When we arrived af the hotel the desk clerk Greg was very welcoming and informative. He called to make sure we were comfortable in our room and if we were satisfied with it. I would stay here again.
A couple blocks from Oak Park Mall. 10-15 minutes from Overland Park Soccer Complex. Near many restaurants. Free breakfast tasted ok.
"Decent stay"
This was an average stay at an average hotel. Nice location helped to make this hotel worth the price. Nothing spectacular. Small pool, real small fitness area (3 machines), good (free) breakfast. "Comfort Inn Lenexa - Keep Driving"
When I booked this room I specifically asked if the hot tub was working and was told "yes." however, when we got there, we found it had been out-of-order quite awhile. Don't book through this website as we couldn't get a refund and had to stay there. What a disappointing way to start the new year. Oh, and breakfast was over by 9 on New Year's Day. Who's […] going to be up by then? I thought I was on the Comfort Inn website but was told by the desk clerk I wasn't and if I had been I would have known the hot tub wasn't working. We found this hotel to be in shabby shape. One of the days we stayed here the staff didn't even make up our room even though we were gone all day. I will not stay here again.
"Comfort Inn - Lenexa, Kansas"
Our stay was OK until the last day - we went down at 8am to have the continental breakfast and there was only one egg and one biscuit left and the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold - the crock pot was turned off by a staff member. In addition, we went to make waffles and a staff member had turned off the waffle maker and it wasn't hot enough […] to make a waffle - the batter just stuck to the maker even after spraying it with cooking oil. It seems the staff member in charge was trying to penny pinch and put out as little food as possible - we ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast due to the lack of food at the hotel. Not a good way to start out the day. If you're just looking for a place to stay and don't care about the breakfast - its an OK hotel. Lisätietoja

"The Comfort Inn- Close to Oak Park Shopping center"
This was a really nice hotel. Very Friendly staff. We stayed in a nice Large room that was neat and clean. The room had a small microwave and refrigerator, which were also clean. The swimming pool was really nice! And they have a large exercise room. The Continental Breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker! they had a good variety of fruit, donuts […] and bagels. I don't have a laptop computer, but needed to do some business things on a computer. They have a computer in the lobby that is available to guests and it was Great! It was high-speed and worked very well. I really appreciated being able to use the computer and no one bothered me while I was using it. It was just a short drive to the Oak Park shopping mall and many different eating places. We stayed there to go to a medical conference, so the Medical Center is close by.
