We arrived late with aeroplane and stayed over night. Shuttle arrived within 2 minutes after call. Hotel was small, quiet and breakfast was good.

The hotel is a little old looking but was clean and comfortable. Only down side was the water took forever to get hot but once it did it was good.

you. If you like people who can not get your reservation right and wake you up at 3:00am to fix there accounting problem, because they got the reservation wrong, This is the places for you.

The breakfast at the hotel although very routine was always well stocked and ready for the customers. The little lady of indian decent (Using this description only because I don't know her name) was always there and ready to accomodate us with every need. The rate I got was far less than the other rates available in the area. This was our first stay at Comfort Inn Suites. The room was not small, even the bathroom had some good room. I liked the cleanliness, refrigerator,microwave, and the layout which included a sitting area seperate from the bedroom. The couch and coffee table were a great touch to […] the room. The only thing that was alittle outdated was the t.v. It was not a large flat screen, but nothing to complain about, with alot of great stations, including ESPN 2. Air Conditioning unit was very difficult to regulate and almost impossible to reduce the temperature in the room to sleep comfortable

This is a hotel with an on-duty manager who needs a crash course in customer relations, door cards that work, air conditioning units that work and hotel staff in the breakfast room not being on their cell phone . After being unable to get into our room twice with a key card, we had to go to another room. However, the air conditioner in that room was […] pumping out hot air. I had to go back to the manager for the third time to get another room and was followed up by the manager who clearly doubted I had used the room access cards incorrectly. Down the hall I saw she could not get in either but she would never admit that. Her attitude was defensive and never once did I hear her apologize for our inconvenience. The next morning in the breakfast area, a hotel attendant was more interested in talking on her cell phone than paying attention that the orange juice container was out of juice. And a warning to those having breakfast. The processed scrambled eggs in a pancake shape were dreadful and tasteless. The night before we had to drive several miles to find a restaurant to eat at. The location of the hotel is close to the airport and long distance from civilization. We stayed in a great Comfort hotel in Yuma and a competing hotel in Tombstone, a hotel in Phoenix and even the big old hotel in Douglas with no problems. The Comfort Suites at the Tucson Airport was a bad, bad experience. I eventually talked with a customer representative on the phone a few weeks later and received an apology and promise to send a $50 coupon for another stay. For the price, we thought the hotel was great! Our room was nice and big and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and in general it was a nice hotel. We would recommend it!

I was in this hotel for 4 nights. I didn't leave because I was tired of looking for hotels I was traveling for 17 days. My room was nice enough but the smell was horrendous it smelt like a mix of something out of a rotten fridge and old blue cheese. The bedding cover was freshly stained. The elevator was sticky from a trash bag that the staff was removing […] a room I suppose. But they made no effort to clean it up. The person who locks rooms after check out was not bright at all. I had 4 bags and I could only take 2 at a time when I went back for the next 2 the door key didn't work and she went in the room and say my bags there why she locked the door is beyond me. Especially since she saw me walking out with the first two. THe only good thing about the hotel was one of the receptionists was the sweetest and would've done anything for you. very friendly. Nice comfortable room, friendly staff, and close to the airport. The breakfast was good and easy. Because of the location I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a lengthy stay, but most certainly would for a casual and quick overnight.

This hotel has all the ammenities you need at a very resonable price. I would definately stay there again!

Very clean room, super comfy bed. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast set up was pretty good, although the coffee is a little on the weak side. Staff very friendly, I will definitely book here again.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting our daughter at U of A - it was "acceptable" but nothing out of the ordinary - wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Staff was very nice - just a bit tired and needs a face lift and more attention to detail when cleaning.

Room was impeccable and VERY comfortable. And I can't remember the last time I encountered such helpful and friendly staff! Remarkable!

When we get to the hotel to check-in, they asked us for a credit card, they said that they needed it just in case we break something or something is missing in the room after check-out, and nothing like that happened, but they still charged us.

The room smelled funny-not like smoke or anything, it just smelled weird. The room could have been cleaner and looked like it needed some updates. Towels were clean but dingy. Bed was fine, AC worked fine. Outlets were so loose that my chargers literally fell out of them.

Room was ok, though the AC smelled a little funny. The rooms are in need of updating, however it is OK for a few days for business. It is not in a good location for a vacation hotel.

The wall above one of the beds was filthy, there was a big brown mark. The Jacuzzi was dirty and there was a dead fly in the dirty water, the pump was not working.

The hotel was close to the airport but not too close to the University. The room was large and clean, the breakfast very nice, but the wallpaper in the bathroom needed replaced. It looked dirty.

Hotel is by the airport, so we didn't pick it for the convenience to the Tucson area. Great price on the room, but the condition of the hotel is why I can't recommend it. Very run down, old mismatched furniture. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud. Carpet was really dirty as was the chair and sofa in the room.

I was at the CS for 3 nights. I appreciated the immediacy of the place to the airport and my work location while in Tucson. They do a solid job there in atending to their guests' needs - I'd stay there again.

I loved my stay at this hotel..I wish I could have stayed longer. The best part is the breakfast, nice variety, great service. Loved the shuttle service, prompt and available at any time. Great experience, would stay over again.

Hotel was ok for the money, but there was no blankets for sofa bed, had to go ask for them to front desk because nobody answer the phone. There was only one shower towel, and no wash clothes. Not a good service.

This was the best hotel stay that I have had in a long time . the Ladies at the front desk was excellent. I will stay here again and will recommend it to othetrs.

Security, Clean, Quite,nice & comfort beds and good breakfast. Recommended

Pros: Clean room. Friendly hotel staff. Cons: Pool very unclean; light inside hot tub actually floating with wires exposed. Not located close to much for eating or shopping. Not recommended for convenience of location or for pool. My kids were very disappointed.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was really good as well. I would highly reccomend it!

Immaculate, quiet, very congenial staff; excellent breakfast selections. We made good use of the pool/hot tub, and the free internet access. This was exactly the kind of hotel my two school-age daughters and I looked for on our Road Trip!
