Niagara Falls on pieni alue ja Imperial Hotel ja Suites on lähella kaikkea. Palvelu parkkipaikkoineen ja Internet -yhteyksinen pelaa hyvin. Aamiaistarjontaakin löytyy hotellin läheltä ravintolasta. Siisti ja puhdas ja palvelu pelaa. Suosittelemme.

Hotelli ei sijaitse aivan keskustassa, mutta jos sijainti ei ole tärkein peruste tai jos haluaa hotellin läheltä lentokenttää, niin tämä on erinomainen vaihtoehto! Huoneemme oli ainakin kahden normaalihuoneiston kokoinen, erittäin mukava ja loistavalla ilmaisella aamupalalla varustettu. Muutenkin hotellista löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Ainoa pieni negatiivinen asia oli äänekäs ilmastointi, mutta sekään ei haitannut, sillä huone pysyi kylmänä koko yön vaikka ilmastoinnin sammutti yöksi. Kaiken kaikkiaan erinomainen hotelli jonne menisimme varmasti uudestaan.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Good value. Comfortable bed - slept well. Convenient location. Hotel a bit on the older side and could use a little sprucing up is all. Otherwise, all good.

I was happy with most of the stay. The problem I have is the TV. The system is the worst I have had in years (totally outdated). "Excellent value, location!"
Small but cozy rooms, excellent location and staff. Not much privacy between rooms but nice decor and cleanliness. Rooms have balcony. Breakfast was nice, parking was free and right next to casino and falls. Will visit again!!!

Just stayed the one night, but was happy with everything about the hotel. It is not fancy, but it is clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Pool and breakfast were nice additions. Location was excellent.

We reserved a non-smoking jacuzzi room. Unfortunately as soon as we entered the room it was very obvious that people had been smoking in the room. We went back down to the front desk and they assured us that the room was a non-smoking room. A staff member came and sprayed the room but it did not help. Totally enjoyed staying at the Days Inn. Very relaxing, everything is close and the staff are very friendly! Prices are quite reasonnable as well!

"Convenient and comfortable"
For the price that we got a room at, which was very cheap, this hotel stay was quite nice. Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt at ease for our whole stay. It was an overall nice hotel.
I had an amazing time at Days Inn. The location is perfect for site seeing and other amenities. I would go back for sure.

I really loved it but the swimming pool water was too salty and eye bothering other than it was perfect. Again the break fast was fine but it could be better

I checked in at 1:30pm even though they mentioned 4:00pm onwards to non-smoking room,booked as smoking room.Staffs were very friendly,rooms were neat n clean. TV was very old,not good picture quality so we not used bcoz we had laptop.Enjoyed Free wiFi as much as we can.Breakfast was good and unlimited,we bought into room.Only worried was swimming pool […] water was little dirty,still we enjoyed all 4 days.Jacuzzi n sauna was very good, my son cancelled to go water park, mini golf around hotel even we had tickets.My wife and son totally not interested go out of room.Free parking helped me to go around.My suggestions? Hi, The hotel dont have facility for Wi-fi. They tell lie all the time to customers...... They have Juccuzi suites but dont have bubble shampoo for bathing...

Near everything. If you want the breakfast get downstairs early as it was packed with a very big line-up at 9:30. (7:30-10:0)

The staff were GREAT but the hotel sucked!! our room smelled like someone took a poop, wallpaper was peeling and there was hair in the bath tub. Not impressed.

The hotel was nice but it was hard trying to get a good night's sleep! Noise outside our room were so loud. People talking and kids screaming in the hallway, doors slamming all the time. This went on till 2:30 in the morning!

Close to everything. No car needed. Parking at hotel was $10.00. Didn't know about that, but being so close to restaurants, etc. was worth it. Will definately come back when we can stay longer.

With a rating of 2 stars I was expecting something really low end. I loved the jaccuzi (which I had no idea was in the room) big king bed. Very clean. Only downside is the TV for cable. Great price and very convinient for Cliffton Hill and the Falls. Free internet and breakfast! 5/5 very recommended!

The hotel is quite decent, situated near the falls and near pretty much all the attractions yet remain relatively quiet at night. The price is quite decent although it's a two-star hotel, the rooms are roomy and the beds are quite comfortable. However parking is additional $10 per night, which would have been much better if it was free parking.

Hotel was average for the price. Room was clean and didn't smell (even though it was a smoking room that I requested) but the elevator smelled. The staff were friendly but the only ones we saw was a front desk person and a lady serving breakfast. Overall, not bad for the price. Close to everything you would want to be close to at Niagara. Room was comfortable and relatively clean. Accomodations adequate. Do not ask for the smoking room even though it's a little cheaper. The smell of smoke is very strong.

My husband and I booked the jacuzzi suite for our 13th anniversary. The room was realy nice and the service from the staff was great...the only complaint we had was the shower in the room felt so hard (you could not adjust the head of the shower) that I did not find it relaxing at all.

the only that would have been nice to have in your rooms would be a bar fridge. Also I asked for a NON smoking room and got a smoking room which smelled strongly of ciggarettes. My daughter and I are both asthmatics. I did not ask to be moved as the people I did my reservations through said this was the last room available and as time pressed forward […] I would not get the same deal or even a room. All else was great..wonderful breakfast Thank you so much for that.. I wasnt too thrilled with a very young couple making out inapproppriately in the jacuzzi while with my daughter were in the pool. For the money and being so close to all the attractions I would chose to go back there again The continental breakfast was alright also they did have a few things to chose from ...all in all it was okay
