Toilets didn't work.TV remote didn't work. Maintenance personel didn't speak English, therefore, it was hard to communicate with the hotel.The surrounding area was full, or we would have switched hotels.

I had to bring my mother to Mayo Clinic and this hotel had great comfortable beds, quiet during the night, great resturant and lounge, very accomendating staff, very affordable, and easy access to the Mayo Clinic. I would recommend this hotel to others and will stay again if needed. Thanks!

We stayed overnight at the hotel for a wedding that was held in the ball room downstairs. The main area of the hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was so-so with the usual (coffee, doughnuts, cereal, OJ machine was broken and a single waffle maker). rates were as expected. food was good. bus service to clinic was on time and convienient.

The people were very nice. Our room was pretty good. The microwave did not work. I brought it to the attention of the clerk and he said that he would have someone look at it and he did. It still did not work, but someone had been there to look at it. It continued to not work for the rest of my stay. The beds were comfortable. Heat was weird - either […] to hot or to cold, could not seem to find a happy medium. The hotel restaurant was very good and not too expensive. They were re-tiling the entry, but workers were very nice and did it in sections to allow guests to pass. Cancelation policy was odd. I had a child at Mayo and the Doctor thought she would not get out until Monday so I added a day on my stay and then she actually was released on Sunday and I was past the cancelation date already so ended up paying for a day I did not stay. You need to cancel before your first night of your booking or you pay a one night penalty. I checked out at about 8am - but still had another day booked and had to pay that extra day anyway. All in all the hotel was decent for the price and the breakfast was good. One of our towels on the second day had a crusty brown stain on it. There is a shuttle that gos to Mayo (St. Mary's and Methodist). That was nice. They have regular pickup times and the desk has a schedule that they will give you, just ask. Lisätietoja

Heat in room was unbearable. Even at the lowest setting, it was an oven in there. When I turned it off, an arctic blast came around the window and under the heat unit. Very annoying. The guy at the front desk said that it was because of the cold outside, but I have never had that happen before. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel staff was kind and considerate. They do a wonderful job considering about half the guests are sick or traveling with someone who is sick. I was very well treated.

Very nice hotel near Mayo Clinic. Shuttle took visitors to the clinic.. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

This sub-par hotel was a decent stay for being in town over the weekend. Downfalls: Price of room per night was a bit high, beds were nothing special, ice only on lobby floor, rooms had a strange smell, non HD TV. Positives: Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast in the morning was convenient, good location in Rochester.

We were in Rochester visiting family and this hotel was perfectly located. We were able to go to Walmart for the things we forgot at home and alot of the poplular restaurants were very very close to the hotel. My kids loved the "big frog" in the kiddie pool and the breakfast menu was awesome. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Hotel is great for kids. They have a very fun pool area and a small yard area to run around in. This is a very quiet hotel and the staff was very friendly.

It is an older hotel, but pretty well updated and maintained. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The fan on the a/c only ran with the compressor was running. This tends to waken you when the compressor comes on and the temp does not seem to be as well maintained. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, reponded to our requests quickly. Their free breakfast was convenient. Good location. We picked it because it was less expensive than other hotels in the area, overall great value.

This room was overpriced for the ammentities. Our room was right above the bar area and the music from band blasted us right out of the room. Complaind 3 times and finally at midnight gave us another room on the thrid floor. So that was fun moving all our stuff at that time. I definitely would not stay there again.

Great Room,a little more than what we wanted to spend but was very happy with the outcome

It was a very nice motel, nice rooms also had a warm breakfeast every morning. The pool area was nice with the little kiddie pool area my 6 month old son loved it, the only downfall was that the bigger pool and hottub were cold!!:-(
