Hyvä hotelli jota voi suositella myös muille. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja pyyhkeet uima-altaalla. Hyvä aamiainen Amerikkalaiseksi aamiaiseksi. West Palm Beach itsessään puhdas ja nautittava paikka.

Ystävällinen palvelu, jota sai nyt myös suomenkielellä. Huone siisti. Tekstiilit ja huonekalut eivät ole enää uusinta uutta, mutta hinta-laatusuhde mielestäni ok. Hyvä paikka oli yöpyä ajomatkan varrella.

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Huoneissa kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja joissakin mikroaaltouuni. Siivous toimi, yhtenä iltana puhtaatpyyhkeet unohtuneet mutta respasta sai pyytämällä. Uima-allas hassusti päätien vieressä verkkoaidan takana, ei houkuttele aikuisia. Lyhyt matka Lake Worthin rannalle ja muille kohteille, toki autolla tietysti.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

It was the only hotel available in the neighborhood so we were forced to stay there when viisiting my son. Definitely not worth the price we paid. The breakfast was a joke. A couple of danish and donuts and a little cereal.

The staff was very kind, the hotel was very conveniant to I-95. However the sink leaked and the toilet ran and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. I would stay at this hotel again.

The convenient location was why we chose this hotel. It was satisfactory in every way, but I would not chose it for a vacation site! Continental breakfast was very good. Rates were good for this location.

My hotel room was paid in advance throu hotels.com and cleck at counter trying to chrge me again...so we start off the wrong way. Settle into the room and not too clean and smells like old. Off to work to then get back into the room at 1:30 am after a long day of work and finding the air conditioning in your room not working and have to pack to move […] to another room was not very good. This hotel has not been maintained. The paint is peeling and the carpets are threadbare. The elevator was filthy----floor stains, dirt and cigarette butts. The bed linens are yellow with age Security is poor. There is open access via stairways from the parking lot with no visibility from lobby. "West Palm Location"
The room smelled musty, the bed skirt & linen had holes! Roaches appeared on occasion. Had to call to get towels and toilet paper. I asked the housekeeper to vacuum the dirty carpet, her response was "I can't the vacuum is broken ".

After reading reviews, I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. The review that the staff were rude is right on. The cooling systems needs a lot of work. Clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, airport and super market! Will stay there again. They should add toast with butter instead of donuts and muffins as it is healthier!

"Not a very good choice"
I would not recommend this hotel. I arrived a little early for my checkin and the front desk person was very rude and told me to go do something, room was not available until 3pm. The hotel was extremely dirty, elevator was dirty with trash and discarded cigarette buds, room were not clean, floors were dirty, mirrors dirty. Police around the hotel all […] the time and parked in the parking lot next to the hotel all the time. The neighbor was not very nice and the hotel was located right next to I-95, so if you had a room on that side, heard traffic all night long. Hotel was used for a business trip. Hotel was convenient just across the road from several convenience stores and restaurants. Mid way between West Palm Beach and Jupiter, 10 mins driving distance either way. Just off I95 exit. Room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave no additional charge, flat screen TV. I have stayed here before and the ownership continues to try make improvements at the site. This may have been a one star but with the improvements I would say it has moved to a solid two star.

No complaints....As a traveler I need a clean room, comfortable bed w/ good pillows, a good TV, a good shower, no noise, and a decent location, plus an iron & board. I had everything here at a great price !

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. If you want internet there is an additional free of $8.00. Breakfast is included, but don't look for any thing fancy. Overall it was good stay.

It's not luxurious, but the price is good/fair and it's clean and convenient. It was good for exactly what I needed, and I'm glad it was available.

"Worked for what I needed."
This hotel needs a lot of maintenance but for a short stay close to the interstate it worked. One room I stayed in the sink didn't get hot water. I stayed in another room and the stool didn't want to flush and the bathtub drained very slowly. They do charge extra for internet access. It is very convenient to I-95 though.

Customer service sucks they were calling and knocking on the door for me to leave b4 check out and it looks like a motel....and let's not forgot the drug addicts asking where to find drugs

Had no smoking room that smelled like smoke. Also motel charges for wireless usage and not even that but for each device you have in room. Wireless should be free

I had no problems here, the room was clean the lobby was under construction but staff was nice and helpful.
"Need Improvement"
Hotel room had bad odor (urine) and was very stuffy, even with the a/c turned down. There were only two pillows in the room when we arrived (king size bed), but we requested extra pillows and were given two more. Continental breakfast was minimal--pastry and coffee/juice.

schlechtestes Frühsück in ganz Floridas, Zimmer ungepflegt und abgewohnt, direkt am Highway- also laut-, für die eine Nacht war es auszuhalten

かなり古いホテルで車から降りてロビーに向かうまでに異臭が強かった。ホテルの問題なのかすぐ横にある洗車場の問題なのかわからないが。部屋も全体に古く屋や清潔感に欠ける感じであった。バスルームは広くて使いやすかった。
