Comfort Suites - Chincoteague

Excellent stay at a great hotel. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Sites around the area are fantastic!

My husband and I were in town for a funeral. Our stay was off season, February. Everything in the hotel was open and available, including the indoor pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. Everything was clean. The lobby breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would like to come again in the summer for a stay.

Second stay here this year and it is still a good value. Walked to local areas of interest and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Hotel is clean and fine. Walking distance to the historic downtown. Nothing wrong with it, yet no great shakes for me.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. The balcony views were great (and the free wifi!) Was surprised at the variety of the breakfasts from day to day.

The Comfort Suites in Chincoteague is a nice hotel on the waterfront - not the beach. Lovely views of marshes and birds, ducks. The beach is a five minute drive, long walk or rental bike ride. Having coffee and juice available 24/7 is a nice benefit to staying there. Breakfast area has comfortable seating, fresh waffles you make yourself, cereal, yoghurt, […] hard boiled eggs, bagels etc. with a hot choice of something like sausage and scrambled eggs or pancakes.The rooms are spacious, clean with views of the waterfront. Plenty of nice sitting areas dotted around the hotel, too if you want to relax and take a break from your room. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Vending machines and laundry facilities, too. Lobby has a little shop with snacks. Obscured visibility exiting parking lot onto Main Street due to rather bushy hedge - watch out for this. Lisätietoja

It is good overall. But we are given 1st room although so many vacant rooms in second floor.

This is a lovely hotel! We enjoyed it so much that we stayed there again on our return trip! The rooms were lovely, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was super friendly, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, the breakfast was tasty, well supplied with great variety and very very clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

everything about our stay was great. We had friends that camr from Ocean City to have dinner with us and we were able to visit in comfort right in the suite instead of in the lobby. We will definatly return.

This is a pleasant hotel, though perhaps a little pricey. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early (check in 4:00 not the standard 3:00) so we left and they very kindly phoned us a few minutes later to say our room was ready. Worst television quality I have seen in fifteen years, but when you have a great view and a pond full of ducks, a marsh […] full of herons and great sunsets to watch, who needs tv? Complimentary breakfast was a lower standard than most hotels are offering these days, but adequate, and there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby. Sitting along Main Street and right on Chincoteague Bay, there is easy access to all the nice shops and only a few minute drive to the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and the beaches of Asaeague Island. The rooms along the backside of the hotel are right on the water and the balconies provide an excellent view of the sunset over Chincoteague Bay […] and nearby Shelly Bay! Don't even look anywhere else. This is where you want to stay. Although I hate to say that because then everyone will know my secret and it will be booked solid every time I want to stay.

The hotel is almost completely renovated. All rooms have bay view and no smoking. Room was comfortable with separate seating area and table/chairs. Like the idea of going green by requesting that visitors opt not to have sheets/towels changed everday. Will definitely return.

Sehr schöner Ort, eine Reise wert. Etwas zu teuer für die Gegenleistung, aber super Lage. Zimmer recht hellhörig.
