H'Otello Advokat B'01 - München

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was clean and centrally located. The receptionist were very friendly. We needed to park my car across the street in a parking structure for 12 Euro/night. The room was a bit smaller than I would have liked. Also, there were a very big construction going right next door. Early in the morning, the construction […] crew started to work with very heavy equipments and made lots of noise. Very closed to HofBräu Haus - walking distance. Over all, it was a very nice hotel. Not exactly warm and welcoming but very stylish hotel. Not in the old town centre area but incredibly close to the edge of the city. Very quiet and tranquil. Good wifi. No breakfast

No customer service, apart from a daily miserable 'Guten Tag' at reception. No offer to carry our luggage to the room, for example. Small room, although stylish and clean. Aveda bathroom products which weren't replaced at all. I would not stay here again as poor value.

This hotel was a wonderful oasis. Rooms were very up-to-date and looked like they were completely new. It was very clean and beds comfortable. Beautiful modern style. Room was not large, but adequate for a couple, and a size expected in a city hotel. Wonderful location--short distance to the Isartor S-bahn station which we used to get to the airport […] early in the morning. Short walking distance to the Viktualienmarkt, restaurants, bakeries and stores, also a Basic Bio supermarket nearby. Easy walk to Marienplatz. The hotel Advokat is located within a 2 minute walk to the Isator railway station putting you in connection with the far reaches of the city and any sight you wish to see. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre and pedestrian area. Close to great shopping and cultural monuments. The service and staff of the hotel are fantastic. Polite and professional […] they are attentive and ready to help. The carpets of the hotel are dingy and well used. The room itself was clean however lacked certain comforts like air-conditioning. The decor was poor and seemed uncharacteristic of a Munich, boutique hotel. I expected more polish from the price. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the convenience of the location. We liked the hotel location a lot relative to the price. Easily could walk to central locations, restaurants, great neighborhood, good b'fest included.

It's all about the location. Coming from the airport this hotel is very convenient. Get off the train and it's only a few minutes walk to the hotel. I will second what others have said: Excellent breakfast, room can get warm (even in late November) and opening the window onto the busy street brings in alot of unwanted noise.

Room is nice enough, service excellent, breakfast good and Internet is free and works without any issues

Attention : Rénovation totale de l'immeuble jouxtant l'hôtel : travaux très bruyants dès 8 h 00 du matin en semaine. Personnel agréable et serviable. Hotel à 7' de Marienplatz et 3' du S Bahn venant notamment de l'aéroport.

Small and nice hotel with a perfect location, not in the middle of everything but a few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. The room had everything that could be expected - clean, nice and quiet. A high standard breakfast buffet, included in the price, was beyond my expectation.

Lagom stort hotell med bra personlig service. Bra rum utan onödiga finesser. Enda jag saknade var engelskspråkiga/svenska TV-kanaler (fanns en CNN bland 25 talet tyska) och färdiga egg och bacon frukost. (Ägg fixades dock föredömligt efter förfrågan.)

El hotel tiene detalles que lo hacen agradable...sobre un edificio de los años 70 han hecho algunos arreglillos. Habitación algo pequeña pero acogedora. Desayuno variado y algo para picar por las tardes con vino. Paraguas de cortesía para los días lluviosos, que no son pocos. En general agradable estancia.

Modernes Hotel, sehr nett. Zentrale Lage, Zimmer eher klein aber Top Frühstück!
