I do not recommend this hotel. Too much traffic causes you to sit at lights for long period of time just to go anywhere. I was not greeted by the front desk staff right away. I stood there for almost five minutes before acknowledged by woman who was scanning a sheet of paper and another woman was standing near by and did not greet me. THE ROOM WAS NICE ENOUGH FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY BUT A LITTLE NOISY. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT BUT THE NEIGHBORS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO US DIDNT CONTROL THEIR TEENAGE KIDS. ALL IN ALL A NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE.

The price, location and actual hotel were all great. We did have a hard time getting service from the front desk i called twice from the room and got no answer then went to the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. I am a single woman traveling alone and felt very safe during my entire stay. this hotel is pleasant, fairly quiet, and clean. there a few amenities and no frills, but the staff is friendly and willing to help. all my needs were met with a smile. I loved the room. I had made the reservation late and when I got to the hotel the lobby was closed, so I called the hotel. The cleaning lady was nice and let me in (it was about 15 degrees)... When I gained entrance I told her the situation and even though she did not have access to a computer she was still able to check me in. I don't remember her […] name but she was EXTREMELY nice and provided excellent customer service. I could have went to 15 other hotels but she made me happy that I chose extended stay. Stayed there on NYE 2011. It was close to where I was going. Where to start? Take-out Chinese strewn all over the front foyer (apparently they dropped it trying to navigate the doorway, and just left it there). No dish soap. No take-away paper or styrofoam coffee cups in the room - bring your own I guess. Towels need to be bleached. Desk not manned […] 24/7. Definitely geared towards the small budget business traveler who needs a place for a week or so. I would recommend it if you are unfamiliar with the area and are in quick need of a place to sleep. Otherwise, invest in a GPS, scout the other hotels, and go elsewhere. There are definitely better places for the same price or only $5-10 more. Lisätietoja

I just needed a place to sleep. Nothing fancy, I'm just in town for the night, so i didnt book the Hyatt Regency. Reservations were ez, price was ok, ez access of the highway. Nice dark soundproofing curtains blocked out the streetlight and most of the road noise. I liked the little courtesy bag they gave me. Prolly my only complaint was the hallway […] carpet. It looked pretty disgusting, worse than dirty. I realize that many people "live" here and I can overlook most of that. Overall good stay safe nieghborhood close to highway close to restaurants and price was right for surrounding area

I was very happy with the motel. The young lady on duty when I arrived was very helpful. I was injured the day before, and she carried my bags to my room for me, then called me a couple of times to check on me. Very wonderful service from her. The room was very clean. I was extremely happy with the service and the room.

After we complained that we could NOT be in a smoking room, the front desk clerk found us a room...considering we reserved a "NON-smoking" room in the first place. Following the change of room, we were fine and it worked out pleasantly. As far as recommending your hotel, that would questionable due to the front desk!

I chose this hotel even though some of the reviews were not good. I needed a room with a kitchen and this listed a "full kitchen". I needed an oven but the room only had two stove top burners on the counter top, not what I expected and not what I needed. Aside from that the room was not clean, the bathroom had been used and not cleaned prior to my arrival, […] open used soap, used hand towel on the vanity and used wash cloth over the curtain rod. great hotel and staff!

This hotel was listed as a 3 star on the website but it is anything but! The air conditioning did not work, the fan in the bathroom did not work. The mgmt attempted to fix it but to no avail, we were not offered another room until late on the third night of a five night stay! Awful. The carpeting needed to be replaced, very stained, the beds were the […] hardest beds I've ever slept on and the TV was very small and old. Hotels.com promised a nonsmoking roon. When I got to Extended Stay Hotel at check in I was told all they had available was a smoking room. It reacked of the smell of smoke. Glad I was only staying one night.

The front desk at this hotel is VERY RUDE!!!! the cleanliness of the hotel is filthy!! I will not stay at this hotel again!

Hotel was basic; amenities missing (no coffee); no shampoo...only soap; left over cigarette butts crammed into the window sills. Would not recommend even for an overnight. There are others in the area to try instead.

Compared to other Extended Stay hotels we have stay at, this was far below our expectations. Very unclean! Hallways dirty, the carpet filthy!

Came with a mini kitchen, which was great! Right off the hwy.. easy to get to, although getting out on Weber Road was torture (no light). But, the hotel itself was fabulous.. Thank you!

No one there to help get you to the Hotel, even though #3 is directions when you call.

Would have liked at least a daily coffee bag

Carpet looked older and bathroom light stuck a little, however staff was very accommodating; but overall a hotel I would patronize again.
