Sijainti on kaupungin ulkopuolella, matka keskustaan on ajettava autolla. Muutamia pikaruokapaikkoja ja ketjuravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä. Lähellä on hyvä kauppa, mutta huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneet siistit ja tilavat. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Olimme lomalla, kaupunki entuudestaan tuttu, joten tiesimme sijainnin, ja se on ihanteellinen. Hancock Tower nurkan takana, ja siitä alkaa magnificent Mile. Toiseen suuntaan muutama sata metriä ja pääset aamulenkille pitkin Chicagon upeita rantoja. Hotelli oli ihan siisti, sinänsä varsin hyvässä kunnossa, kokolattiamatot tietysti joka paikassa, kuten tapaan kuuluu, mutta kuuma oli. Huoneessa ei joko ilmastointi toiminut tai oli alitehoinen, siellä oli tukalan kuuma. Lattia antoi hieman periksi paikoin (ilmeisesti levyjen nurkissa), mutta se ei ei haitannut. Toinen haittaava ongelma oli wc-pöntön jatkuva tukkeentuminen, ja hieman kuulostelin, että veden kanssa oli hieman ehkä yleisemminkin ongelmaa. Päivystäjä oli kyllä aina paikalla parissa minuutissa fiksaamassa ongelman. Aamulla sai kahvia, jos haluaa enemmän, saa lähialueen kuppiloista mukavia bageleita. Eli: jos olet visiitillä, ja haluat liikkua ydinkeskustassa, on tämä hyvä vaihtoehto. Luksusta ei, mutta ihan kelpo ja hinta ok. Huoneet isoja, mahtuu useampikin perheenjäsen. Jos vähänkin tuntee paikkoja, niin cta:lla (juna) chicagon asemalle ja bussilla 66 joka lähtee maanalisesta noustua risteyksen vastakkaiselta puolelta rantaa kohti, ja jää pois Michigan avenuen kohdalla) (turisti-info), siitä on kahden korttelin kävelymatka. 2,25 usd.

Kokolattiamatto oli melko likainen. Suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Erittäin hyvä sijainti.

"Decent for work travel"
No room service but a friendly staff at the food counter/bar. Warm and welcoming lobby. Room was fine except that my digital TV channels never worked for more than 10 mins at a time. "A great place in the city!"
We stayed at the hotel for the holiday. The service was excellent, and the food was a great extra. I would recommend this hotel, as well as the lobby restaurant for travelers staying in Chicago.

Great Location! 20 min. from Brookfield Zoo, 15 min. from Woodfield Mall & IKEA, and about 30 min. from the city. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants & a couple of malls as well as shopping plazas. When making reservations I would recommend that if you have two or more people that you see if you can get the breakfast included in the room price. "Clean and calm, but far from downtown"
If you're staying here to visit downtown Chicago... don't! I don't know how I convinced myself that it wasn't that far, but the tolls and traffic made it very frustrating. Ignoring that (considering it was my fault), the hotel itself was great! Very welcoming staff, clean grounds, comfortable bed, our stay was great and the price fair.

We stayed at this Courtyard after a Cubs game, but didn't want to stay in the city. We were close to the interstate to get home faster the next day so the location was great. Service was great and we liked our room. We also like that this hotel was nestled in a quite area in a business park. It felt safe and in a clean area. Yes, we were pleased and we got the room for a great price. If airport shuttle were offered (not sure if it isn't though but doubtful) it would bring peace of mind if something were to have happened to our transportation. The bed wasn't as lush as some, but it was comfy. Our room was very clean and smelled nice throughout the hotel where we visited. The neighborhood is very close driving to shopping and fine dining. The staff was also friendly. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, alarm, very large flat screen TV in room and lobby. The hotel was an excellent value. We stayed 3 nights over a weekend. The room was clean, well appointed and there was a bistro in the lobby. The only negative is that it's hard to find the hotel. It is in an office park area off of Butterfield and there isn't a sign at the turnoff (Transam Plaza).

"Great Value"
Clean, comfortable and convenient to Oakbrook and Downers Grove. Enjoyed to stay. Only downside was a lack of a basic breakfast. Onsite cafe served breakfast but it was not included in the room rate. Will stay there again.

we just went to chicago for a week and spent some time here, where the service and personnel was excellent. It was clean, well confortable and easy to stay...the only thing is that the pool could be larger...but I absolutely recomend this hotel!

Hotel exceeded expectations but is located in a business park - no restaurants, etc., in walkable distance. With friends in the neighborhood, not a problem for us, but could be for others.

This hotel is in a great location. It was 15 minutes from Brookfield Zoo and just a few minutes from Oakbrooke Mall. The room was smaller than I expected, however it was very clean. The room selection I made on Hotels.com indicated the room would have a refridgerator, however it did not. We talked to the front desk clerk and they had one brought to […] our room. We unloaded our cooler full of my son's milk, juice, and yogurt and turned it on. It sounded like it was working so I did not check the temperature later.
