Americas Best Value Inn - Franklin - Franklin

I have stayed here numerous time...clean, but older, needing a facelift...folks at the front desk are very friendly and helpful....will continue to stay here when in town...

This hotel is a couple of exits down from most of the shopping, dining and entertainment in the Franklin and Cool Springs area - not a far drive at all, but not centrally located in the "hot spot". The only downside to my stay was that there was no iron and ironing board in the room

This has got to be one of the worst hotels in the Franklin area. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of where I needed to be for this particular trip. However, there were several issues with the quality of the room. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear people talking in adjacent room! Several electrical outlets did not work, the air conditioner kept malfunctioning and I was told there was no one available […] to fix it at that time. There were strange stains and spots all over the sofa (my wife refused to sit on it!), the "continental breakfast" was nothing more than gas station honey buns, Wal Mart english muffins, and coffee. I was disappointed that I was made to wait 30 minutes before I could check in. It was late at night and I driven over 450 miles to the hotel and wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. I made reservations on Hotels.com and was told I had to wait until they had confirmed the reservation! I had an email of confirmation on my smartphone and the attendant […] would not accept! The place appeared to be new, or newly renovated. The staff was pleasant, spoke English, and the maid service excellent. The room was immaculate. Close to several food establishments. Easy to get to and the rooms weren'timmacculate but were clean. Bring you own amenities though.

It was clean but the bes wasn't very comfortable and they should not be able to say they offer breakfast. Cereal and eggo don't count. It was clean and cheap.

Excellent stay; wonderful service staff.

I was very pleased with the location, quietness of the rooms, customer service, practically everything. The breakfast could have been better, but the coffee was plentiful and good. I will make a point to choose this hotel for further travels. Thank you for a lovely stay.

off the interstate. personnel were very nice and appreciable. our room was little dusty and some furniture was torn. it was okay for the night. the hotel is rated 2 stars, but rate is not applicable for what you get.

I needed something cheap for a quick overnight stay and the hotels I would normally stay at near the airport were booked up for some reason. The staff was very friendly and there weren't any major problems with my room, but I couldn't help feeling a little uncomfortable. Stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn for one night - got the first room, right next to the front desk. The room was quiet and everything was clean and as expected. The interior amenities and decor were on-par with a hotel in this rating class - you would not confuse this for a Westin a Ritz Carlton, but I went in expecting a budget-friendly hotel. […] If this means the door handles may show some wear, or the common areas were not elegant, that is OK for me, for less than seventy per night. Conveniently located, clean and reasonable priced. Also a Craker Barrel is within walking distance. Easy on and easy off I-65.

Hotel staff was not at all hepful and night clerk was not real nice. The bed was very worn out, could feels spring in my back. There was black mold in the bathroom on the walls. The breakfast was nothing but cereal and coffee. Hotel is in much need of repair and cleaning up!

My friend and I were only in town for the night for a benefit. Needed a safe, clean and affordable place to stay. I'm glad that I made the decision to say here. Staff was very friendly upon check-in. Sadly we were not so happy here, had to change rooms right away when our room had no cover on an electrical plate and a used towel in our bathroom. The 2nd room was better but had no heat lamp bulb in the bathroom. The best part was the breakfast. We would not go back or recommend it to our friends.

I had a nice one night stay at dis hotel.didnt have any problems whatsoever. Cool. I'd get a room again if need be really.

Not very impressed with the overall service. I found the night clerk sleeping soundly at the desk more than once. Housekeeping had no problem walking into my room when I was sleeping. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The manager was not a warm person. I over heard him on the phone with one person insisting they check out in 5 minutes or they […] will be charged another day. They seemed to ask if they can please take a shower real quick and he told them no, there is not time for a shower. They were to be up at the front desk or be charged for another day. Nice, clean room convenient to interstate

This hotel should not have any stars at all. Terrible bed. Sheets looked dirty. "Guaranteed Internet" didn't work. Honey buns and cereal for breakfast. The AC made a terrible clicking sound all night which kept me awake. Couldn't get ANY sleep at all. Paper thin walls.

Location, cleanliness, and room rate - all GREAT! There is only one elevator but it was always available and very conveniently located near the entrance to the hotel. One suggestion - put coffee pots in the rooms.

It doesn't look very clean. The air conditioning is too loud. The breakfast is almost nothing.

I recommend this Inn. It was very easy to get to and was close to a lot of stores and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

The America's Best Value Inn in Franklin,TN is my only place to stay when I am in the Nashville area. The staff are friendly, the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and toast or bagels which is usally all I eat at home. You can't beat the price and the location is near restaurants and shopping and is only a short drive to touristy […] spots in Nashville. Impressed with the great staff service and the cleanliness of our room. We were treated the way guests should be treated. Would definetly stay there again. Easy on and off from Hwy 65.

Spent 4 days in Franklin for a local event. The hotel was quiet, clean, reasonably priced and the personnel were helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast area which provided a light breakfast, juice and coffee. The hotel was close to restaurants and to the AG Expo Center. I will stay there again when visiting Franklin.

I really needed a place to stay for a night so I made a reservation at America's Best Value Inn in Franklin, TN. With what I know about Franklin I was expecting much more. The people at the desk were etude, and inconsiderate, they didn't offer any greeting or information and immediately asked for my drivers license and credit card. I went to my room […] and had issues opening the door with the electronic key card. The room was dirty and smelled funny but I had gotten there late and I was exhausted. On hotels.com it shows they offer complimentry breakfast so at 9:20 the next morning I walk into the room where breakfast is served and it was empty. I asked about the breakfast and I was told it was only served from 6-9am. I asked where that was written and he said I should have read the signs in my room. I was never given any paperwork or a receipt. This is by far the WORST hotel I have ever seen and they should be put out of business. Save your money or spend a little extra somewhere else. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location was easy to find and convenient to I-65. Super easy to get right on the interstate and get to Nashville. The room was just as described. I would recommend this hotel, for sure! And next time I go to Nashville I'll stay there again!

No problems, staff very friendly, location right off interstate. A lot of places to eat in area. Would stay there again.

Excellent option!!! Would recommend it anytime even to anyone who's thinking on a longer than regular stay. Very clean; Very good service; Very roomy. Can't beat it for the price.

Housekeeping personnel apparently can't read the "Do Not Disturb" signs as they entered the room with one in place. If you only drink regular coffee and highly diluted orange juice....the continental breakfast is for you. Decaf is non-existant. Only recommended if all you need is a place to sleep and will breakfast elswhere.
