveling budget so this place was okay for a cheaper rate. The room was dated and old compared to other hotels for this same rate in other cities. But all the amenities you would need were in the room.

I had a lot of trouble gaining access to the wireless internet. I finally was able to switch to a room which enabled me to have internet access however I had to sacrifice the room I was able to smoke in. I also had to pay extra to extend my 11 am checkout time to 1 pm. That is the first hotel I have stayed in that charged me extra for that service.

Come on!!! This place is a DUMP!! One star would be generous. This is an old Howard Johnson Inn. Was likely in its prime in the 70's. The place is in serious disrepair. A lot of negligence here. Rather than replace old HJ signs, they simply painted over the logo. The old logos are clearly visible underneath. Any new signage is taped to walls on paper! Need […] more examples?? Would not even think about getting into the pool or hot tub here. Water had a funny, dark colour to it. The grout on the tiles is all stained dark (looks like mildew). The flowers in the lobby are dead and wilting. The Internet service is DEAD SLOW!! There were holes and cracks in my room's walls. The TV reception was dreadful. No alarm clock or radio. Nasty stains on the chairs in the room. Right now in Saskatoon, you could likely rent an outhouse because it is so busy and all of the major hotels are full. The room was not ready when I arrived at 17:06 hrs. It was not ready and it was unclean and undone. I was giving another room, but it was a smoker room and it was also in poor cleaning condition. I would never going to stay there again. Not recomended!!!
