Hotel Highland at Biltmoren 98 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. 32-tuumainen taulutelevisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, ovat saatavissa. Hotellissa oli hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kuntoilun tarpeen tyydytti hotellin pieni, mutta riittävä "kuntosali". Mannermainen aamiainen oli täysin riittävä. Uimaintoisille löytyy piha-alueelta myös lämmitetty uima-allas.

Huoneet reilun kokoisia, sohva ja kirjoituspöytä ja reilusti tilaa matkatavaroille. Selkeästi kuitenkin vanhempi hotelli - putkitelevisio (iso) ja vanha sateliittiboksi. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta siisti, ketjumotellista askel ylöspäin, joskin pieni sellainen. Hyvä ilmastointi, mikä on Phoenixissä pakko. Allasalue reilun kokoinen, paljon aurinkotuoleja ja useita pöytäryhmiä varjoineen. Pyyhkeitä vapaasti otettavissa laatikosta. Suolavesiallas, lämmin vesi ja suht absurdilta tuntuva iso poreallas 40-asteisine vesineen. Ravintola ja baari sulkevat aikaisin kesällä, mikä oli kiusallista, koska on-site baari oli yksi valintaperusteista. Ihan vieressä on muutama ravintola, joista voi suositella ainakin Cajun Seafood Cafeta, jonka ulkoasu ei kielinyt niin loistavasta ruoasta, kuin mitä sieltä sai. Macayos Mexican taas oli erittäin hyvä sekä laadultaan, siisteydeltään, että palvelultaan. Kymmenen minuutin sisällä on sitten jo kymmenkunta erittäin hyvää ketjuravintolaa. Dobson Ranchin golf-kenttä on vieressä, edullinen ja melko standardi amerikkalaispuistokenttä, jolta ainakin kesällä sai hyvin aikoja. Vuokramailat olivat keskinkertaiset. Shoppailun kannalta kiva sijainti, Arizona Mills Outlet-center on alle 10 min ajon päässä, eikä oikeastaan muualta juurikaan tarvitse kauppoja etsiä. Todella iso kauppakeskus.

"Enjoy my stay"
It was a nice. The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was very sweet. I was starving and so glad to find out a Chipotle was just down the street as well as a Fry's grocery store.

"Original, trendy, comfortable"
I am usually a Kimpton hotel fan. This new acquisition of the company serves to continue a strong brand image -- original, trendy, comfortable, and approachable, I felt cooler just staying at the hotel! Also loved the sushi and wine happy hour. Only thing I'd change? Move the desk a little bit so it isn't so crowded against the bathroom.
The sink in the main room is very unusual. There was also a very strange smell every time I got out of the elevator which made me wonder if everything was getting cleaned as much as it should. But the room was nice and the shower and breakfast were great.

Not far from airport, Chase Field or Scottsdale. 2 bus lines connect to light rail. Hotel shuttle can accommodate, as well. Many good dining and drinking choices nearby. "Great location and reasonably priced"
Great place to stay while in Phoenix at a reasonable price. Included hot breakfast is an added benefit. Staff were all very helpful.

Excellent front desk n friendly continental breakfast stuff . Restroom shower could use some bleaching.. Ok condition. It needs some better condition towels. Everything else is gd.

Very comfortable beds outweigh smaller issues: The Hotel Highland has soft beds that are hands-down the best hotel mattresses I've found in a long time. The rooms are a bit small, but are decorated nicely and laid out well, negating the size a bit. The flat-screen TV makes a big difference. There were a few small problems with our stay, though. The […] cleaning staff needs to learn that bleach will get rid of mildew on shower tile grout. The sink faucet was plumbed backwards - moving the lever to the left should make the water warmer, not the right. There is a cubbyhole for the iron right above the luggage stand; From the look of the bottom corner, I'm not the only person to hit my head on it when getting something from my suitcase. A list of TV channels would be good, as would a list of services. The breakfast food was nice, but the lounge/restaurant has a couch-seating type arrangement, so familes need to stay away unless your kids are really good at balancing plates on their knees. It may be trendy, but nobody's buying - the lounge was completely empty at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We stayed on the first floor and although there is an alcove for an ice machine, it was empty. They advertised a heated pool which was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The pool was cold. The quality of the house keeping was some of the poorest I have experienced. "Highland Hotel"
The room was lovely. Only I wish hotels would figure if you have a King size bed you might need more than 3 pillows. They would be smart to provide 2 pillows pillows per person. Have breakfast included is wonderful, I wish the would provide tables to eat at, not just a bar or lounge sofas with coffee table. Not really comfortable.

"Biltmore Area a la carte"
This is a very good hotel value without the frills of a Ritz or 4SSeasons. It is a much beter value an th nearby Embassy suites. There is no restaurant but plenty top quality ones nearby and the hotel wiill drop off and pick up. They also do airport piick up. For business it is Great and active adult tourist very good

We chose Hotel Highland as the hotel where our conference was being held was full. I was actually very pleased as I feel the Hotel Highland was a great deal with amenities. The hotel is clean and friendly. The morning breakfast is very complete and satisfying. And, they were kind enough to have their shuttle drivers not only take us to the airport, […] but back and forth to the conference and out for errands, if necessary! Wow, now that's service! "Nice option in the Biltmore area"
Small hotel near the Biltmore Fashion Mall. Good, but smallish rooms, good service and reasonable rates make this a good option for a single or couple. The full buffet breakfast is a plus and the location is excellent for shopping or trips to the airport or downtown.

"A little disinterested, but a pleasent enough stay"
Front desk at check-in was slow and didn't seem very interested or carefull. Gave wrong room keys and didn't say much upon seeing the error was their own. Room was very nice and we did enjoy the area that evening. Nice hotel that we would choose again. Need to be a bit more polished up-front, but not bad.
"Spring training baseball trip"
Shopping center with many good restaurants was only a few minutes away as was a 14-screen movie theater complex. Room was cleaned in a timely fashion. Breakfast was good. Overall, a solid, efficiently run, not fancy place with fair rates. Would stay here again.

What a great place to stay! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and stylish. The staff was friendly and helpful. I took advantage of their long term parking and airport shuttle. This was such a great convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel was fabulous. We arrived early and they gave us our room immediately The room was large and well serviced during our stay.Breakfast which is free is totally satisfying with delicious teas and good coffee. The staff were very accomodating and helpful regarding information and calling taxis. It is situated a few minutes walk from a mall with […] excellent restaurants. "Good deal"
We were pleasantly surprised - good breakfast, convenient parking, very nice room.....
We spent four nights here and enjoyed it very much. The room was nice, breakfast choices very good and we were able to shuttle most places. We also could walk to two nearby shopping malls for meals. The only bad thing that happened is we got bad advice on taking the bus to the Botanical Garden and ended up taking five buses and 3 1/2 hours to get there. The […] hotel is small enough that it was easy to approach staff. It is near , or in, a medical and professional neighborhood so it was rather quiet just a block off of the main drag. Oh, one other thing. We didn't want a noisy room and had one overlooking the pool. The driver who picked me up from the airport was very friendly (ART i think his name was) Check in / Room was great. Nice and clean. Area - You will need a car to go anywhere. Bed was comfortubable Would recommend it .

We would return. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor fire pit for socializing. Free shuttle service meant we didn't need a rental car or taxis. The van took us to several appointments (around a 3-mile limit), but also to the light rail. We went downtown and to the Heard Museum. Could have gone to Tempe or Mesa. "Would stay again"
The front desk clerk who checked me in was not friendly at all. The only reason I knew about the breakfast was because I heard another clerk explaining it to someone else checking in. Other than that the hotel was great. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great. I will stay here again.

This hotel was way above expectations for the price. Contemporary decor, large room, excellently maintained. breakfast buffet was very good with the typical exception of eggs that didn't look or taste like eggs.
